Efes Pizza & Kebab in Shropshire

Food was cold when it arrived and very small portions. If you order a kebab make sure you don’t order salad, you might get more meat.! Just a shame Chicos in Wem was shut, they’re much better.

It was okay, had a mix up with the order that was fixed fast. It was bland and a little dry

Completely useless. Ordered Kebab meal 4 (Any 2 Large Kebabs, 2 Chips, 2Cans). Was initially given 2 Small Kebabs, she apologised and said she would do it again, ended up with 2 Small Chicken and 1Small Donner, even after I queried it a second time. Used to be the best place in Wem, definitely will NOT be going back.

Despite advertising open until 2230, won't answer the phone at 2145. Just another waste of time in Wem, a dying town.

Great food and a friendly service. The kebabs are delicious with plenty of meat and salad. Pizzas are equally as delicious. Everything cooked to perfection. We had our food delivered once and was delivered within 45 minutes. Obviously at busy times the drivers could be a bit later, to be expected from any restaurant! but we have never experienced long wait times. Recommend 👍🏻😊

What a disappointment after ordering a jumbo efes special kebabs it turned up, more chips than meat I’ve had a single Kabab with more meat in it what a waste of money. BEWARE

Poor, don’t touch them very rude

Ordered food and was told 45minutes, I called to chase my order an hour and a half later and was told it was going to take a further 25minutes so cancelled order and went somewhere else. If they were that busy they should have said and I would have collected or gone elsewhere earlier.

Waited 2 hours for my food for some man to turn up and say we called the wrong number which was a complete lie. The pizza was nice but the kebab was extremely soggy and there was too much veg.The chips were cold and wet and the garlic bread was burnt and tasted terrible.

Not blowing anyone anyway. Why is a combo kebab served with a pita? Pita is for babies, I didn't like the marinade or taste of the meat particularly

I love that they are very friendly staff ,fast delivery ,fresh products ,I order from them for over 1 year already and and hot (what is most important for everybody) never disappointed me. Keep going like that .Big thumb up guys. 5 stars from me. Definitely recommend

Asked for a bit of chilli sauce as for a child came swimming in it to hot for me let alone a child rude when complained chicken looked like beef & tasted like beef no joke never will I order from there again 😡

Don't usually use Efes but was pleasantly surprised by the quality, taste and quantity of the food. Will definitely use again.

Ordered through food hub on Wednesday at 7.50 no food came, tried to call effes several times wouldn't pick up phone.bad customer service will cost you customers in the long run.if you can't complete order tell your customer don't ignore them. Now Saturday still no refund from foodhub.

Placed an order on food hub 2.5 hours later still no food, so I contact Food Hub and they contacted Efe’s and they said they had a ‘technical issue’ they were very quick to accept the order and take my money. Awful service DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. no apology and if I didn’t call Food Hub I don’t think I’d get a refund either!

Just order two burgers and it's like they just slapped it together and the chips are like cardboard

Sorry . Wouldn't give it 1 star but I have to give it something. I have used Efes for 3 years. Ordered online thru Just eat. And collected. Tonight I spent the extra and asked for delivery.Met all the criteria and had it rejected. Their reason was I was outside the area and needed to spend another £5. Now I drive it most weeks so I know the distances. Have tried to Speak To them. Given different rules that aren't on Just Eat. Minimum order is £15 Not £10. Just Eat are just as useless. THEY don't give a toss. Well after a 17 hr shift thank you Efes for nothing. Goodbye. Sorry you think so little of the regulars who use you every week.

While only 1 couple waiting for food in shop it took 26mins before was asked for order, 18minutes later was asked again! Ordered a mixed special, (ANY large pizza ANY large kebab , garlic baguette, large fries, bottle of pop) can only have Margherita and Donna!???? Slice of garlic bread and can of pop...!!?? Go me it's still not on fire 🔥YET 😉

Bit hit and miss when it's good it's lovely food but then there is times the food is not good so depends if it a good or a bad day

Really nice food! Great prices. Great portion sizes. Lovely staff. We ordered out here when we stayed at the hotel around the corner.... highly recommend
