Having seen an online ad for Sunbeans outside catering. I decided to use them for a family function. Great service. Delivered to site and setup. Great food. And a really good price. I’d definitely recommend for any function or if you need a quick bite to eat and a hot drink when in Malvern link.

Went here first time lovely country pub was holding a vintage car rally ..well supported..street food pizza van good pizza . Staff friendly and helpful

Have ordered from this Chinese takeaway three times. First couple were really good. The crispy beef is the best in Malvern. Other reviews are correct that some of the sauces are too thin & watery. However the third time I ordered I had food poisoning two hours after eating. For this reason alone I won’t be returning.

Lovely lunch to celebrate my birthday with family. Really enjoyed the bacon, onion and cheese quiche. Delicious! The service was excellent. Quite pricey but great local food & great views.

Lovely coffee and cake and very friendly staff. The dog was very welcome too, in spite of what was written on trip adviser. Nice tables and chairs outside with shade. You can hire a Mobility Tramper vehicle to get up to the Beacon. We’ve booked one at the weekend as my husband has not been able to get up the hills for some years now. Will definitely go again.

The pub and people are top notch...a proper country pub, great prices

Wow what a gem of a find in the BW catalogue of Hotels (some good some not so) but this was way up there. We spent the weekend there just this week and as soon as we drove into the car park we thought Wow - this looks great. Hotel receptionist was so so helpful and we were given a ground floor room all ready for us with extra pillows for my wife. This hotel actually had a working restaurant which we utalised first evening as we were too tired getting there from Berks to go looking elsewhere. It was clean, comfy and food plentiful as was the breakfast. This was probably the best BW spread we have experienced over the years staying with them in the UK. My only criticism is the size of the TV in comparison to the size of the room esp when larger TV's are so much cheaper nowadays and it could have done with a 2 seater comfy couch in the Premier rooms rather than desk type seating (not very comfy) so back to watching from the headboard. Guess Hotels nowadys still think we guests go out all day and only use it for an hour before sleeping ... I say wake up to the 2024 ... we need a bedroom lounge nowadays if u want to be up there. Can recommend - great staff and great place to visit the area around Worcs.

Visited for a Spa Day which included Afternoon Tea and decided to stay for dinner too. I have a milk allergy which they catered for extremely well. The Afternoon Tea and Fish and Chips we had for dinner were the best l have ever tried. I do dine out often and this food surpassed my expectations!!! The only let down was the waiter that served us at Dinner. There were two of us dining but he seemed to be oblivious to the fact that I was even there. Whilst serving he seemed to address my friend more which left me somewhat bewildered. At one point he even turned his back to me whilst telling my friend what specials were available! He also poured out my friends drink but did not do the same for me. His behaviour was very odd to say the least and I have never experienced such blatant ignorance before.

Lovely place, nice atmosphere and location. The Dirty Chai was lovely. Carrot cake very nice but the almond croissant was to die for 🤩

Shame it closed down and has for a few years. Last went 2018 when open was OK. Then again meet friends in there 2015 and every year before that was such a nice place to meet

This venue has to be commended for providing a great time whatever time of day you visit. Recently they have introduced mobile food vans all of which are very varied to suit everyone’s taste. They have also planned regular entertainment which is always well attended, recent artists have been Mel & Him and Dan Greenaway, it the recent good weather this has taken place in the large pub garden, last night every table was taken. In the coming weeks I will be attending some fantastic events that the management have worked hard to arrange, activities like charity auctions, quiz evenings and even the odd game of bingo. My opinion of this venue is that it’s going from strength to strength and well deserved a visit. Well done to Tom, Matt Gill and your team for providing a great venue in a beautiful country village.
