We booked The Inn for 2 nights as we were going to a wedding nearby. We arrived in the evening, Darren took our luggage and showed us our room (room 2). It is a very beautiful and old building. Our room had all the wooden beams exposed which gave the room a cosy feel. We were too late for food, but the Indian across the road was recommended to us. The bar downstairs was also lovely. Full of welcoming locals and Darren sorted us out when we asked to watch F1. The bar prices are extremely reasonable too. Breakfast was simple, but delicious. The only downside is that this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There are no nearby taxi companies, public transport is not an option either. There is a man called Ray who has a taxi, but it depends if he is available or not. We had to rely on other guests to take us to and from the wedding and to get to and from the hotel from Birmingham Airport was very expensive with Uber. But if you are looking for a simple and rustic place to stay, this is it!

We have been regular visitors to the Falcon Hotel over the years and it continues to be a pleasure to stay and eat here. From the lovely welcome from Craig and John and the delicious food over three days the visit was perfect. Jane is an excellent chef and all though the menu is now smaller than it used to be their is plenty options if you are staying for a few days, donât be fooled by the snack meals on the menu they are not small, the lovely waitresses smile when you express surprise at the portion sizes all served with homemade bread and as for the deserts delicious ! We had fantastic weather and walked on Bromyard downs and visited Leominster our friends were first time visitors and loved this friendly quirky hotel. Itâs a small family run hotel which has existed in some form since 1700s which is part of its charm. If you like modern hotels with the usual menus and people perhaps itâs not for you We have already booked for later in the year

We have been staying in the area and decided to try Shun Fat out. On our 1st visit we had a Cinese....egg fried rice, lemon chicken and sweet and sour chicken balls. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes as the place was packed. Very reasonably priced and better than any other I've tasted. On the 2nd visit we had fishcake, chips and battered sausages. Again delicious. The staff are so friendly and happy. There was also good banter between the staff and the owner "Richie" (I think that is his name). I have no hesitation in recommending this place....A**

I have been here several times for tapas before and the food was excellent, unfortunately this time it was not. I will not be returning.
