Great service, great guys inside, great food and great price. Value boxes great for price and my offered a free drink while we wait. Used twice and will continue to use while passing by. Thanks guys.

Waited over 1.5 hrs. all they say is driver has already left. May be he's driving from another County. Poor Service. As a Professional they should aim to do better. Take pride in what they do, would be good advice to this outfit.

I ordered my food at 17:58, it didn’t arrive at the expected 18:45 latest. The order update changed the delivery time to 19:20 and the food still didnt arrive until 19:30. I tried phoning the business and got through but nobody actually picked up.

the cookie dough and the milkshake were stunning. However, the mozzarella sticks tasted like they had been cooked in the microwave, the cheese was solid and had to be put in the airfryer but overall didn’t taste very nice, was very disappointed with the quality of these.

It was great the person that delivered the food did as the note said the food was hot and lovely well done would definitely order again

Pizza topping was all stuck to the top of the box weather it got dropped or just held upside down! doner meat and chips was cold. And tray squashed, very disappointing won’t be wasting good money like that again.

AWFUL. Ordered via justeat a chicken doner kebab and chips. There was no option of salad or sauces. When it arrived it was basically dry and fatty and tasted like 2 day old chicken pieces that had been reheated in a microwave on top of dry cold french fries. Some of the chicken was burnt and the overall taste and appearance was so awful that after trying to pick out some well cooked food I gave up and put virtually all of it the bin. Never again. Update - November 2023 And it took them a year to read and reply to my review 🤣

Very poor after always using them if had pizza, pizza overcooked very thin and poor quality of ingredients for toppings compared to past ones. Paying more for less and poor quality.

Ordered 3 waffles. All came cold and basically plain to what they were meant to be. Ordered a strawberry waffle and had a dribble of strawberry sauce and was stone cold.

Me and my partner are fishing at hamptons springs and we placed an order for delivery! ... food came quickly and hot! .. the best take away we have had!! Just perfect!

Best kebab house in town! The donor meat is so tasty and the pizzas are cooked just how pizzas should be, crispy and full of toppings! Really worth trying and the staff are always friendly and helpful :) bonus points for the milkshakes as well!

Food was fast delivery and milkshake was good.. however, I was charged 2 times for the payment (my food was £24 alone) and when I phoned to ask they were very quick to hang up. Had to tell the lovely delivery lady who brought my food what had happened as she took photos of the statements and emails. Then, after taking the food upstairs I realized I was missing not only the pot of garlic mayo I paid for but also the DONNER MEAT out of special deal 5 that is a burger, chips, DONNER MEAT and a drink. So I ended up buying nan bread to make a kebab for nothing. I won't even phone to tell them what they've missed because at this point it's clear they don't care. Will be looking into the £24 the owe me. P.S Milkshakes are good. Edit: Just had a phone call from the company owners daughter that made my night! She was extremely understanding and helped me figure out payments and about getting back the missing food elements! Really appreciate this customer service and all the staff who helped in bringing this all around to a happy ending! Thank you Whitchurch eat house!!

These guys are gold medal winners, after a mess up on Just eat where they didn't receive the order (not their fault) the couldn't do more to help. We were staying in the area so not familiar with the town. They made our order (for 10 people) in 15 minutes and the food was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely awful! £40 down the drain, chicken meat was like 7 days old, chips were hard,pizza was dry the only 2 things nice were onion rings and the bottle of Pepsi!

Over priced and bad quality food. When the takeaway first opened they were brilliant but have really gone down hill last 6 months! Dry stale tasting pizza's, they really skimp on toppings and miss parts of the order.

Spend over £30 and most of it was rubbish. Ordered chicken donner meat was very dry. Tasted like it was cut day before and served from the hot pot. Asked them to give me chips on separate packet but it was mixed with the kebab. Ordered eat house special which was £15 worth. Again most of it was dry meat. Only good thing about it was pizza, which was very nice. There is better Kebab house in town then this.

Took 2 hours to deliver 2x hot chocolate fudge cakes which were frozen and 1x cheesecake which you have to defrost for 6 hours. 3x milkshakes which are warm and watery. Absolutely awful. £25 down the drain.

Show open on food hub and take the order and money, food didn't arrive and couldn't get through on the phone, went there and were shut.

In terms of takeaways I would say it's one of the best in Whitchurch. The food tastes really good they cook I for you really quickly if you order it in there. Equally as quick on delivering it to you, it's a great takeaway

The past 2 times I have ordered from here, both deliveries were incorrect. First order they forgot a meal and the second order I ordered garlic mushrooms by themself and when they arrived they came with salad and were drowned in mayonnaise.

Tried the donner kebab. Plenty of meat. Very filling in the pitta bread.

Waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered. When I rang after an hour and a half the women who answered the phone was the rudest person I have ever dealt with, told me to take my query up with foodhub and hung up. When food arrived it was cold and some of the order was missing. Delivery driver was lovely and very apologetic. This takeaway is going down hill massively.

Ordered 2 chicken kebabs. 1 small and 1 large. The large had not nann bread as requested and the small had no salad or nann bread. When we took it back the bread was given to us in a bag and the missing salad in a tray. No kebabs were made up for us. By time we had driven 6 miles the chicken was cold.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would be giving it.Worst customer service I have ever received, made an order via just eat, the order was accepted, half an hour later the order was cancelled without any reason being given. I then called the restaurant to inquire about the cancelled order, the woman who I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and hung up the phone. One of my friends then called to try and clear up the reason as to why the order was cancelled and to ask if we were able to re order and we would come and collect it, this was then met with the woman being rude and aggressive again and she put the phone down. I would not recommend this establishment, they have now lost 6 regular customers from their local area. Disgusting customer service, leaving 6 of us waiting on food that wasn’t going to arrive. Luckily there is other more reliable takeaways in the area that we will be using from now on.

A massive order from a party of hungry campers was completed in 20 minutes, and even helped us to the car with it! Lovely service, lovely food, thank you very much!

Food was ok but the increase in price is ridiculous i had a meal deal burger with chips and it included a handful of doner meat and a drink we also ordered just a chicken skewer kebab no chips just the chicken and some salad came to around £14.90 i was disgusted so my meal was £6.99 so call it £7 so they charged £7.90 for some chicken and salad used to enjoy eating here but the price increase has put us off eating here again.

Used to be good for the money....unfortunately they have now put their prices up by nearly £2.00 on most items...Ozan is now cheaper!!!

Prices have been put up to much from the old menu, everywhere is now cheaper.

Good food fast delivery great that you have another choice in town
