Only went for awake and couldn't get in on time as it was still shut due to staff being late for shifts so wasn't a pleasant day at all

Despite not being able to get food due to arriving too late, the staff were very helpful and seemed very lovely to be around; highly recommend based on this alone!

Very friendly atmosphere .. The staff was very welcoming.... pool table , Darts and plenty of tv's to watch football.....

An ok pub but full of youngsters, smoking etc not really my scene

After being a regular at the centurion pud in chelmsley wood I would like to say the bar staff are excellent the food is nonexistent NEVER ANY CHEF as regards the hygiene of the glasses you are expected to drink out of they are disgusting (can someone please do something about the glass) Kind regards Jason

The staff work hard and still manage a smile.. No chef at the moment. Do need more staff Especially when it's sunny...

The pub has been refurbished and had a few good meals there but just lately we have phoned up to book a table and no one would answer the call so took a chance and no tables were available then another time phoned again same thing no answer went there again kitchen was closed another time same again kitchen closed when you come by taxi and no food its annoying if only they would respond to a phone call at least you know where you stand ok new gaffer but he has his feet under the table but is he now showing is true colours he is not the best person to run the pub that my opinion

Went in ona Sunday place wasnt busy... waited 50 minutes for a roast and a burger. Burger meat was dry.

Really change from being a run down pub to a plesant local boozer with Great staff. Food is great too. 👍

Hadn't been in this pub for about forty years. I met an old school there today and everything was lovely, friendly staff, good food, clean and tidy. Relaxing atmosphere

We called in there today 28/10/19 for food the service was brill and compliments to the young chef there his food was amazing he will go far ...

I'd never been in here before the remodel, but I have recently been to a tribute night here, and it was a fantastic atmosphere the beer was good. Prices were good. I'll definitely be returning

Great boozer still but I'll never eat there again. Took family today and was mortified . Southern fried sharing platter was a joke . Share with who I asked ? And cold . Cheesy bean jacket spud for nipper had no cheese and 11 beans , so had to ask for some beans which caused a row between cracking barmaid & the chef . And to top it off , waited an hour for food and it was all cold . Don't ask about pudding . But apart from that , it's still the Cent so I ain't gonna complain 🙂
