I went in to get a sandwich for lunch at around 1:00, as anticipated there was a big queue which I don’t mind waiting in as it’s the lunch time rush. However, I soon noticed the manager Mel getting agitated at her colleagues for not going fast enough and complaining about stock of food. Whilst she hid in the back not helping at all, her colleagues were trying to deal with a massive line of people. As well as this, she then proceeds to tell off her colleague in front of a line of people and then start making a deliveroo order as her colleague is mid way through a sandwich. The lack of respect Mel had for her workers baffled me. Managers should also show respect to all colleagues. If I was working there I would quit on the spot, no one should be spoken to like that. Even if they aren’t going fast enough or they haven’t done something right, you let them know in a nice way or a way that will positively help them progress and learn

terrible staff. not accommodating to requests. I went in and a staff member (Nikki) was very rude and miserable, she needs a job away from customer facing as she obviously doesn’t like the customers. Food also quite poor and not lots of it for the price you pay, it all felt very rushed.

I love subway, the choice for coeliacs isn’t much greater than most other fast food outlets. However yesterday’s trip was the worst so far. As soon as I ask for a gluten free sub usually the whole station is wiped down and sanitised to prevent cross contamination - this was not done on this occasion. I also asked for crispers as I’d had them at subway bayston hill a few weeks ago, the seasoning wasn’t put on and I had to ask for the sauce which comes as standard which I believe I then was charged for! The salad selection was also in a pretty poor state, the majority of holders had all other thing in eg there was sweet corn in pretty much every container, there were olives in about 4 containers, there just seemed to be a total lack of enthusiasm and care by the staff. I visited Sunday morning around 9:50am if this helps.

ABYSMAL Service from start to finish. Ordered a quick bite to eat at the self service machine, no receipt from the machine. Took a photo on my phone of the customer order number as proof that it was my order. Stood next to the counter waiting for my order for a good 15 minutes..I'd only ordered 3 chicken fillets, chips and a drink. I asked a member of staff how long would my order take as I'd been stood there like a lemon. She told me that their would be a 6 minute wait as they are having issues with something or other. A further 15 minutes went by and I asked for the manager. The food was slung to me over the counter and a half hearted apology was given. The food was stone cold, chips were terrible and the Pepsi tasted like water. Prices have rocketed at KFC and the customer service/ quality has gone drastically downhill.
