Food was amazing had a jerk dinner and a guiness punch followed by a rum cake customer service was 10/10 Definitely will recommend

Small businesses such as this deserve our support. Called in with my daughter whilst visiting local area.It was a good decision. Staff very friendly and obliging with good service. Spotlessly clean and coffee was good. Will return when next in the area.

Very tasty food, friendly polite staff, lovely decor and very relaxing, will be going again when I am next in Birmingham.

Had plenty of normal cups and couldn't give my toddler a normal cup said they all in dishwasher even though they had plenty on display. And my toddler cannot drink og the papper cup, so we had to leave without having a hot chocolate. I guess because it was Saturday they were too lazy to give normal cups out

Only went for awake and couldn't get in on time as it was still shut due to staff being late for shifts so wasn't a pleasant day at all

never came driver refused to deliver even after saying right address

Long wait for service. Delivery drivers are making the wait even longer. Too many orders for delivery taking priority .Cold food , 50/50 if your order is right. Rare to have milkshakes as they turn machine off when busy. Unpleasant experience.limp cold food served.
