Had 2 chicken chow meins and there wasn't much chicken in there and the egg fried rice was appalling, bland and warm food, me and my wife would recommend you go elsewhere where, they don't take card either

It was not very nice my sister was on the toilet for an hour

Shady size portions , missing items tried for 1st time today and won't be returning there waste of money

Truly appalling.. the pancakes with my crispy duck had been microwaved too long or were off, half were soggy, the rest broke like poppadoms. The smell of the toxic oil that was overwhelming whilst waiting for the food to be cooked could be smelt when trying to eat it. The chips tasted like 2 days old never mind 1. It used to be decent, now I would strongly advise to avoid!

Great little take away. Usual Chinese menu with a few specials as well. Anyways well cooked. Good value and worth a try.

Honestly, we had the worst experience of a Chinese takeaway last night. Being a regular to this place it's a real shame :( Firstly, we were told the wait was 30 minutes! It was nearer an hour ( ok they are busy I can deal with that but...) Drove 15 minutes home to the realise we were short of some items ( rice and ribs ) ! ( Ok my fault I should have checked ). Not to worry then carry on.. to then find out the Crispy chicken balls were in-fact prawns!! This is getting worse now ! Quick Taste of the chicken curry dish and that tipped me over the edge ! It was like re-heated chunks of some sort of meat :( I rang them back to be told they can't head out to me and replace a meal along with supply the ones we're missing! That's really annoying as having friends over, this has ruined the evening and costing me further money to travel back! I promptly suggested they refund me the £50.50 and I will be making my way back with the so called Food straight away. Luckily I was refunded the full amount. Ended up going over the road for a pizza . Best pizza we've had in along time 👌

Absolutely appalling food, chips were as if they were yesterdays reheated! BBQ spare ribs hardly any and cold the chow main was cold and pale not much beef. Total waste of money !

I let it slide that when I place a telephone order the other person on the end of the phone just says 'yeah' not 'what would you like' or 'can I take your order please' (doesn't matter who you speak to) then tonight I place a very simple order but they got it wrong. I could have let that slide also but then to find 2 hairs in the food was very poor. Phoned up to complain which they were really not bothered about. Very rude and poor management and rude staff. Will not be using again

We are waiting longer and longer every time for food even with a collection time. We turned up later today and still no food. For the 2nd time we have received the wrong order and made to feel like it's our fault

Had take out last night from The Jade and it was excellent. I would go as far as to say it was the best Chinese I have ever eaten. Salt and pepper chips were an amazing addition to the various dishes. The food wasn’t greasy just very very tasty! I will be back !

Took my car in for an MOT, had 4 bold tyres and a faulty break light, service was great the chicken fried rice was so, so.

Didn’t get our full order that we paid for The girl stopped us mid order in the shop to take a telephone order The food we did get was dreadful and cold so we threw it away Total waste of time and money

Very poor ..chips burnt and hard curry sauce no taste pancake rolls burnt too..

Went to Jade house as our usual Chinese is shut for holidays. What a waste of money ordered over the phone told it was going to be 10-15 minutes arrived in 15 minutes then had to wait another 20. Got home chicken and sweetcorn soup is not made with 50 percent sugar in the bin that went, next the rice was sticky and cold, chicken and mushroom curry stuck to the spoon it was that thick and contained 1small mushroom cut into 4, next my pork chop suey never tasted anything so tasteless so in the bin. Don’t waste your money.

Worst Chinese food I have ever tasted. We had a chicken chow mein, the chicken had the texture of jelly. There was not a drop of taste to the meal and as another reviewer has said "vile chips". Too top it all off it was half cold, will never order from here again. Absolutely disgusting, owners should be ashamed. I feel sick and robbed. Do not recommend.
