The best restaurants in Yorkshire and The Humber

Después de una linda comida a mitad de semana probamos el menú degustación que ocurre el último sábado de cada mes y qué puedo decir, ¡guau! La comida era excepcional y me encantó los toques personales del chef que salió y explicó cada plato! No te dejes engañar por el lugar, ya que cuando entras podrías estar confundido que estás en un bar de cerveza de barril y no te equivocarías, pero arriba te sorprende un pintoresco restaurante! Es un espacio pequeño arriba, así que recomendaría reservar temprano para no decepcionarse, ya que sin duda vamos a volver!

Stopped off whilst out walking and had a lovely bite to eat.Nice homemade food and cakes.Good value for money.Very friendly owner;unpretentious and welcoming.You could take your mother or your kids and know you'll all be looked after.

A lovely afternoon at Woodleigh. Always lovely fresh food and the service is second to none. Been a few times now and will continue to visit this lovely place

This spot is great for eating out. The lasagna is top tier, it tastes delicious and definitely one of my favourites. It's moist and also very fresh. My second favourite is their roast chicken. Every wednesday i pay them a visit just to taste it again. I totally recommend you try them. Very underrated.

What a fantastic find! We were looking for a restaurant that did masala dosa and were thrilled to find it on the menu. Even the fact its an unlicensed restaurant didn't deter us they havexa range of lovely mocktails. The dishes were different to any other Indian all freshly cooked and utterly delicious. The service was faultless too. We are looking forward to making this our new favourite restaurant and working our way through the amazing menu.

We went yesterday with two of our friends for lunch. Food always very good and friendly efficient staff. Glad this is our local to go to tea room. Great value for money and all baked by the owner. Thoroughly recommend.

Really lovely place, very relaxed atmosphere. We bought pumpkins and carved them there then went for a little walk round the woodland trail. Nice little cafe - the pumpkin pie was a big hit - and the shop sells lots of nice little gifts etc. The plants in the garden centre looked great, although we didn’t buy any so can’t really comment further. Would definitely go back again - it’s a great community resource too.

We visited on the bank holiday weekend and had 2 breakfasts one with tea one with coffee. It was freshly cooked and excellent quality. The service couldn't be faulted. Value was superb. What a gem of a place. We will be back!

Great coffee and great food. Always pop in here when I am in the village. Great selection of food and cakes. Lots to chooses from and fresh bread to takeaway. Sarah's cakes are to die for.

Always friendly service. Delicious, fresh food. You can telephone the order through previously then collect when you want. Highly recommended

terrible place and terrible food so glad it got closed down,i once found a black curly hair in my food and that was the last time i visited

Oh man by far the best ice cream not just in Exmouth but in Devon it’s creamy and just fresh incredible tasting at a reasonable price with plenty of choices & now even milkshakes lol could eat a different flavour every day lol
