The best restaurants in West Midlands

Food was ok service as well friendly and on top of things however in my group was a vegetarian and the only option was fries (that bit was not good) Second bit that was off he was taking only cash Anyway meet as I said was ok but I don’t know if I should go again

My recent visit to Jeffreys Fine Sandwiches in Tamworth with Naomi was absolutely delightful, and a huge part of that was the incredibly warm welcome we received from owners Todd and Laura. It's clear they pour their heart into the place, and it truly shows. Not only were the sandwiches excellent (as always!), but Todd and Laura made us feel right at home. Their friendly and welcoming nature really made our experience stand out. It’s fantastic to support a local business where the owners genuinely care and make you feel so valued. We highly recommend stopping by Jeffreys Fine Sandwiches for not just great food, but a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere thanks to Todd and Laura.

Usually I smash off sarnies but I went for the dirty burger meal today and honestly bad boy meal smashed it off well happy banging

Really well stocked bar, amazing cocktails, love the historical pictures on the walls. I was shocked to see how beautifully finished the rooms are, can’t imagine there would be anywhere else in this league in Shropshire!

This is a small coffee shop / cafe in the middle of the town. We both wanted lunch but nothing too heavy. We both chose a bowl of soup - three choices available. We chose one parsnip and one smoked fish chowder. Both came with bread and butter. Both were homemade and delicious. It looked like we were lucky to get a table. Fish Friday looks like it’s a popular day to visit Jones’s. If you’re planning on going it would probably be better to book a table.

Disgusting service food was awful pink raw meat , phoned up shop the man serving was very rude never will I place order hear again chicken burger was so tiny they served me

What a lovely friendly place, nice size of cake. Sausage roll was amazing, sandwich came with crisps and salad. What a find,will be back

Weren't exactly greeted warmly Waited over 45mins for a simple food order, not impressed at all!!! Certainly not what we expected We won't return or recommend FPW

We called in for coffee and stayed for lunch which was an absolutely delicious pizza. The staff were really friendly and helpful. This was a much pleasanter place for lunch than any of the others we saw, particularly those near the river. We will definitely return when we’re in Stratford again.

The food was absolutely amazing. The main chef cooking outside (didn't catch his name) was so lovely and very passionate about his job. The location is beautiful. Only downside we had was an issue with the seating which was quickly resolved. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this place.

Ian is a great landlord, opened up for me during the day for a funeral wake only very few of us there but looked after us. No problem would fully recommend this venue
