Food Discusting beef dishes like leather staff absolutely ignorant. Requested breakdown on bill when had been overcharged. Prices quoted on menu not what you get charged on ceetain items. Will never use again!

Stayed at Beech Tree Lakes in August. There was an information pack and a menu for this place. We decided to order Chinese. Gave the order and they gave a time for delivery. Then I asked to pay and it is cash only !!! We had no cash and had not looked around the area as just arrived. They gave directions to a cash point and we got well and truly lost. We eventually got the cash and realised we were passing the takeaway so stopped off. They cooked our order which looked quite large portions. Seemed expensive but took back to our holiday lodge.. I have been put off Chinese food. It was awful. Even the ducks wouldnt eat it. Thank goodness we had been left bread and eggs. We know to avoid this place next time

spent over 60 pounds for food reheated in 40 years never had such poor food we could have done better buying from icelands will never go again

Lovely meal delivered on time and hot on New Year’s Eve. The Duck, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Chicken Foo Young and Chicken Curry were all delicious. Congratulations and thanks! 😀

Second bad experience in a year, 1stly was charged £3 delivery to walk my food across the street. 🙄🙄🙄 was drunk and thought they’d see the funny side. This evening break down in communication was sent two vile looking meals from the set menu resembling nothing what I wanted. Paid around £16 for Salt and Pepper Chips and chicken balls. Do yourself a favour and use Chopsticks
