Subway in Shropshire

Very friendly driver and very understanding. Food was warm and so good.

Hash browns were stone cold and slightly burnt

Exceptional service received from the restaurant after calling them in regards to my order. The staff were polite, attentive, and answered my question in a professional manner. The order was received as expected with no issues. The driver delivered the order diligently and was very pleasant.

Delivery was prompt and on time. The food was nice and warm and very tasty. A nice treat after a bad day.

This Subway is ok, clean and nice building as it is relatively new. Some of the staff are not the most engaging, but they are busy. Stopped having salads at this branch as the portion was really small in comparison to other subways.

Ordered a salad and even attached a note for the restaurant, I was sent 1/4 box of salad yet charged full price. Small amount of lettuce as requested but the rest was hardly any and this is not the first time I’ve had a salad look like this. Why sell a salad if you are not going to provide a salad, it is not the garnish in a sandwich it is supposed to be a meal itself…. Absolutely appalling!!

The staff are great however it seems whenever we visit nothing is in stock Today they have no subs ? Which seems stupid seeing as the clue is in the name Was told would be 45 mins to cook new bread. So how come this wasn't put on earlier . The management seem to have no clue what they are doing

The subway was nice enough but it didn't have everything on it. We were missing crispy onions amongst other things off both items and the nacho chicken was stone cold on arrival

Absolutely diabolical! First we order and no delivery option, which is fine as I live opposite. Magically food was ready in 2 minutes!- ordered 2 6 inches one came as a footlong, which isn’t bad but it was for my children. The other one was flat and all the filling was on the paper, hardly able to save just a cold swished mess. The waffle fries were cold soggy and looked as if someone had scrunched them in their hand and shoved them in a box. Overall not very happy.

Visited on the 140824, big queue, one young girl serving who looked very unhappy. Second woman seemed stressed and was in the back room. Inside the shop was warm and uncomfortable. Loo needed cleaning and no loo paper.... Checks clearly not being made due to pressure on staff. Really poor experience.

Just had a wonderful service from manager Mel. Lovely happy lady, despite working a 13hr shift today. Sandwich made to perfection for my fussy partner. Store nice and clean. Will call in again. Good luck with your stock count tonight.

Quality was better than before, I asked for them to make sure the drinks were cold as it’s hot today and they were. Very pleased.

Food wasn’t toasted like asked and didn’t ask for the bread that was given

Went in this morning to get a sub and didn't have the ingredients to make it. Never coming here again. Didn't have time before work to go anywhere else so I had to go hungry

Had chicken meal there last Thursday. Friday night till Thursday following week food poisoning. 90% convinced it was from there, never again.

The place is always immaculate the only subway my boys will eat at.

Ordered from Bayston Hill last weekend with the exact same order. Shambolic showing. Thought I’d give Meole Brace a try this weekend, order was correct and quick. Meole Brace 1 - 0 Bayston Hill.

2 missing items and wrong type of cookie, very disappointed

My salad is wrong how can you get an order wrong that is in writing on the app? I can’t eat this as absolutely hate onions and they are all over my salad and there is no pickle on this and 90% of the box is lettuce!!!!! This is horrific!

it was great that it was early as opposed to late but the drink in the bag cooled the sandwich down.

Kadi and Harriet were lovely and welcoming. The supervisor on the other hand in the black t shirt wearing glasses was RUDE!!! Poor service, really bad manners and didn’t help her team out. she was so rude when i asked for some more red onions said that’s all they had for the rest of the day and gave a dirty face. will NOT be back and would not recommend coming here.

Kadi and Harriet were very welcoming and inviting from the beginning and made my sandwich with elegance how ever the supervisor is the black t-shirt and glasses was very unapproachable and looked very “slapped b! Faced” and was glaring at me and and the people I was with while passing back and forth between back and the salad bar and did nothing when her staff clearly needed help making the sandwiches do not recommend this place for the supervisor’s behaviour as a whole!!!

Impressed with this little subway. Food is good. Store is clean. Staff are friendly and seem to work well together. Theyve got the systems going well.. One serves.. One til.. One stock and cleans. Nice to see everyone working actually doing something unlike some teams stand and chat and do not alot. Very efficient well done guys 👏

Best subway I've been to- ingredients are really fresh, service polite and friendly. Plenty of parking, clean toilets. Outdoor and indoor seating.

I went in with my sister on Saturday and the service was amazing, the worker Mia was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

Not good... Served by Dan, didn't change gloves between touching cheeses etc so contaminated with meat for any vegetarians, needed reminding I'd like cheese and certain salads, also prompting to put enough on as almost nothing dropped ontop, not exactly placed. Aware it's just a sub, but I'd like the impression you're putting the food where it's meant to go not throwing it. Given sandwich not wrapped and exposed so asked to cover so food won't fall out. Card machine then wasn't working so left and went to Subway up the road at the roundabout, much better.

Absoloutley shocking experience I buy a ham footlong all the time and the lady only put 4 slices of ham in. I queried this as its always more than 4. To which she told me they only put 4 in ft long. So I asked the other lady who said yes it's only 4.. I took it and went home.. doubting myself really.anyways I phoned another local subway who told me it should be 8 slice. So I called back my local subway and the lady who I spoke to tried blaming the other lady telling me she had been taught different which was lies as they had both worked there a long tome. She was so rude so I went into tye store where the girl ran into the back and manager came out and apologised.. which was all I was after really. Don't be rude just admit you made a mistake apologies then we move. It really is that simple. Better customer service is needed in meol brace subway. Baring in mind I paid £6.39 for half the ingredients 🤦🏻‍♀️

Clean and tidy rather overpriced for things to eat but drinks are a fair price.

Very poor the female behind counter never spoke, put the items on that we expressed we did not want, when I took back one of the food she just went to take of the items not wonted, so asked for a fresh one, and then she again not spoke and again went to put on both items I asked not for so I had to say no , no apology nothing very disgusting and disappointing behaviour

Clean and food is fine, just understaffed and those that are working are far too slow. Also think it's more expensive than other Subways.

First time visiting this subway - very clean, staff friendly and overall everything was spot on. No faff, order, pay, eat nice food and go. No complaints will happily go back.

Had a vegan patty footlong and it was great worker even changed her gloves as she had touched meat so that made it better and very polite staff

Incredibly slow, as someone who used to work at a subway would know. Also, 21.99 delivery charge for delivery is extortionate

Please check your receipt when purchasing from this place. We were over charged. So, as any normal person would do, we approached the counter and explained. This seemed like an inconvenience for the staff and this made me more determined to sort the issue out. Eventually, I managed it. Only 3 odd quid, but if they do this on a regular basis, subway is definitely quids in. Food good though
