We enjoy a take away every Friday as a family and have tried loads of places but always come back to SILVER GRILL - the food is amazing and great prices - the delivery people are lovely and friendly and follow all the wearing a mask etc rules. Give it a try you won't be disappointed . Its also a restaurant but we only use the take away facility

Absolutely beautiful Thai food, very flavourful and very good value for money, we will definitely return. Friendly staff and spotlessly clean.

Its a delight to come here, Duncan & all the staff really look after you, the shop is fully stocked of local produce. food is delicious, there have specials on each day, & its nice to get something a bit different.

The food was fresh and lots of choice at really reasonable prices. You made the planning and preparation very easy. It was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend and would use again.

We ate at this restaurant last night for our anniversary. The food was very tasty and great value. The staff were very friendly. We'll definitely be back again!

I strongly recommend that you give this place a try. It is in a great location directly opposite Huddersfield Town Hall. Food and drinks are very good and at an unbeatable price. The interior is very pleasant and the service excellent. My hot main meal was prepared to order, and very enjoyable.They are clearly very aware as to the needs of vegan/vegetarian/gluten free diners. It is a great place for a working lunch or shopping trip, or to meet friends or for business. The place is a great credit to the managers and staff, operating as a charity and offering a wide range of services for community benefit.

Only open Thursday evening and Friday lunch, best to book in advance. We had two courses, cauliflower soup and fish cake starters and roast pork and rainbow trout mains. Cost was exceptional value at £21. Was delicious and professionally served by the students. Would highly recommend.

I found myself having missed lunch with a long time to go till evening meal....and noticed this little gem on the other side of the road. 45 minutes later I was walking out the beneficiary of a superb coronation chicken sandwich (plus salad and coleslaw) and rejuvenating pot of tea. The price was a steal as well. Forget the chains and multiples, one-off businesses like this, passionate about what they do, win every time.

Has a new owner who makes fantastic sandwiches well. Both panini’s were well cooked and so full of flavour. The beef salad was huge, very fresh and had everything. Give it a try

Little Shack, was a perfect watering and feeding hole for us! In Port Mac for two nights we ended up enjoying three meals there. Staff, specially Genevieve, were outstanding, well done owner…. you have nailed “ team work!” Down to water bowls being brought to your table for your thirty pooch. Food was “ yum bum” and very affordable. Check out Sunday arvos, DJ and great drink deals! BTW we are in our 60’s not 20’s We will be back !!!!

A great place, good food and fab coffee. The coffee shop has now closed and a car sales garage has opened, if in need of a new car do call in, great service, good pricing.

I have lived in the village for 20+ years and have always meant to visit this tea room. I did this March and had a breakfast which was delicious and very good value. The setting is small but well presented with China cups not mugs and the ladies very helpful, will go back

Great cafe. Lovely food. Very good coffee. Nice staff. Dogs welcome. You can sit inside or out. Well worth a visit - you don’t have to be a cyclist!

So this was my first time coming into this store and straight away I was welcomed and started talking to the staff. I had an issue with Vape Tounge and I was recommended to try some products but I haven't been forced to but something. It's is really nice to go somewhere that you can chill, talk and not feel pressured into buying something. The flavours of the ejucie is extremely important to me and the flavours here have an extremely long after taste which is really pleasant. Come here, chill and chat. Don't forget they have coffee here too 😜

Don’t be put off by this being a College restaurant - the kids serving are brilliant and well supervised. The evening specials are brilliant and difficult to get spaces for. Food is really good, well presented and not at all expensive.
