All them people in Costa are so lovely and polite they work to there best abilities and they help you if you need it shout out to jack and Lauren and Sam and marie and Beth

Would just like to say there's not a lot of this in the world anymore so needs to be recognised when there is. Visited today and ordered a new frappe to try as opposed to my normal order. The lady that served me noticed whilst I was sat down that I didn't like it and as I was leaving she replaced it with my normal. Made my day. So sorry i didn't catch her name but she deserves some recognition!

Disgusting drink，left as how it was made, very rude staff!

I visit here frequently with my mom and either one or both of my children. The staff are always lovely and the coffee is well made. Yesterday I visited with my 3 year old son for some important one on one time (harder to do nowadays as he has a new baby sister). The staff who were on were SO good with my son. They spoke to him about his order, asking whether he wanted his milk hot or cold and chatting to him when he showed them his dinosaur or pointed to Spider-Man on his jumper. Honestly, staff speaking to your child like this goes SUCH a long way and we had such a nice morning there.

I came here today and the servers here were so nice even though me and my family came in close to closing so I felt bad as I’ve worked at Costa before so I know how it is, and also my brother spilt a drink! They were both so lovely I really appreciated it.

This is my local Costa, it's the best one!! I enjoy coming in here for a coffee date on my own. The staff are so lovely and friendly nothing is ever too much.

Not a bad experience could be better but I suppose you hire children and get rubbish service

Used to be really nice. Now, not so much. Food kept in plastic storage bins. To go cups most of the time. Ice machine frequently broken. Today they can't serve food as the microwave is also broken. Quite disappointing in my opinion.

The manager at this place is very unpleasant. The way she was belittling her staff, in front of customers, was absolutely ludicrous. The poor girl was clearly used to her behaviour because she just looked down but I was absolutely disgusted with it and the atmosphere she created was such a shame now I won’t be returning because of her attitude.

Went in no dishwasher so only takeaway cups no sign to say and when questioned on it staff rude and shout across the shop at customers. Staff on tills don't know wot they are doing void transactions on tills and blame customs. If I could give a 0 review I wud

Such a shame I have to give a low rating Absolutely lovely staff Chatty, polite and friendly. Cannot fault them BUT the FLIES in this Costa are unbelievable, having to constantly flick your hand around to shoo them away, they were everywhere. Behind the glass screens around the food, all around the display food/items and even around customers and their beverages. My friend who was there with me didn't finish her food, the flies would not leave us alone and was all around on the walls and tables. Think inspection is needed for this Costa location, very off-putting But again, staff were brilliant 👍🏻

The staff here are very polite,they always engage in conversation whilst you are waiting to collect , I was served by Chloe and amber I asked their names because of the great customer service they provided, will be going again.

Staff are lovely but everything I come into Costa they have no ice I come after work around three and never any ice Also there was a big board outside shop advertising then Surely this should of been moved if not available I'm sure Costa are losing money with these unavailable all the time

If you want an iced drink in the afternoon forget it, they always seem to have run out of ice even though they've an ice making machine ! Maybe they've not thought to make more !

Absolutely wonderful staff member Ethan, made me a lovely Mocha today, so kind and caring, felt welcomed and left happy, Ethan is a gem to Costa.

Nice relaxing place to enjoy a coffee & a bite to eat but it can be a bit noisy at times!!

Got a few bits and pieces. Usually it’s ok. Just forget the marshmallows sometimes …

Had a white hot chocolate tasted like water and nothing was done never got offered a replacement didn’t drink it waste of money and staff was very unhelpful

Just been served by a chap biting his nails! They looked filthy too what was left of them. No masks worn by the staff oh and at 10:30am they had run out of spoons!

Coffee was good. Service was efficient. I have only dropped a star as distancing was an issue and no masks were being worn by staff when clearing tables.

Clean store, the girls inside are quick and efficient. The chai latte is usually very good here but it can be a hit and miss. Plenty of seating and social distancing is being followed. Overall, I’d recommend it!

A back story, please bear with me. I’ve gone cold turkey on coffee for the past 3 days, i had sold my espresso machine on the weekend. There is me, in Chelmsley Wood, post COVID vaccination, with a craving for the liquid gold. I nearly wept when I saw Costa Coffee pop up on Google Maps when I typed in “Coffee Shops” into the search. I walked at pace to Chelmsley Wood shopping centre. I stood patiently in the queue and was delivered a flat white. After being promoted to download the Costa iOS app I contactless-ly paid a mere 50 pence. I walked outside, took one sip and held back the tears of joy. My tastebuds, having had a 3 day hiatus, tasted every note of that beautifully crafted coffee. Heavenly.

START AGAIN! Costa are running a promotion at the moment. I had the almond hazelnut latte with protein for £3.30. A little expensive, but you can taste the flavours

Really enjoyable staff are always so friendly and helpful my children love coming here for a treat a little pricey for the cakes but are very nice. Good selection of drinks and the specials are always lovely.

Efficient staff however lacking friendlyness. Clean. Toasted sandwiches & cappuccino were great however Belgium choc&cream frostino was disappointing,as it's bland in taste, not sweet, not chocolaty, nowhere! Please improve this drink.

Costa Coffee on Chelmsley Wood town centre is an oasis. It opens really early so is a great place for the early bird to grab a coffee on the way to work or to just sit and watch the world go by. Our forte is a latte with brown toast and a toasted tea cake.

Waited for seat. Staff just looked at me when I asked is there any spare seats. People just taking up 4 seats with no purchases. Staff let them stay. We walked out and went else where. Staff not helpful at all I'm afraid

As a wheelchair user I had difficulty getting into the shop as I had to get out of the chair to open the door, not a good start as their were 3 or 4 members of staff present and no queue. The coffee was not as strong as at my usual Costa venue. Again I had to struggle to exit the shop (no assistance was offered) no I will not visit that particular Costa again.

Great coffee, super staff, very helpful & attentive well worth the visit. Was very tempted by the selection of muffins & cakes but managed to resist.

Daniel was extremely helpful and attentive. He and his colleague with the ponytail and glasses took the time to make my friend and i feel comfortable as well as to explain what vegan options were available. Many thanks to them as the lady who served us was not very helpful and appeared quit agitated

Love Costa went to get phone numbers of 2 shops I visited last wed cause I lost a gold earing in bullring costas it was a figure 8 if u find it

The staws are thick paper do not like that I loved the plastic ones they could of used the new reusable metal ones.
