Incredibly rude staff! Went in to order our food and as we only ordered vegetable dishes the lady asked if we were vegetarian. Upon replying yes, she leaned over the counter, looked my partner up and down and said “but I thought vegetarians were supposed to be thin” I can’t understand why she thought this was an appropriate thing to say to a customer. Absolutely will not be going back, rude people don’t deserve our business!

Well priced takeaway with decent selection of food, can find the rice a little on the stodgy side at times, everything else i have found to be among the higher stander for Chinese takeaways. Have ordered from here a few times.

Awful food, couldn't eat any of it. The curry was so spicy it burnt my moutg, soggy battered chicken, cardboard chips and barely reheated boney ribs. Total waste of 30 quid. Never again. This is not traditional Chinese food it's very poor.

The staff are always welcoming,well mannered,polite and they do cater for your culinary needs. The food is always delicious never had a bad meal from Penn Palace,the service is excellent,they tell you approximately how long your order is going to be and they are not far wrong.They aim to please,I highly recommend this Chinese take away it’s my go to without fail.

Another Chinese in Wolverhampton that is far better than kings, was very busy and the food smelled and tasted amazing, definitely worth a trip across town for. I had dry ribs that were really tender and not fatty, but had plenty of meat and flavour,and stir fried veg that was fresh and cooked perfect, I did add my own notice at home and struggle with rice due to amount of soy sauce,as can tolerate small amounts of wheat but not quantity in rice. My mate had batter salt and pepper chips and BBQ sauce tub, both very tasty and large potions. Got a choice now of Chinese shame nothing to top them in area I'm in

Absolutely terrible service. Traveled to collect takeaway after 40 minute wait only to be told that contactless payments aren’t accepted despite contactless card reader being available. No payment information provided when ordering over the phone. Needless to say I won’t be returning!

Well what we ordered wasn't what we got..phoned up to say this isn't what we asked for.. to be told yes it was.. food we had was over cooked . 💯 finding a new takeaway..AVOID. shame as been using you 3 + years

Time wasters. Ordered for collection travel to collect then was told they don’t take card. Complete waste of time should tell customers if they just take cash before getting them to collect

Ordered won ton soup, house special curry (comes with rice/chips or egg fried rice for 20p extra), house special chow mein with sauce and Extra king prawns. Received soup ( which was nice to be fair) vegetarian curry with 3 prawns & prawn crackers. Also tried to phone the establishment, to complain with no avail.

Once again order wrong. Paid for mixed meat Curry. Delivered vegiable curry . In the bin it goes.

Order came wrong and late. What we ordered wasn't delivered but they charged full price for everything. Food wasn't nice at all, without taste and very oily. Won't order again.

Great portions, lovely food. The people that work here are always friendly and welcoming. This means a lot to someone with a diagnosis of Borderline personality disorder amongst other things. Thank you to everyone whom works to keep this place going we are beyond greatful

Been coming here for years. Always good friendly service. Food is "typical" of what you would expect for fast food. Always busy which is a good sign. sometimes difficult to phone through but just as easy to turn up and order.

I am very disappointed in the quality of food we have just had from pen palace. Half the curry was squashed an in the bag rather than the container the chips was covered in it. Made such a mess. The chicken balls was iver cooked tasted like they were warmed up from yesterday an so hard to bite. Never ordering again from this place such a let down previous food has been lovely. An to top it off the cheek of the driver he obviously knew the state the food was in couldnt walk away quick enough. Never again
