Robbed me out off £47 didnt get the order bad place

Such a poorly run place! The waiting time is ridiculous waited 45 minutes for wrong and cold food! Got my order wrong 3 times! By the third time I couldn’t be bothered on complaining anymore just went home with what I had been given! Don’t waste your time and money here.

This is unfortunately the nearest McDonald’s to me and they never get your order correct. On today’s occasion we were getting two burger meals and a selects meal to take out. We get all the way home and the burgers are missing. Drive back and tell and show what we got, didn’t get an apology just walks off. We wait around a while and get told it’s getting re-maid. Someone arrives with our order. I checked it and it’s missing the selects. Which we had originally so 3 x they messed up and really it’s 4x when we got home we realised there were no dips…absolute joke.. no apology at all… PEOPLE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. If you wait over 10 minutes complain. If you can go anywhere else do that instead

Yet again you got our order all wrong, got home open the bag none of the burgers we ordered and paid for were there and shocker no sauces, on our way back now to rectify

Not giving any stars food always cold for delivery and in store , also missing items and just want to blame delivery driver it is down to them to run the restaurant better and not have things missing as they come in sealed bags really bad customer service when you try to ring about missing items ,DONT USE THIS MCDONALD'S at Denaby

Waited 20 mins for meal to arrive at our table. Food was cold, hot drinks were tepid. Staff replaced the burger sent back. I ate mine I'd waited too long to let it go! Also replaced cold coffees. We got the impression that our order had been left standing quite a while before being delivered to our table. Lots of food delivery drivers getting served though. Will not be going here again.

Absolute joke of a place and joke of a manager. Waited in the left hand lane of the drive thru for ages only for loads of cars in the right lane to get served. So drove round in the hope of speaking to someone, nobody on the till . Drove to next window and told them the issue, was told the headset for that lane was turned off and can I go back round the drive thu and queue again . Told them I'm not queuing so then the manager comes and was equally unhelpful , so left with nothing. Worse McDonald's I've ever been to, won't be returning

Order from any other McDonald's before you order from here - make sure they're your absolute last resort, particularly the drive-thru. Service is incredibly slow - it's just taken me 30 minutes from paying for food to actually receiving food. Staff are pretty useless - multiple times they've missed out my order and left me waiting without any communication, watching other people who've ordered after I have walk away with their food. And since they miss you out, often when you receive your food it's stone cold. One time, the reason they told me as to why it had taken so long was because they'd written down my number plate wrong - how hard a job is that?! Absolutely awful, avoid unless you're starving to death and there's no bins available to eat out of.

Rude staff payment issues at your end. I was made to feel like I didn't have sufficient funds. Only thing they got wright was my sauses.

Absolutely awful, always waiting over 30mins even for coffee and it's only half a cup then that comes cold for you to ask for them to remake and then they come with attitude while talking to you for another ten mins not sorting anything. Never get orders right. Try and speak to managers but they don't seem to care.Place needs shutting down!

Refused to take my order within 15 minutes. Looks like Loads of just eat guys loaded up with food.. priority....should be ashamed on your face to face service

Terrible service, you can order one burger and get told to wait in car park every time. Never have this problem at Burger King

We come here probably around once a month sometimes more and to say these past months it has been horrible, once we waited around 30 minutes for some ice cream and today our burgers were cold and lacking the McDonald's aspect, the drinks were around 75% full and the fries were also around 75% full, the workers i think quit after the first week, this place really needs a new redesign of its workers and manger

Long wait, poor service and cold food

Went through the drive thru, pulled up to first window and there was no one there, waited around 10-15 minutes then they finally showed up. Got our food from the second window, got the bags of food and parked up in the car park. My mistake was not checking the bags to make sure everything was there, as i opened them and half my order was missing. Went inside to then stand at the counter for 20-30 minutes whilst the staff were having conversations and ignoring me, even though they had looked at me multiple times they didn’t bother to come over and ask what the issue was. Absolutely shocking service and attitude from the staff, if you’re hungry don’t bother coming here.

Shockingly bad. Waited at the Drive-Thru only for two cars that arrived after me to get served first. Drove around to the till to ask what happened - as expected, he hadn't a clue either. Waited 10 minutes for the food (it wasn't even that busy) - fries barely warm and tasted like old cardboard. You guys seriously need to give your heads a wobble and the manager is clearly utterly useless. Easily the worst McDonald's that I've ever been to. Sort yourselves out, it's not difficult!

By far the worst McDonalds in the area. The food always seems to be cold. If you eat in expect a LONG wait even if you are the only person. I have had to remind them of my order more than once. It us clean though as the cleaner is the one person who seems to work hard. Too many others chatting in the back. Tried it when first opened and again recently No improvement. Say in drive through for 25 minutes with them taking orders mainly on the other terminal. Simply bit acceptable

Wow, fast food it isn't. After 55 minutes wait I asked how long my order would be. They wasn't sure what I'd ordered. Never waited 55 minutes for a coffee before.

The burger was fresh in fact the best McDonald's food I've had in a few years. Service excellent. Very impressed

Absolutely shocking place to go to. Never going again as I sat there for 35 minutes to then get asked how much did it even cost me for my food. Finally brought the order out and it was wrong. Girlfriend went into shop for the second time to ask what the hell is happening with the order for the manager to respond are you sure you haven't got the food in your car. Absolutely outrageous.

The manager for the midweek evening shift is just walking around clueless avoiding responsibilities. My compliments to the morning and afternoon crew but as soon as that evening crew comes in its just a shipwreck, take control and at least pretend like you care! 😡 Edit July 2024: It's hard to tell if things have suddenly changed or it's because it was quiet but nothing but 5* to Cady. Welcoming smile and good communication throughout. Please let everyone take Cady as an example of what a staff member should be and you might go up from a 2* to a 3*

Don't know if it's because it's new or they just don't care burnt overcooked food . Click and serve not working chip and pin not working items unavailable u know it's relatively new but get a grip

Absolutely vile food from here everytime without a doubt it's freezing and overdone, just ordered and my bigmac looked like it had been stood on. When the timers change on your machine throw the food out and put fresh on, more bothered about targets than standards its sickening. Binned £20s worth of food, I've emailed mcdonalds with a complaint and photos.

Has got to be the worst mcdonalds in the country! I have been multiple times and every single time there's been a ridiculous long wait for food. They give u mcflurrys first which are then all melted by the time u get the meals. Food is cold when u eventually get it. Always forget to put sauces in after askin for them. Miserable staff.

Every time I’ve been There always some not right Ie; had things missing off order when I’ve been though the drive through. Burnt food Burger just chuck in box so when you pick it up it all falls apart. Got food today and took 15mins for the food nuggets was burnt Had large chips and was only half full If you like McDonald’s then go to a different one!!

Absolutely ridiculous service, 45min waiting for 3 meals. 2 of them where wrong. 9 chicken nuggets got 6, double quarter pounder got 1 burger instead of 2!! Staff need more training esp how to count, they need to learn about customer service. Dont come to this one often as they have never got anything right. But thought id give it another go today as id heard it had got better... waste of time and money!!! Staff seem to be just wandering round like zombies. Not happy and will Absolutely not using this one again. Oh and the staff dont care as they don't work for McDonald's its a franchise!! Id be embarrassed if this was my company!!!

Got to be the worst McDonald’s I have been to. The service is terrible they take forever even at quiet times for the simplest of orders and on multiple occasions the food has been cold. The last time I came I was sat waiting around 20 minutes just for a happy meal yet multiple people behind me in the drive through had been given happy meals. When I was finally given the order the chicken nuggets were stone cold.

Absolutely disgusting/ cold never again

This McDonalds desperately needs a manager in charge that knows what it does. Clicking orders ready to collect to "fix" their numbers on how long it takes to prepare orders, while multiple orders have been waiting for more than 10min. And this isn't an isolated case. Please fix your staff that seemingly walk around the kitchen area without purpose or guidance. The food is the same as any other McDonald’s. The place could be cleaner, but at least the AC works.

Post myself and my partner having to wait for an exuberant amount of time for 2 hot drinks when there were only 2 cars pre us in the drive through, and then having zero customer service or engagement from staff at the pay window, we drove to the 3rd window to pay and recieved our food where we were told would have to drive back round to the first window and pay before we could have our drinks.... No. Drinks were going to be cold before we had navigated the drive through for a second occasion so left. Followed this up with a calm to the manager who wasnt helpful. 1 star and that's only because I can't leave half a star.

Ordered last night through Uber, took 2 hours to come and received wrong order so had to go out and get it ourselves, never got refund for delivery fee, worst McDonald’s in uk needs shutting down and replacing.

what a joke, everytime we go it either takes forever or there are things missing from our order, half the time staff haven't got a clue, will never go back to this one, it's forgivable when it's new but by now they should know what they are doing........wasn't even busy so no excuses.......

It gets worse every week. Should be clean at that time in the morning. Food all-over the floor. Staff stood about. No coffee machines working at all. Will be looking for a coffee elsewhere in the future Dried tomatoes sauce near service desk

If the order is correct (it rarely is) then it’s either cold or you’ll discover something is missing at some point. 9/10 times something is missing or wrong.Wait times are also really poor so make sure you visit in good time and not when you’re in a rush . Won’t be using this place again.

Slowest McDonald's around even the delivery driver's were frustrated

I visit this place earlier today and they was two lovely people who worked their Debbie and Tyler. They was so lovely and friendly, the atmosphere was so great and it was just so welcoming and just great been their and your so well looked after their too! I have visited so many McDonald’s and this is has to be the 5*****…. I will definitely recommend this to anyone.

This place is very poorly run.Staff always look so miserable and stressed out means they avoiding your eyes contact and your presence. Waiting time was horrendous for most of my past visits and something was missing in my order. You will not enjoy your food here. Avoid this premises if you can. Definitely worse McDonald's around

The seats had sauce on them (discusting)the manager was very unsettling to me she was horrible. The took half an hour for one happy for my daughter what a discrase! The employees yelled at me wow what a great way to treat a human

the interior designer of this place must have fell asleep in the process of drawing out this mcdonald’s. i’ve never been to a place where the seating arrangements have made the atmosphere so awkward. the food, oh lord the food. it’s not even food, barely even edible. i wouldn’t have been surprised if they got a child’s cookery set and cooked up the plastic burgers from that. i asked for a chocolate milkshake and received a lovely strawberry milkshake with a hint of chocolate, might be someone’s heaven but not for me guys i apologise. please please save your money and cook something at home, you might die from the food here.

Every time i order something is wrong with it or iteams missing, foods cold and forgetting the basics like straws for the drinks, dips. Even when the order is on the receipt, it's comes wrong. It's always an extremely long wait 45 minutes + just for 1 meal, can sometimes be a lot longer. Even if you go inside the restaurant, it's the same problems.

Took 3 hours to come stone cold. They always forget something from the order. Will never use them again.

The restaurant itself is pretty clean and the staff mostly pleasant but the service is seriously slow no matter what time of day you visit. Don't bother calling in if you're in a rush.

AVOID.. this has to be the worst Mcdonald's I have ever been to, we waited nearly an hour for 3 meals. The staff were just flapping around not actually achieving anything with the terrible customer service skills, The manager seemed uninterested and frankly rude when I brought it to her attention, no leadership or organisation to be seen, no wonder everyone looked miserable. I don't know whats gone on here tonight but we got told to park up at the second bay window and were sat there 1 hour! It looked absolutely chaotic inside. Our food was brought to us after 40 minutes, but with no drinks, the lady asked which drinks we'd ordered and said she'd go get them....she never came back. I then managed to get the attention of someone taking food outside and she went and asked somebody to do them.....still no drinks, at this point my partner got out the car and walked to the drive through window to get them and finally they brought them over 20 minutes after our food so we had some nice hot drinks to have with our stone cold food. Last time we went they forgot a big tasty burger, really gone down hill, been using this McDonald's a couple of years with no issues until recently

If you want fast food, give this mcdonalds a miss. Our order took 45 minutes. Whe asked why it took so long. The manager advised us it was the chicken wrap we had ordered. We asked how long does it take to make a chicken wrap and was told 4 minutes!

Lack of communication, was sat waiting 30minutes for our order and when we spoke to a member of staff about our order to be ignored.

Ordered 3 meals and was asked to wait in the car park after payment. After 30 minutes we asked where our order was and we was told they’re backed up in the kitchen. Everytime we’ve been to this McDonalds it’s always an awful service and takes a lot longer than other sites. No apology for it being late or anything.

Wouldnt even give it a star!Do not order from here always cold and always items missing, just ordered as delivery and they have not put in my mc flurry or dipping sauce for the mozzarella sticks or a straw for my milkshake also can never get through on the line and the customer service is shocking absolute disgrace.

I cannot stress this enough, do not order from here via delivery. Order arrived an hour late, stone cold, and looked as it had just been thrown together- my wrap was mainly mayonaisse. Awful quality, slow as hell.

I’m sure the staff are all nice but absolutely brain dead beyond comprehension. Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery through McDonalds app. Food arrived temping 5deg. Only latte was warm, one latte missing! Couldn’t be more disappointed with this McDonalds.

I Love my McDonald's but I have noticed lately the staff are not as let's say smiley and we try to use the drive through now as sometimes it's not too inviting to eat in with certain groups hanging around. We went to one near Mexbrough Doncaster and it was a five star plus the staff went out their way to make everything enjoyable for us.

Everytime i order they always forget something. Now i understand the food business is sometimes stressful. I have worked in the food industry. But forgetting simple things. Straws, dips. These get a lot of stick for wrong orders and if I'm honest that's what let's them down. The staff are nice the food is nice but they just don't get the orders right. I was missing a large fries last time I ordered

Went here with family, very good staff, nice and quick but best of all were the toilets. Felt like I was in a 5 star restaurant! Credits to staff for this amazing experience. Cheers Tyler 👍

Ordered online food was cold all my drinks were not delivered again second time this has happened from here absolute shambles how can they not read the recipe properly or just know that happy meals come with a drink meals come with drinks absolute idiots working there never had a good experience and will never ordering again

Not the tastiest. Been 3 times and had issues twice. Addendum...thought I would give it one last try, as its my nearest Macdonalds. Had pancakes for breakfast...cold and tough to cut. Abysmal. Give it a wide berth.

I'm a deliveroo driver and I have to say this is this worst McDonald's to deliver from. Service is terrible, management is non existent. They have your food ready and sitting there for over 10 minutes before anyone gets round to getting the drinks ready for your order. The staff just ignore people because they're to busy talking amongst themselves, instead of working. I would avoid ordering from this McDonald's. Terrible terrible terrible

Has been open a while now, but has been a mistake with every order we've had. We avoid using this branch because of repeat problems, but timing and destination meant we popped in today. Update for Jan 2024, more problems with order, took a long time to correct. Branch worth avoiding unless desperate.

BAD SERVICE!!! i waited ages for my order to be taken and they didn’t even ask me it was terrible, all i wanted was some chips and they was serving everyone else FOR SOME PICKLES!!! I hope they get what they deserve and i get my chips
