Please, why is this place open. On behalf of the four of us who have just comsumed the most lacklustre boring & tasteless sandwiches we are not amused. No meatballs, incorrect orders written on paper, no eggs, no sausages, limited choice on bread. Bacon tastes like hot ham Very dissapointend. It is a very sad day when Chef A'Vago has to raid the fridge at work to feel full :~{

In the last few weeks I have stopped here and have forgotten to leave a review, I stopped here today and was very impressed by the service given by Nicole I felt its right to give credit when due. I had been previously served by Racheal who is on holiday this week but between the two of them they made great Subs just the way they should be made. They both are polite and professional, excellent work, give them a pay rise, they both deserve it.

Very good little subway. Right behind the shop inside the petrol station. Definitely worth a visit. Staff helpful. The only down side is that the staff need name badges on. So if you want to recommend a staff member to the management you can do. Keep up the good work.

Well where do I start...... I feel as though the one star is too kind for what was the worst experience at a subway I have ever had. The four ‘workers’, although it does seem wrong to call them that didn’t have a clue as to what was going on, complete and utter space cadets, how they ever got the job is beyond me. The experience began with a long queue as to which only one of the staff (out of the FOUR) were working whilst the other three, who I can only describe as lost, nattered in the back room. The customer in front of me left as the only meat on offer was some very unappealing bacon and pepperoni. No chicken in sight!! Then the staff went into the back, after I had to ask them to go, to have a look to see if there was any chicken at all, and too my great surprise there was chicken after I was told by two of the workers that there was none!!! After a very slow process the chicken was put out and the very sarcastic and unpleasant staff worker finally was able to get my sandwich together. Whilst the really slow process was going on the two workers in the back still hadn’t shown their faces. The customer behind me asked for some tuna and the staff rolled their eyes and again made him wait for his tuna to come out. Overall I was appalled and astonished by the workers there who I wish I could name and shame who made my subway experience awful. I love subway and their food but this specific store left a very sour taste in my mouth. A manager or higher staff needs to have a look at the staff they are recruiting and get some proper workers in! Many of my friends and co-workers have also complained about this store. Not impressed!

Lots of voucher deals if you can get a book before you go in. I ordered a vegan footlong veggie delight with all the salad and I've never seen someone manage to fit quite so much plant material between two slices of bread.

I'm still waiting for a subway delivery an hour and a half later and still no sign! A hour and a half for a sandwich. I won't be ordering from here again.

Typical subway located inside petrol station...it does have some inside seating but nearby is the historical battlefield site so we are there instead!

ABYSMAL Service from start to finish. Ordered a quick bite to eat at the self service machine, no receipt from the machine. Took a photo on my phone of the customer order number as proof that it was my order. Stood next to the counter waiting for my order for a good 15 minutes..I'd only ordered 3 chicken fillets, chips and a drink. I asked a member of staff how long would my order take as I'd been stood there like a lemon. She told me that their would be a 6 minute wait as they are having issues with something or other. A further 15 minutes went by and I asked for the manager. The food was slung to me over the counter and a half hearted apology was given. The food was stone cold, chips were terrible and the Pepsi tasted like water. Prices have rocketed at KFC and the customer service/ quality has gone drastically downhill.
