I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bank House Hotel, and I must say, the staff are truly a credit to the establishment. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist with red hair was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had. Her warm demeanor made us feel right at home. The lady at the spa, who had blonde hair, was also very welcoming and added to our relaxing experience. Additionally, the gentleman in the sports bar with long dark hair was exceptionally polite and accommodating, making our time there enjoyable. We were also impressed with the breakfast, which was well-stocked at all times and absolutely delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and were very impressed with the service. Thank you!

Lovely hotel, staff are wonderful, rooms are quite basic but we're clean my biggest issues were that I'm disabled and had issues getting into the bath to use the shower as there's no handrails then when in the shower the taps are not disabled friendly at all I burnt myself as I couldn't turn them taps had to shout my partner who also had great difficulty. I ended up just getting out of the shower. Some people thought it acceptable to party and play music all night which is not what you want when you have paid a large amount of money, it's currently 5am and its still going, banging and slamming doors, music etc... also the bed wasn't very comfortable noisy when you move around and extremely hard. Such a shame as we had saved up for this weekend and were very excited to be here for our friends wedding. Won't be visiting again in a hurry.

Excellent meals and super service.

Took my sister for her 40th birthday, we had not visited the spa before. It was absolutely brilliant! We were greeted by Charlotte at the spa reception and she was so accommodating for all of our needs. Fabulous at customer service,and choice of facilities, we would definitely go again. My sister had a treatment with Chloe which she thoroughly enjoyed and felt that it was a very quality treatment with quality products. Thank you for making her birthday so specai.

We had a lovely afternoon tea with you for our mums birthday.. Was very yummy and got to take our leftovers home. Definitely recommend. Free parking. Wheelchair friendly.

Brilliant place to stay. Superb, friendly staff, excellent service and wonderful pool and spa. Food consistently outstanding - well done to the Chef! We will be back.

Out of seasons and not in school holidays so very quiet & peaceful. Breakfast - good choice, evening meals nice. WiFi in our room not great and no smart tv meaning no access to Netflix etc so plenty of sleep 💤

The location of this hotel is peaceful . The staff are friendly and welcoming. The bedrooms are nice and clean. Breakfast, these a very good English breakfast and i selections of other foods and drinks. The spa is good and you can also order drinks to have by the pool. I Enjoyed my stay here.

We Have Just attended New Years Eve 2024 Masquerade Ball At The Bank House Hotel which had us served a delicious meal and was Entertained by the Fantastic Live Astella Band, well Done to all for what was a Lovely night to see the New Year in and for a great over night stay and spot on Breakfast. This was the 3rd time we have seen a New Year at this hotel just outside Worcester 👏👏👏

We had a lovely stay. The room was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. Both the bar and spa were outstanding. My only concern was the mattress in our first room. It was no thicker than the height of my mobile phone and when I laid on it, it compressed to less than a third. I reported this to reception and they changed our room without any fuss. The hotel is furnished to a high standard and is in the perfect location for a romantic getaway. However, a good night's sleep is fundamental. Hopefully, the hotel will soon complete its programme of replacing its old matresses.

Great room, very spacious, warm and inviting. A good sized bath 🛁 utilised 😬, ironing board and iron also used, and a nice selection of coffee and biscuits whilst relaxing in the room (Thanks 👍) We had a Christmas Party 🎄⛄🎁 here also, which was really good, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet (continental and full English) was great. And if you want poached eggs 🥚 they will make these to order. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in ages, the sausages, beans, hash browns were really tasty 😋 Hoping to stop again and make use of the Spa and Gym, which was included in the room rate... Thanks for hosting me 😁❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my wife! From the moment we checked in, the young lady at the front desk was so bubbly and friendly. The restaurant and spa staff were equally impressive, providing great service throughout our visit. My wife and I travel quite a bit, so we've seen many hotels, but in my opinion, this one truly excels in every aspect—service, food, comfort, and lovely staff. We will definitely be returning. Wow what a gem of a find in the BW catalogue of Hotels (some good some not so) but this was way up there. We spent the weekend there just this week and as soon as we drove into the car park we thought Wow - this looks great. Hotel receptionist was so so helpful and we were given a ground floor room all ready for us with extra pillows for my wife. This hotel actually had a working restaurant which we utalised first evening as we were too tired getting there from Berks to go looking elsewhere. It was clean, comfy and food plentiful as was the breakfast. This was probably the best BW spread we have experienced over the years staying with them in the UK. My only criticism is the size of the TV in comparison to the size of the room esp when larger TV's are so much cheaper nowadays and it could have done with a 2 seater comfy couch in the Premier rooms rather than desk type seating (not very comfy) so back to watching from the headboard. Guess Hotels nowadys still think we guests go out all day and only use it for an hour before sleeping ... I say wake up to the 2024 ... we need a bedroom lounge nowadays if u want to be up there. Can recommend - great staff and great place to visit the area around Worcs.

Pleasant staff, good food. Bar service slow, only one serving. Rooms excellent, clean, nice king size bed, well decorated.

We stopped here for a weekend spa break in October. The rooms were lovely; comfortable and very clean. The room service was excellent - the burger was one of the best I've had anywhere. The breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked and plenty of choice. The spa is excellent, great pool, comfortable seating, hot tub, steam room and sauna all fantastic. Located around 10 minutes from Worcester centre. Great hotel will stop here again.

Visited as part of a large corporate evening. Good was very nice and the service was quick, professional and most importantly friendly. Compared to the venue the evening had been held previously, the Bank House was so much better

The website says it’s best to book direct as you get an upgrade (if available), spa access and an evening drink. So I forewent the points i get for using my usual booking site as I thought I’d have the treats instead. Not one of them materialised. No upgrade, no spa access and no drink. The receptionist was clearly bored and didn’t even look up until I spoke - hardly welcoming. I was given my card key and told my room number and lift location, that’s all. Truly dreadful. Please don’t make offers to entice customers and not deliver on any of them and please don’t have moody people on reception. The information in the room wasn’t accurate at all. The info folder said there was a room service menu in the room - there isn’t. Room service is the same as the restaurant menu but the actual restaurant menu isn’t available online, only a sample menu. The folder says heating is via a thermostat in the room. Untrue. There’s no thermostat, just a plug in electric heater. There’s no socket by the bed so unless you’ve got a lead long enough to stretch across the room, you’ll have to jump out of bed if you use your phone as your alarm clock. The hotel itself could be so much nicer with some thought and care. Cellotaped posters all over the place are so tacky and unprofessional. The handouts for guests are skewed as nobody could be bothered to photocopy them straight - so sloppy. I booked this hotel as I have a meeting in town. Ironically the topic I am speaking on is customer service so at least I have a good collection of local and live examples of what not to do and of how the customer experience can be impacted by a lack of care, thought or attention to detail. On a positive note, in the restaurant, the young woman (fairly new and front of house) and young man behind the bar were both wonderful - they were engaged and engaging, helpful, and professional in a down to earth and friendly way.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Comfortable beds , staff friendly and helpful. Room was equipped with a coffee maker. Breakfast although plentiful and adequate, wasn't matching quality of rest of stay

Great staff and location. Either to relax or play on an 18 hole golf course. Near Malvern Hills, well worth the money

Highly recommend, from front desk staff to the restaurant staff and the housekeepers in between ..nothing is too much trouble and staff were extremely helpful and cheery! Would definitely book in again with our family of 4 kids, grown ups and grandparents!

First visit and was really impressed. Room allocation perfect for us as difficulty in walking but right next to lift. Evening meal perfect and service. Lovely buffet style breakfast all you could want. Definitely would visit again. Thankyou.

Very nice hotel, staff are great, loads of hot water good pool, only let down for me was breakfast I need gluten free food, was told it was available but half the breakfast was not, had cereals but no bread, hash browns or sausages that I could have , was a shame as everything else was so good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa facilities are small but very nice. Had a massage by Sam who was really good. Spa staff excellent. Food was delicious, restaurant and bar staff were very nice.

Excellent food service very good golf course a bit different

We booked a Spa 4 hour session including massage. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and made us very welcome and comfortable. The Massage was for 30 minutes and I certainly felt better afterwards. This was a birthday treat and for my daughter's, who like a lot of working parents, have very busy and stressful lives. We love children but were very disappointed that this was not an adults only Spa session. Several young children with their parents joined us in the pool. What was a relaxing time quickly changed when one small child fell over and naturally screamed. We were not made aware that the Spa could include children and for that I have sadly given The Bank House Spa 3 stars. P.s. please, please sort the lockers out. They are difficult to operate. Thank you 🤗

Not very happy. Bought tickets for a harry styles x taylor swift event, 2 adults and an older teenager. Turned up expecting a disco as described, instead it was more like an 8 year olds birthday party, children running around everywhere, round tables and paper plates with sweets. Waited 10 minutes there and no taylor swift or harry styles played; left once we realised how out of place we were considering it was all young kids and adults spectating. Next time, specify the age group you’re expecting and don’t describe it as a “disco” when it was clearly meant for little kids.

Reception staff excellent however restaurant staff different story, they need more training on service, very forgetful so some sort of order system could help them 😀

Stayed at this hotel for just one evening whilst we were enjoying the Piston Distillery Gin School. The hotel is very nice indeed, the room was enormous, massive double bed ( I’ll come back to this) settee that doubles up as a foldout bed, the small tv in the corner seems somewhat inadequate in such a large room, appreciate some people don’t have the tv on when they stay at hotels but if you’re there for any length of time you need a reasonable size tv. We eventually got to our room around 23:45 after a very busy day and was looking forward to a good nights sleep in the massive bed, well, that didn’t happen did it, on getting in to bed we found the base of the bed had been smashed and the mattress had sunk in to the base making it impossible to sleep on, by this time after midnight we decided to use the pull out bed, not what I was expecting in an executive room. Now I could have asked for the room change but as it was after midnight this to me was not going happen. What shocks me more than anything else is the bed had been made up by the house keepers and they never noticed the broken bed. I did mention it on the morning at check out but no real apology was given for the disgraceful bed we were presented with. The bed situation actually ruined what was a great weekend in Worcester for my birthday. The restaurant was quite busy Saturday night but the staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent.

We got married at the Bank House 6 months ago and visited for a family birthday celebration. The Bank House continues to impress, making it an easy and enduring recommendation. The food, bar, and service always exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend the Bank House highly enough.
