Enjoyed an incredible Sunday roast here. I had the beef which was truly melt in your mouth delicious. Good sized portions. Service was immaculate. I would like my meal served hotter next time as it cooled down a bit quickly but it didn’t stop me from enjoying a magnificent meal!

Great Sunday lunch. Found via OpenTable app. They were extremely accommodating by coning off a parking area for us to access the front of the pub, avoiding steps and complicated routes for our party with some mobility issues. The food was tasty, well presented, lots of it. The broccoli cheese was amazing. Good selection of beers and wines. Very personable, friendly staff, who were all extremely helpful. One to add to our must repeat list. Thank you.

The worst Christmas Dinner ever! Totally ripped off!

Had mushroom risotto wish was very tasty, but could have been better with a little less salt, others with me had chicken and mushroom pie and mash which both who had it enjoyed, and the other 2 in the party had a vegetarian version of Sunday lunch which they enjoyed.

What a wonderful accidental find. Village pub with function room. Popped in for lunch last Saturday. Staff were welcoming, fire was burning and we were seated quickly. The menu was really varied and different. Worth a look on the website. All the food is home cooked and apparently the pies are the "go for" dish. Can't say as we didn't opt for this for lunch. However we did opt for the chicken topped risotto and the venison shepherds pie. Don't be deceived by what appears to be smaller portions. The meals go a long way. Food was great and service attentive. Would I go back. Yes, definitely. Thank you all.

Super meal, had a booking of 14 on a Saturday night with ages from 8 to 70 something! We phoned out orders ahead and everything went like clockwork. Super friendly staff, great service and a thoroughly pleasant experience. Would recommend anyone in the area tried it out for themselves.

Catered for our party of 19 after our car club run - service and was efficient and friendly from booking to farewells at the end of our visit. The systems Tom has in place made the organisation absolutely smooth and easy -good was preordered individuals/ couples received an itemised bill at the end which avoided all the nonsense of trying to divide huge bill by 19! The food was beautifully presented and was absolutely delicious. There is no doubt that we will return ! Many thanks to you all for your hard work and humour.WMDC

Great place for a good pub lunch, friendly staff and great food

Definitely one of my top three pubs of all time. Everything was so fresh, with locally sourced produce and cooked with so much love and attention. The chips were fluffy in the middle and crispy on the outside. The cheesy fries were a cheese lover's delight! The burger was amazing (lovely soft juicy pattie, dripping with melted cheese, on a brioche bun), but I was so jealous of my huband and son's pie of the day which was chicken and mushroom, fully handmade pie! Not just a topper! They wouldn't trade for my burger. 😁👍

I went to this Pub for a quick meal and a cider. We sat in the garden, had fabulous service and the Cod was sensational. I would heartily recommend it.

I went to The Fox and Hounds on Saturday evening with my wife and our two best friends,we all had a starter which was delicious and then the mains which again were moreish then a sweet followed by coffee a superb meal out with two friends in a superb atmosphere in a super pub with superb and freindly staff. First time eating here tonight. We had the Christmas menu and it was outstanding. 100% will be going back. Staff were attentive but not over the top. The Christmas trees were beautifully decorated. Lovely place.

70's night, a good idea but disappointing. Buffet was bland sandwiches, sausage rolls and quiche, no atmosphere...shame as normal dinning nights out are good and great food, staff are lovely and a cosy homely feel.

Lovely meal. We were a party of four and created our own tapas style meal by selecting several starters. It worked well. The staff were attentive and the atmosphere good. We had a great evening and will definitely be back.

A lovely Sunday lunch shared with friends. The food was delicious with portion sizes being very good. Staff on the whole were good but some need to chill and learn how to speak to the paying customer.

My husband and I took 2 friends for dinner last night to The Fox & Hounds at Lulsley, we all had different meals and everyone was very impressed with the meal size, the presentation and the service we received. My meal was the steak and ale pie, the pie was loaded with locally sourced Knightwick beef accompanied with fresh vegetables chips and very tasty gravy. There was a great choice of ales which we thoroughly enjoyed drinking. Thank you Tom, Emily and the whole team for an excellent evening and making our friends so welcome, we will be back very soon.

Highly recommend. This is one of my favourite pubs in our area. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Tom and Emily always give a warm welcome and fantastic service. Food menu is regularly updated with seasonal dishes and the beer and cider on tap is well kept. Very dog friendly and the beer garden is perfect for a sunny afternoon!

Called early on a Thursday evening as expected it was quite (please carry on reading) as we wanted at the end we were so disappointed- only that it was the last night of our holiday and the food was so good I deliberately picked things I wouldn’t normally go for and I was not disappointed if you have the chance to go or just thing of it GO !!!!!

Convivial hosts. A great welcome. The fresh fish and vegetables cooked to perfection. Sticky chicken in salad absolutely lovely. Nothing too much trouble for the hosts. Off the beaten track but would thoroughly recommend

Great pub with tasty food, friendly and attentive landlords and helpful staff plus beautiful surroundings. Visited many times and left never disappointed . Food portions are pretty generous so best to come hungry or else you will struggle to eat the lot :)) Very welcoming and clean place,can only recommend.

First time visiting this pub and it was lovely! Staff were very friendly and attentive, place was kept clean, decent selection of drinks and the food was amazing- can’t recommend enough! Oh it’s dog friendly too which is always a bonus! We went for lunch and the dishes we had were: - Fish of the day (pictured) which was pan-fried sea bass. - The Halloumi Fox Bowl - Beef burger - Cottage Pie Desserts: - Cheesecake of the day (pictured) which was white chocolate with raspberry. - Worcestershire Fruit Crumble with Custard. Everyone had empty plates and bowls, was lovely food! It has a lovely outside seating area so we will definitely be back in the summer!

A lovely atmosphere, good prices & what I would call "upmarket pub grub". However if you are a vegetarian like myself, you will find little variety in the menu. I would like to see at least a soup and another main course option for vegetarian eaters 😊

We found this pub by chance during a couple of days in the Malverns. So glad we stopped for lunch as it was a real treat. Starter, mains & desert obviously cooked with skill & passion as they were excellent. Nice pint of Ledbury Dark to wash it all down with too. We will return.

Excellent food. I had pie of the day, which was beef and root veg. The meat was so tender and the pie full of meat and veg. My partner had chicken which was moist and very tasty. The service was immaculate, nothing to much trouble. And very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend a meal here.

A great little pub in a great location, 4 different ales on draught what more could you ask for?

A fantastic choice of real ales in a real country pub ( they do other booze as well), Mrs T took me out for my birthday for lunch and it's been lush. An amazing location and the food was out of this world. Proper old school pub meals, no brake brothers rubbish here folks. Great team front of house and kudos to the kitchen crew, fantastic food.

An absolute hidden gem that I'll be sure to return to. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Great pub - we booked as a table of 15 for Christmas snd the service was very fast snd well organised. Great food as well. All round fab!

Fantastic food, great chef, nice surroundings

Very disappointing. 9 people had dinner here and not one of us enjoyed it. I had fish and vegetables, it was the smallest piece of fish I have ever had (in fact it was more like half of a fish I think they probably dropped the other half) the veg was hard and not seasoned whatsoever. The roast dinners were luke-warm. Yorkshire puddings very hard apparently. And then ordered a take away cheese cake and it was unbelievable how small this piece of cake was when they opened it up after. The staff were friendly But all in all terrible food. I am so surprised after I looked at the reviews before i came and it hey seemed good.

Visited at Sunday Lunchtime and had a very enjoyable time. The full menu was available, the staff we pleasant and attentive. the food nice and well served on warm plates. If I have one criticism the room was rather noisy with no soft furnishing so I found it hard to join in with the conversation,
