Absolutely shocking got fish chips and curry the fish was soggy like mush asif it was not fresh and had been frozen it won’t be the same again so won’t be ever going again !

Never been more grateful to have Badger and Bean on my doorstep! A true asset to Howden — an incredible array of food options, always fresh and delicious, and their coffee and matcha offering is unmatched! There are always lots of fun, seasonal dishes to choose from and the team are always so accommodating for dogs, prams and children.

We visited for food on Easter Saturday and the pub was very busy, it was easy to see why. Food order was taken (I had lamb rump) and both our meals were faultless, the nicest lamb I’ve ever had! The staff were great with our children and we were made to feel very welcome with activities to keep the kids occupied. Drinks were more than reasonably priced, Guinness was top drawer! We will definitely be back!

Call in with my mother regularly, Lan and her husband run it on their own. Nice food at reasonable prices. Lan is so kind and helpful nothing is to much trouble . 🥰

Como motociclista que viaja por el país, tengo la oportunidad de tomar muchos desayunos y emparedados de salchichas / spam, por lo que las pequeñas tiendas de emparedados son un destino común los fines de semana. Sin embargo, esta no es una tienda de bocadillos de calidad mediocre promedio, ¡es mucho más! La comida llegó rápido y era de muy alta calidad, también pedí una tarde que disfruté mucho. El personal era muy amable y muy dispuesto a hacer nuestra experiencia mejor en cualquier manera que pudieran. El ambiente acogedor combinado con el personal amable y la comida fresca significa que esto es una necesidad para los asistentes a la cafetería! Sin duda volveré aquí pronto!

Guss and the gals are always welcoming, they have been for over 15 years. The breakfasts are hearty, the service is with a smile and the prices are half of the competition with the same quality. Guss has an eclectic cafe which reflects his artistic roots.
