McDonald's in Doncaster

Took too long and it’s cold im disappointed, my nan has just fell down the stairs thanks pal, would recommend again, hopefully this time she doesn’t fall.

This McDonald’s is possibly the worst at fulfilling orders, I don’t understand how chips from a meal or nuggets from a meal get forgotten. Quality is shocking

Shocking! Food freezing clearly shows on receipt it was ready at 12.24pm delivered at 1.15l6 pm!

All food stone cold and in edible, 3 items missing

Great job on the food and everything else but i didn’t receive my chips from the 9 chicken nuggets meal and i didn’t receive my other burger and the ketchup dips and nether sauce dip i would like a refund

Ordered from here and the food turned up cold and half the order was missing

drive was rather rude while passing me my food rushing me to grab second bag while I had my very upset 1 year old in my hand didn't appreciate how he spoke

The timer kept changing so it was over the initial 30min prediction and it didnt come with the minecraft collectible for the big mac deal. The delivery driver was pleasant though.

Missing my duo order which was £11.99, gave me a mcspicy burger instead of mccrispy and no straw for my drink i would like a full refund not just for the Missing items as now it has totally ruined my meal

The manager for the midweek evening shift is just walking around clueless avoiding responsibilities. My compliments to the morning and afternoon crew but as soon as that evening crew comes in its just a shipwreck, take control and at least pretend like you care! 😡 Edit July 2024: It's hard to tell if things have suddenly changed or it's because it was quiet but nothing but 5* to Cady. Welcoming smile and good communication throughout. Please let everyone take Cady as an example of what a staff member should be and you might go up from a 2* to a 3* Edit March 2025: Still as clueless as ever. 25min. wait for 2 mcflurry's. Then being told the order for a friend is lost so they can't remake it? What?

Shocking they got order wrong then blamed Just eat

Waited 35mins in the car park for 2 x 6 nugget meals walked in to find out it was just sat on the side near the fries. Just don't go to this place every time it's a different issue

Exallent customer service but when I order a strawberry 🍓 milkshake please could I have a strawberry milkshake and not a gavascon one even the replacement one tasts minty I give up.

waited 50 minutes for our order. chips were provided but no boxes, happy meal toys or nuggets which means our meals have clearly been tampered with resulting in everything going in the bin. Milkshakes were sent with no straws and food cold anyway.

Take too long to say it's ment to be fast food but if u drive they get there food faster than the ppl who inside who been waiting over 40 mins

Been here 3 times because it’s a 2 minute drive from the new house, each time thinking “different staff, might be better this time” Each time you’re sat there for half an hour waiting for your food and then when you do get your food, you McNuggets are dark brown, tasting like fish, The chips taste like they were made in a fish and chip shop and if you ask for no onions, they must think it’s funny to put a couple tiny onions in my burger for me to choke on. I’ve tried reporting this McDonald’s to the franchise for dangerous operations as they clearly do not change the cooking oil and I have heard from a former member of staff that chips, nuggets, and fillet-o-fish are all cooked into the same oil and it’s hardly ever changed. McDonald’s needs to close this one down because someone with a seafood allergy could become seriously ill

McFlurry and sauces missing when rang can’t do anything as delivery driver doesn’t work for them utter rubbish

Tried giving our order to the car in front then took ages to sort the orders so ours was cold, asked for fresh warm food and got the dirtiest look ever.

No chips in the bag no sauce just a joke for the price

food arrived on time but stone cold had to heat it back up before eating

half my order missing spent £25 and recived 2 chips

the food and latte were cold had to re heat in microwave very unhappy

Asked for extra sauce and they drenched it in sauce and pickles so it was completely soggy and drenched in pickle juice

If I could give zero I would worse McDonald out there no matter what you order they ask you to park in car park ordered a happy meal and cheeseburger got told to park in car park and will bring it out to us 40 mins later still no food went inside other people complaining they’ve been waiting in cars for 30+ mins it’s supposed to be fast food stay away from this McDonalds.

Order arrived timely however, the bottom bun of the McMuffin was dry, split in 2 and the sausage patties were burnt. The large cappuccino was half empty and cold.

I would give zero stars if I could. Honestly, even that one star feels too generous. This was one of the most appalling experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. After paying for a small order consisting of just one meal, a frappe, and a milkshake, we were casually informed that the milkshake machine had "just" broken. We asked for a replacement with another large frappe. Then, we were told to wait in the car park. For how long, you ask? Forty-five minutes. Nearly an hour of sitting there like fools before someone finally bothered to check on us. People who arrived after us have been served and gone by that time and our order was still not with us. And when it did arrive, our food was ice-cold, and instead of the two large frappes we paid for, we received only one small. The staff member, looking barely interested, took the lone coffee back to "fix" the order, only for us to wait another 15 minutes just to receive our drinks without straws. At this point, I asked for a receipt. You’d think this would be a simple request, but no. The staff disappeared inside to see if it could be reprinted. While waiting, I went in to grab the missing straws myself, and what I saw inside was beyond disgusting. A massive complaint queue, an absolute mess of frustrated customers, and staff who looked like they were aimlessly wandering around on holiday rather than working in a fast-food restaurant. Not a single person seemed remotely concerned about the chaos. And, of course, our receipt couldn’t be reprinted. Instead, I was met with the absurd question, “Do you need your receipt for a reason?” Yes. I am a paying customer. I have a right to my receipt and I do not have to justify that. The fact that I even had to answer that question is just another testament to the sheer incompetence of this place. Absolutely disgraceful. Rest assured, I am not coming back.
