ordered a side of corn on the cob with my order. never delivered, tried ringing the store multiple times. no answer

Good food and good portions. Slow service. Two tables removed from the restaurant, but the inbuilt chairs remained. Why? A very cold place, as the doors open directly into the restaurant. Maybe there should be two doors to enter so they could keep the cold out. Very chavvy people here, but then this is Chelmsley Wood. I only stopped here to get food before going to the NEC. I'd never go get again, out of free choice. I don't think it's a good idea to build massive areas with just council houses in them. Look at the people they can create. I believe areas everywhere should have housing to suit people from all socioeconomic backgrounds. How are the different classes ever going to interact and become better people if they're separated like this?

Wrong food cold worst meal ever wrong receipt

Last Sunday around 8pm, we went to resturant in and there are kids gang come in and throw sweets to my table and all boys were smoke weed in toliet and very strong smell. Kfc unable help it and no contact to police. They could attack me or my family on the table! We will never go there again. These kids carry knife in the bag. It's crimes so higher in this area. KFC need sort out and call on Police!

Went on 24th February, totally miserable woman took my order, could hardly understand her,3 portions of chicken small portions 15 fries in a small paper bag, NEVER again, at least you know what your getting in Weatherspoons

Zinger burger is not the burger you get in other KFC. It's smaller in size and the fillet of the burger on covers half the burger. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Check pictures. Quality should be the same in all KFC. Toilets smelling of urine and no soap available.

Got all the food but I did pay for a bottle of Pepsi max bottle 1.5liter but did not achieve it when my food came

Driver would not pull up into a safe spot beside the hotel but instead drove passed me 3 times and made me meet him in the side of the road under a bridge

not a problem. I wouldn't mention it but when I placed order it game 11:20 as time of arrival. I really didn't mind waiting. I don't think it was the driver though because he picked up the order long time after it was accepted.

Food is okay but service is terrible. Was waiting 20 minutes just for my food to not be even prepared while others after me was getting their food. Wouldn’t recommend.

Don’t bother going. The car park is private owned. Apparently nothing to do with kfc. KFC served me 40 minutes late inside the restaurant with my children. I was 3 minutes over th grazing period of the car park terms and conditions and fined. No appeal helps because if you’ve been a minute over, you’ve broke the terms and conditions of a contract you didn’t even sign and enter. KFC staff told me they would get rid of the car parking fine. They did not. I have now been charged £100 and threatened a bailiffs. It has caused me a massive upset and both the restaurant and the absolute waste of space car park ‘company’ civil enforcement do not care. Civil enforcement are an illegal, scamming car park company who cannot even follow their own terms and conditions. Unhelpful staff apparently manager couldn’t do anything which is a LIE. All land owner/occupiers CAN cancel the parking notice so i was also in fact lied to about this.

Mens toilet locks broken. Faeces spread on the walls and no soap for hand washing. Rubbish on the floor. Missing chairs from tables, missing tables from booths. Chips were cold. I'm tired so I don't feel like adding flourish to my list.

Order was missing 2 loads of fries.

kids smoking in the bathrooms other kids setting the table on fire staff to busy talking at back 😭 Never any staff at front that are always messing around at back of store. Delivery’s get marked as ready but are never made when u arrive to collect. Store is dirty. Kids running around throwing things inside the store. Toilets always unavailable due to kids braking things Carpark is rundown parking terms and conditions signs on the floor but will try and give u a fine with there broken car parking camera that don’t log u leaving because it’s about to fall over. Staff park in disabled spots and say to customer it is the delivery drivers.

Order never came . So much for using a number code on delivery . Coz mine didnt come but says delivered . It was not.

Ordered corn on the cob , got beans. Which wasn’t a problem but they spilt all over the food in that box.

ORDERED ZINGER TOWER BURGER MEAL BUT RECEIVED A MUCH CHEAPER ZINGER BURGER. THE REST OF THE ORDER WAS OK. I WANT A REFUND FOR THE PRICE DIFFERENCE .

I ordered off just just eats the large pop corn missing. Large beans missing. The whole bargain bucket was drum sticks and the gravey tasted like you added water to it. Iv not ordered a kfc in years and stupidly never read the reviews I wish I had this store simply needs closing down.

I ordered from kfc the gravy double bucket and once again they forgot my drink I no it’s only a drink but Iv paid for that and just eat was no help what so ever really am disappointed in just eat.

Me and my partners car broke down in the KFC car park yesterday (14/10/24) the staff was ok to sort out the fines for us but when we informed them that RAC was on their way that's when things changed both mine and my partners phone were dying and needed to be charged for RAC to contact us they looked at my partner with a smile and said with a smile and said no

cold food complained and got nothing just said was delivered on time even when the delivery time changed later by 10min each time

Chicken fillets just laying in the box instead of in separate packaging and I payed 49p extra for an orange Tropicana and got a canned tango drink

The food was cold … the chips were stone cold .. one of the fillet burgers had been under the heat so long it was impossible to bite through ! The extra mini fillet was missing…. The worst KFC we have ever had …

the meal was hot and fresh. one of the best KFC meals I have had. The courier was very pleasant as well. Thank you for a lovely meal

Driver was not very happy about delivering to the airport. He said he would get a fine. Whilst I understand there are red lines outside the hotel, surely they can’t get fined providing a service to a hotel guest. I understand where he is coming from, but if this is not an area that you want to serve it should be blocked out by Postcode. I have had food delivered here before and no issues.

Just Eat did their business very well but the restaurant soured the occasion. The order was incomplete and thankfully Just Eat did have the option on the app to have a refund for the omitted item, which is very good. My order was rather large due to me having guests and I did qualify for a free item which was on the receipt slip but did not arrive with the order. Slightly miffed about it, but the food was quality.

Never had a bad experience at KFC, this one is disgraceful. It's nearly 8pm and it's empty inside of customers, yet every table is filthy, the floor is covered in food and spilled drinks. The staff are just giggling around behind the counter, clearly can't see the state of the actual restaurant. The food was ok, but because of the environment I wasn't inclined to eat it all. This place should be shut down or have staff that actually care and have training. Or at least buy a mat so I can wipe my feet on the way out! Do not eat here!

Dirtiest kfc ive ever been, food and drink left on the majority of the tables and the whole floor was scattered with rubbish food and drink. Was empty while we arrived so not like the staff didn't have time, they seemed more interested in talking and messing about in the back. The food was ok. Toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while . Definitely wouldn't recommend

Asian girl at the front window at drivethrough was being quite patronising when I requested for a certain item on the menu. When coming to the window the way she passed my food was as if she had done something to it. Wouldn't want to deal with her again

Can't go wrong with KFC's , it's my first time here I stopped by while waiting for a bus. Fast service , food was piping hot , and the staff member was very sweet bless her. Enjoyed my visit

This kfc DOES NOT use the new signature seasoning even though it says SIGNATURE FRIES on their menu.
