Decent food and good app ordering service. A little pricey at £25 a head for a drink and main course but there were deals available on tapas if you had wanted them

Had a lovely meal at Las Iguanas after going to the cinema. The Brazilian Green Curry was really good with plenty of chicken and the sides were really good portions. Our server Leah was fab and really quick with drinks and our order :)

Food is alright, quite enjoyed what we had. Unfortunately the service was woeful. Attitude was passable, but no-one appeared to be doing anything. We waited ages for everything, every order, every course. I ended up ordering dessert on the app, but wished we'd just left because it took an age to come. We could see them cooked and waiting but no-one seemed interested in serving or cleaning the tables. Not sure what is going on, but it needs sorting out. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

He is consistently hospitable, polite, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about both the customers and the service they receive. Thanks to Jack’s leadership, Las Iguanas is always a pleasure to dine at. Highly recommend!

Me and friends enjoy coming here when we stay at the Hilton across the lake. Always advise to book in advance to secure the time and date you want as it can get fully booked on event weekends. I’m a fussy vegetarian and absolutely love the food and cocktails here!

I travelled from London to see Torvill & Dean for my 60th birthday present. We went for cocktails and I briefly mentioned to the lovely young lady ( who I think was a manager ) that is was my birthday . We came back later to eat and she managed to find me a great table as she had remembered I liked looking out at the lake . She then organised for the most gorgeous choc brownies to be sent out with a candle . I have never been to a las Iguanas before - I wish there was one near me . The staff were fantastic and the food superb . Outstanding.

We came here early afternoon before a show at the arena and it was nice and quiet. Food was very tasty and brilliant service from their staff. This is a large establishment but if you are planning to eat here before a show book early. We came about 3pm so no problem getting seated but from about 4.30pm onwards it did fill up quickly and all tables were booked when we left about 5pm. We sat by one of the windows with a stunning view of the lake which also overlooks the NEC so close walking distance if you are a visitor there as well. Well worth a visit if you are at Resorts World.

We had dinner here yesterday prior to an event and enjoyed the food and were particularly impressed with our server Lauren. She was friendly, responsive and helpful, despite the restaurant being extremely busy. Thank you.

Bottomless tapas was lovely a lot of food was had and price wise very good. Just a shame a few items were missing so was a disappointment as that’s what we wanted to have

The food was good. Kind recommendation if you can add halal chicken to menu as well that will be great. We were served by Lauren lovely girl served drinks in time had smile on face all the time although we were 30 people it was tiring for her she still didn’t showed any sign of being exhausted.

Having pre booked at venue which must be used to large numbers due to proximity to concert venue . Surprisingly looked quiet compared to adjoining restaurants but could see people walking away . Host attended to us and immediately said it was around an hour for food to arrive . Obviously I was trying to work out if this would affect our concert timings and I asked why so long . She said it was because it was a new menu to which I replied “ well that’s not really my issue “ She then accused me of being rude which I certainly wasn’t and she proceeded to throw our menus on the table and walk off . Returned and says it’s not her fault and again said I was rude . Our waitress then attended to us as she was lovely. However even though the main menu was out and we chose from it we were then told it was the reduced event menu ( even More strange why it would be an hr) we promptly ordered simple mains so we wouldn’t be late and were then surprised they arrived after 20mins. This was also annoying as could have prob had a longer more relaxed meal. the food was ok but my chilli was more like child sized and I’ve had more as a taco topping . Poor value at over £15 We did get a discount without asking so wonder if host regretted her interaction with us . I honesty think hospitality isn’t the job for her as I don’t think I’ve met a more miserable , surly rude hospitality employee

Been today at 12:30pm, served by Lauren who was lovely, friendly and great host! Food is AMAZING. I've only been twice so far, but both times haven't disappointed. First time was the bottomless tapas, will 100% be doing that again 😍 And today my mum had the cod, and I had the fajitas, absolutely amazing quality. Also had the mango sorbet and brownie for dessert, again, amazing quality and delicious 🤤 The mocktails are flavourful! 100% recommend 🫶🏼 All staff I've encountered have been friendly and great.

The slowest service I've experienced for years, underpinned by the worst customer service and luke warm underseasoned food. Avoid

The overall experience at Las iguanas is always so positive. The endless tapas is quite literally endless! Every dish is so intricate and tasty. My server for the night was Lauren and they were incredibly delightful, quick and kind to be served by. They even gave me some churros to take home. All of the staff were super sweet to me. I’m really looking forward to going here again in the future!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful time.

One of my friends has a prawn allergy, and the team took great care in explaining the menu, ensuring we chose the right dishes while maintaining proper separation to avoid cross-contamination. We were also celebrating a birthday, and the restaurant made the occasion extra special by surprising us with a complimentary dessert. Overall, a highly recommended spot for great food, excellent service, and a lively yet comfortable dining experience!

Just went for cocktails and Niamh our server was amazing and so quick! Cocktails were delicious (esp strawberry mojito!) and 2for1 and the atmosphere was great.

Been tonight to celebrate a birthday. Lovely food and cocktails. Lauren, our server, was friendly, helpful and patient when we were trying to order from the bottomless tapas. Everything about the bottomless was explained perfectly. Recommend the sweet chilli squid balls on the bottomless tapas menu as it was cooked lovely.

Did the bottomless tapas which is fantastic value atm as only £15pp not £25pp On entering was a wait to be seated even tho wasn't too busy staff were just slow. When waitress finally did come to table after waiting a while there was about 4/5 dishes on the bottomless tapas menu that wasn't available. Can order however much u want and as many times as you want within the 90 minutes. Food wasn't amazing and very messy juice dripping a lot. Staff don't come over to check how food was or if wanting to re order only when there bringing food over otherwise u have to try and wave them down urself to get there attention.

We came for a bottomless brunch on our birthday, the food was sooo good, so we were super happy about that, but honestly shout out Mia because she was a great server, our drinks were never empty which was a great change from previous bottomless brunch experiences elsewhere :)

Portion size was perfect for brunch and Mia understood the assignment with the drink top ups! 😇

Some great food but very poor Bahaian Mash up. Utterly bland and awful. £16 for a disgusting plate of food which I wouldn't give to a dog! Sadly 2 of my party ordered it including me. The server was very friendly and helpful. The mojitos were very nice and not too sweet.

Having not been to kas iguanas for a while and expecting Italian from Zizzi but it was closed, we were just hungry , however thank goodness it was closed as we would have missed out on this little gem. Over looking the water the restaurant layout is all about the amazing view of the NEC in the distance and expanse of water in front as it's on second floor the walkways are even hidden. Seating is well spaced out and comfortable meaning with hearing aids I'm not struggling to hear my mate in front of me. The staff are knowledgeable without telling me what I can and can't eat, but advising when it contains gluten and menu also displays it ( which is becoming a rarity these days). I had pulled pork burrito bowl, which a feast fir by eyes and mouth and my Nate had jambalaya which she also enjoyed. We had a non alcoholic cocktail I can't remember which one but was really nice, in some of there non alcoholic ones they use 'three spirit non alcoholic elixir's ' I use these at home and they are really nice too. So if you in resorts world skip the norm and try something different l,boy won't be disappointed.

All 5 of us left the restaurant having thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food was tasty and came out hot. Will definitely be doing back!

Walked in fairly quiet night, it took us nearly 10 minutes to be seated. We were sat in the bar area and told to order through the QR code. We weren’t told starters come with the mains when sat in the bar and we had a small 2 person table. The table was not cleared by the time we left 20 mins after finishing our food
