A large shop that caters for most tastes but surprisingly finding it difficult to find any game meat. Definitely a demand for it around town. Clean, tidy layout with few gaps on shelves. All comes at a cost of course, with the road system to get on and off the centre and trying to find a parking spot, it's often worth shopping elsewhere.

Cheese only in middle of toasties, only toasted on one side of bread, looks like cheese is a thimble full only, or sprayed on,absolute joke, disgusting, poor value, too lazy,to prepare food properly, more cheese in a packet of crisps

The staff are great however it seems whenever we visit nothing is in stock Today they have no subs ? Which seems stupid seeing as the clue is in the name Was told would be 45 mins to cook new bread. So how come this wasn't put on earlier . The management seem to have no clue what they are doing

Visited today for lunch and was really impressed. We were greeted by a really nice lady in the pizza making area, had a chat with her while we waited for the waitress to show us to our table. She too was really lovely and very helpful. Food was fab, nice salad bar. Will be back!

Went into the store in the services today at Hereford road Shrewsbury and the service was atrocious , the two girls serving didn't seem to want to be there, there attitudes were terrible especially Eva, tutting at customers order or requests and missing orders out completely, I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order even though I was asked twice what I had ordered, and when they were eventually served they were wrong

First time visit since they've "improved" their burgers & now use brioche buns. Brioche buns are horrible so never going back !

I went in to get a sandwich for lunch at around 1:00, as anticipated there was a big queue which I donât mind waiting in as itâs the lunch time rush. However, I soon noticed the manager Mel getting agitated at her colleagues for not going fast enough and complaining about stock of food. Whilst she hid in the back not helping at all, her colleagues were trying to deal with a massive line of people. As well as this, she then proceeds to tell off her colleague in front of a line of people and then start making a deliveroo order as her colleague is mid way through a sandwich. The lack of respect Mel had for her workers baffled me. Managers should also show respect to all colleagues. If I was working there I would quit on the spot, no one should be spoken to like that. Even if they arenât going fast enough or they havenât done something right, you let them know in a nice way or a way that will positively help them progress and learn
