The best restaurants in Penn Wolverhampton West Midlands

My husband and I have seen queues outside Dukes for a while now and so we went to see what all the fuss was about. Well had a really lovely lunch - my husband had a sandwich made up of just what he fancied in it whilst I had the veggie bhaji wrap. Both were full of flavour, succulent and just really yummy! The latte was lovely too. We will be visiting afraid soon I’m sure

Staff were very welcoming, and I had the most delicious, and very reasonably priced, burger! I was quite comfortable sitting in a corner, working for a couple of hours, keeping topped up on soft drinks without having to spend silly amounts.

Good chill spot nice outdoor area free to smoke or non smoke

Service was shocking, we have ordered burgers which was told they haven't got any buns. We had our mains delivered which were cold and bland. When paying for food we then was told that the ipads aren't working and we then we had to wait 5mins plus. Really needs to shape up and be more efficient. Quite disappointed. Not recommending this restaurant at this point in time.

A proper Cafe!! Friendly staff, great value and the breakfast was excellent quality. Varied menu but the full English was hard to resist.

Buena comida, nunca decepciona. A la familia le encanta este restaurante ya que la comida es genial y el personal amable. Probablemente uno de los restaurantes más consistentes en los que he estado. Muy recomendable.

Incredibly rude staff! Went in to order our food and as we only ordered vegetable dishes the lady asked if we were vegetarian. Upon replying yes, she leaned over the counter, looked my partner up and down and said “but I thought vegetarians were supposed to be thin” I can’t understand why she thought this was an appropriate thing to say to a customer. Absolutely will not be going back, rude people don’t deserve our business!

Food is decent but takes an absolute age to get served in person, even when you have a simple order. As others have said they seem to prioritise their online orders over the poor sod who has taken the time & effort to go there in person.

Always delicious and great portion sizes.

Un chippy encantador, la comida siempre es fresca. El pollo frito del sur es simplemente delicioso. Las papas fritas son frescas y sabrosas. Bonito y local para mí también.
