Onion rings inedible and wrong burger delivered. Good fries though

I spent £30 on halloumi fries, jalapeño bites, a chicken burger meal and another portion of fries for my partner. The extra fries cost me nearly £5 and they didn’t put them in the bag. Because it’s a service station and we were travelling we didn’t want to eat there so we didn’t realise until we’d left. It’s a lot of money for food and just to add I’m currently unemployed so that £5 makes a difference at the moment. Please just double check people’s food before giving it to them!!!

The onion rings were so rubbery they were inedible, I would have been better off eating the bottom of my shoe

We ordered vegan and vegetarian, we got meat twice. It was first time Burgerking... never again!

Burger king with no burgers? Had the ONLY option of an expensive "special menu" chicken burger. Waited ages for order (it wasnt busy, 4 waiting apart from me). When order arrived it was warm at best. Was ill for next 2 days. Will no longer use this site. This is not a usual burger king experience. I usually use burger king through preference, but this outlet has lost my custom.

Do you like lukewarm/ cold food? Do you like only half a cup of coffee? Do you like to be told that this is how it comes when you complain? Then this is the place for you. Terrible is high praise for this place. The insult to injury is that it is ridiculously expensive. My recommendation would be to eat anywhere else but here.

Ii ordered a family meal and you only gave me 4 burgers and 4 colas and they are rubish DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE AND I PAID 44 POUNDS!

a double whopper has tomato and 2 slices of cheese, as per description and I ate a whopper on numerous occasions previously. this time the tomato was missing, no tomato at all, and the cheese was missing, no cheese at all, that is not what I paid for, very disappointing

Food is not very good bland and like cardboard

I ordered for a specific time, in advance for a reason... I was on a tight timeline. They didn't even start to prepare the food until after the time requested. For delivery. Very poor and makes specifying a time completely pointless.

Been many times, food, service and counter staff always have a smile and very professional.

Their Restaurant manager served me and she was very professional and the food was good and hot

I do enjoy the occasional double whopper with cheese. However, I do not enjoy a double whopper with cheese and pickles which is why i select "remove pickles". I also select extra cheese for a whopping (if you pardon pun) £1. On more than one occasion, I have bit into my burger and, unbeknownst to me, a pickle is hiding between the lettuce and cheese. Burger experience RUINED! Unacceptable service. Its like ordering a pair of shoes with normal laces and they come with blue laces and a note saying "sorry love, couldnt be arsed swapping the laces out for you". If my burger came with pickles, how am I supposed to know my request for extra cheese (which cost me £1) was respected? Sort yourselves out. Disgusting attitude from the staff aswell.

Quite a long wait for food and to be fair it was nothing special. If I am ordering fast food I expect it to be ready in under 90 seconds. As an entitled Western consumer fast food is my birthright. Ten minutes is too long. If I wanted slow food I would have gone to Pizza Express. Like so many of the establishments that I review the problem is with entitled staff who think that Britain owes them a living even if they’re only prepared to do the bare minimum. I think companies like Burger King should pay their staff on a commission-only basis so that if they don't work hard enough they don't get paid.

Most friendly staff I’ve ever seen in a Burger King! I had the manager and a lady called Jay (sorry that might be wrong) serve me. Hope they get some recognition- very helpful, very cheerful!

Great place, been coming for 6 years and had no problems. Excellent staff and helpful especially Jenn always has a smile and friendly service. Wish I could have more stars on as It's out of this world. Not sure why people are putting bad reviews for drive-thru sure it wasn't McDonald's or Burger King on Ramparts Way.

Came on a Friday night around 9pm drive thru I ordered one meal and was told to park up. 30 mins later had to go inside to see where my order was, told the toaster had broken??!! They just left about 6 cars parked out there waiting but no one informed of this? Loads of food piled up on the side though!! Just eat orders were coming and going as quick as possible they obviously prioritise these as the restaurant was dead! Got a refund from manager who seemed to not give a damn. Food always cold here previously and now I know why, they leave it on the side but don’t give it to you unless you go up and ask. Why aren’t they giving the food out?? Never ever again lol 😂

Service was excellent, Kim the assistant manager was very informative and helpful, serving customers with a smile. Food arrived quickly and was piping hot.

When we entered, it was more crowded than the cowshed the night Jesus was born. The wife and small child joined the queue for the toilets, which was so long I wondered if it was a sign up day for an NHS dental practice. The teenager and I went to BK to order the food. The number of people waiting would leave you wondering if Justin Bieber was signing t-shirts at the kiosk. Much to the teenagers dismay, he was not and everyone was only there for that flame grilled goodness. We stood behind and elderly gentleman as he stood in front of the ordering screen, gently perusing the menu, navigating in and out of the same things as though he were the only person there. As we stood waiting for him, my belly was rumbling in anticipation of the burger and chips we were soon to consume. Eventually, the man selected his meal at a princely cost of £8.49 and left. Our turn! We ordered up, got our number and stood amongst the aimless, phone scrolling masses who were also waiting for their lunch. After some time, the number of people decreased and our number appeared on the ‘Collect’ side of the screen! However to our dismay, every other number either side got called first, which caused a couple of false starts on my part, as I put one foot forward each time the young lady with the tiny voice called out the next number. Finally we got our turn and as I complimented the young lady for keeping a smile on her face, a rather loud and brash colleague of hers completely hijacked the conversation, shouting her bit about how the day was going into my face. If I had long hair, it would be like I was in some shampoo advert, with the wind blowing my gorgeous long locks. Eventually she stopped assaulting me with her non-threatening but forcefully spoken words. I took my food and sat at the table my wife had found in the 20 minutes we had to mill about waiting for food. The food was fine. As expected. Fresh and hot. The only real issue was my 4 year old daughter complained that the cheeseburger she wanted actually had cheese in it. Apparently she wants a cheeseburger without cheese. Trying to explain that is just a burger seems somewhat lost on her. Once eaten, the dizziness and tingling in my legs went away from waiting so long and we continued on our journey.

The food was fresh and hot, and the staff seemed friendly and even apologised for my 5 minute wait, which I thought was pretty quick from past experience definitely a contender for one of the best bk's I've been to 😎👌

Atmosphere was bad as had a Very Long day at work and we went to Burger King, Shifnal Services and poor lady at service desk getting hard time from complaining customer. She tried to be polite and placate him with one minute to closing time but he wouldn’t have it. Don’t know what else she could have done to help him.

Missing our bacon double cheese burger, which would be understandable if it was a separate burger but its a whole meal. Also no chicken royale available.. had to cut my bacon double cheese xl in half so my son could still have something.

The driver was very apologetic as he was kept waiting at BK for 25 minutes while the staff appeared to be doing nothing. He certainly arrived at the restaurant quickly as we could see in the app.

Ordered 2 x chicken royals meals and a double whopper with cheese meal and only recieved 4 drinks and no food 😡😡😡 no body responding to complaint and no refund given

For some reason this Burger King does not accept the Burger King app. We had a free burger on our account but neither the touch screens or the person at the till could scan the QR code. Quite annoying, really. The food was good, although the pepper sauce on the Angus burger was nowhere near as thick and creamy as it looked in the advert.

Ordered a double cheesy bacon whopper but I didn’t see any bacon. and it all that cheesy.

We requested to order our meals at the till, only to be told card payments had to be made at the filthy self service kiosks. My wife and I declined and went to Waitrose. While eating our delightful sandwiches, we observed a lady approach the till and be served by card at the counter. My wife and I are not of English descent, but the lady who was granted service was... Not that I’m assuming the latter statement is of ANY relevance, but you’ve employed some questionable staff at this location BK. Back to the beautifully diverse 21st century London we go.

For the 3rd time the order that arrived was completely different from what we ordered! How can Burger King consistently get the orders so wrong when they place the ordered items into a bag that clearly has the receipt attached showing what items were ordered! Totally avoid unless you want items that you haven’t ordered

Different day, burgers this time. Same great service and SOOO much better than the Golden Arches!! Tastier burger and the fries are too die for!

Cold really cold out burgers are really small

Avoid at all costs. Rude staff especially the short mixed race girl with braids, needs sacking. Unable to order at the tills for no apparent reason except the staff couldn’t be bothered to take orders. Food was also shocking. If you want a new job hun then get one.
