Le Flamme in Wolverhampton

Great food and helpful staff. We accidentally ordered twice online and they helped us cancel the order.

Ordered at till and they sneakily charged service charge and would not refund it when challenged. Atmosphere was very sterile and unwelcoming, like sitting in a takeaway waiting for a cheap kebab. Not a restaurant at all. Service was poor. Background music was on and off and seemed to be for workers and not customers. Food was barely decent. Poor experience. I was tricked by all the fake reviews. Would not recommend at all.

The sauce had a perfect balance of spice, just how I wanted it! The customer service was also amazing. I'll definitely be back!

Had an amazing experience. We ordered the sharing platter and everything was cooked to perfection and had an amazing taste. The drinks (both hot & cold) were flavourful. The staff was nice and the service was quick. Will definitely recommend it.

Unbelievable dining experience. We usually order online for delivery and the food is top notch. However, eating in is just a level up all together. Food served piping hot and flavoursome. We were served with a smile. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The star of the show is the food. It's cooked to perfection, packed full of flavour. Better than other peri places that we have tried. The food was served promptly, portion sizes were generous and we found no fault in the quality of food or service. I absolutely love the fact we stumbled across this place when ordering online. Even more glad that we decided to visit the restaurant and dine in today. Thank you for making our visit an enjoyable one and being so pleasant. We will be back soon. Watch out for our delivery orders too!!

First time visiting this grill food shop, the staff was very friendly 😄 the food was really nice, had a lot of flavour, would definitely recommend.

This was my second time at this establishment. I visited with my friend recently and our two children. The place was empty the entire time we were there. Our young girls were playing, as all children would. I don’t know any child that sits still. However the owner told me to ask the children to sit down, the first time I thought okay fine. He asked a second time, now I also have a toddler- who isn’t going to sit and I followed her around as any parent would. So unfortunately I won’t be going back as my children aren’t welcome there and it’s clearly not a family friendly establishment. Which is shame as the food was good.

Le Flamme’s Wing and Strip Platter was delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor, with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended!

We had a delivery tonight and wow what can i say! Speechless!! We usually go to our regular place for peri peri and grilled lamb and things (Fast 1 in smethwick)similar style to the food here at LeFlame but we thought we would give this place a try and oh did it not DISAPPOINT! Flavour like nowhere else! Defo tops F1 Cheap and affordable and will be returning shortly!!!!

I had a wonderful time at LE FLAMME. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious! I tried the Mixed platter which was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The service was excellent our server was helpful and made great recommendations. They also went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend it!

I can't understand why certain people gave this establishment good reviews. I had chips and lamb chops.The lamb chops had no flavour what so ever and had a rubbery texture. I won't be going again.

The courier was bad, he delivered the wrong food and asked for it back once it was opened to deliver onto the next person. Really bad

One portion of fries were missing and the sauce on the wrap was the wrong one - otherwise very impressed

A thoroughly pleasant dining experience. The woman behind the till who took our order and served us conducted herself in a very professional, courteous and polite manner and made us feel welcome and taken good care of. That extends to all staff who genuinely seemed like they enjoyed being there and had an air of friendliness about them. The food was absolutely phenomenal and matched the stellar service that we were provided. Prices were also very very reasonable and the taste was deep, rich and complex as you were blown away from the flavours as they hit your palette. This place definitely blows Pepes and Nando’s clean out of the water and is an underrated gem in Wolverhampton. Truly meets the definition of slept on- an 11/10 experience. With regards to the portion size that someone wrote about below I did not find this to be the case as it was quite large and we were all left feeling thoroughly stuffed afterwards.

Came in yesterday and it was an overall 10/10 experience. The atmosphere alongside the friendly service was unbeatable. The food came quickly and was reasonably priced, my server, Becky created a warm atmosphere and made sure that we were all having a good time. She was kind and treated us with respect and made our experience amazing. Definitely would come back.

Amazing delicious flavours and portion sizes in a great location. Food has been consistent from day 1 of opening and I continue to go back whenverr I am in the area.

I have been here 2 nights in a row to try the chicken flatbread and chicken wrap( with sides) they were really tasty and worth every penny. Also try the chilli cheese bites - gorgeous!

Ɓoth meals were not as good as usual. The chicken tenders were overcooked and tough and the wings were cooked too much on the skins and undercooked on the inside. Not to the usual high standard we have become used to.

Ordered online, food is usually hot or quite warm but in this occasion the fries were inedible, they were stone cold like they had been cooked well in advance, and didnt have much flavour on them, flaming fries are usually quite tasty. We ended up not eating them

The place looked really nice and the staff and service was brilliant. Only issue was the food, I expected the food to be good in quality but unfortunately that's something that needs a bit of work.

portion size is an absolute joke. completely overpriced and looks nothing like photos on their menu. chicken flatbread could fit into the palm of your hand it's so small. and 8 quid for the privilege. if your hungry go elsewhere utter rip off

The driver had no heat bag and took longer than expected and no apology from driver and the food was stone cold , it’s unfortunate that it was expensive cold food , maybe it would have been better experience if the food was hot and edible.

Visiting here is a must. The garlic chicken tenders are gorgeous as are the fries..and just polish it off with a chocolate orange cheesecake. Superb!

We ordered our food tonight, as per our usual orders the food was beautiful! We were missing our lamb strips so my partner was disappointed as they are one of his favourites. We called the restaurant straight away and Mohammed dealt with the query really well. He allowed us to have the lamb strips added onto our future order. Brilliant food and brilliant service :)

Terrible customer service.. spent £25 on food to then be delivered the wrong food by Uber eats to then be told there was nothing they could do as it was Ubers problem! Have ordered from the restaurant many time as always loved the food but this has completely put me off!
