Stopped off for coffee nice to sit outside in the sunshine made this a very good place to pick Prices were not the reason the size of the scones was not the reason either Everything here seems to have shrunk except the price The coffe was quite nice to drink not as hot as we like

This establishment is under new management and is now called “Brew”. It’s very similar to the former regime with tea, coffee, toasted sandwiches and soups. There’s a specific vegan menu using vegan cheese in toasted sandwiches and a couple of vegan soups.

This cafe has a great choice of drinks and cakes. They do hot food too, not a long menu, but it’s better to do what one does well than get too stretched. It’s not a huge kitchen! It was lovely to have a choice of soups, not just soup of the day. My only niggle was that the bread came from a sliced loaf, whereas a roll, or farmhouse would have been much nicer. Drinks were great, as was CofE and my green tea. It’s a good place for families with high chairs available. Plus there are armchairs or tables at which one can sit. I prefer armchairs and it’s lovely to have such a variety of seating available. Water available to help yourself, and newspapers. Free WiFi too! Friendly staff who work hard. Well worth a visit.

Went for lunch with wife. We both had panini, felt the menu was a very limited, coffee was Very good. The food however was a bit of a disapointment, the panini looked like a elephant had stepped on it, all it was garnished with were some tasteless crisps. It could have had some sort Garnish, shame. I also tried the soup which was also lacking taste there was no coniments at all on the table so that did not help.

Having recently moved to the delightfully quaint town of Bromyard I have discovered a real gem of an eatery. This unpretentious coffee house would put many high-end London coffee houses to shame. Under the professional and friendly stewardship of Hanna, the service, coffees and food (ranging from delicious cakes, pastries and tasty hot delights) is first class and faultless. Personally I am a stickler for a Flat White and I have to say that The Snugg delivers the perfect Flat White first time every time. The genuine timber framed interior just exudes a sublime atmosphere which complements the food and beverages. If you want to escape the traumas of the day and take time out to relax and unwind this is the place for you. I cannot recommend this coffee shop more highly.

Nothing to do in Bromyard so went n here for a coffee. Didn't get a great vibe from the place but it certainly has a lot of character. We opted for a cold drink as it was so flipping hot that weekend. Looks generally nice though. No complaints.

Definitely recommend. It was reasonably priced, not too busy and the toilet was beautifully equipped - baby wipes, hand cream, etc. Minestrone soup was very good.

My husband and I visited Bromyard for the festival of speed and popped into the Snugg which caught my eye. Very friendly and helpful staff and THE BEST LATTE I’ve had!

On a cold winter's day, the Snugg was warm and appeared cosy with a mixture of tables and easy type chairs. There was a room at the back of the shop with more space. We had a homemade sweet potato lentil and coconut soup which was excellent and with bread cost a reasonable £5. The cakes are homemade and the coffee was hot. The tea comes in a pot. There were a lot of choice of soups but they also had paninis, scones and toasted tea cakes. I would recommend this cafe.

Called into this charming cafe on a Saturday lunch time. Lovely soup and a gluten free ham and cheese toastie, a lovely atmosphere and really friendly service. The charm was also that the other customers were local and ready for a chat. A decent selection of newspapers available for the customers as well. We will certainly be back.

Drank coffee here twice withing a few days and really enjoyed both experiences. The place has a lovely ambience and the coffee/service are both of the highest order. My one reservation, and it is small, is the lack of diversity withing the eating items for those of us with gluten and dairy allergies but, I have no doubt, that this will improve. They do a wegan suitable cake but, sadly, they had sold out on our second visit

I popped in for a coffee, and ended up being tempted by a killer cheese scone - so tasty! The front part of the coffee shop is nice and cosy with lots of comfy seats, the back bit needs a little work on the cosy atmosphere - it's a little echoey, but still warm, and with decent space for kids to run around.

Called in late on Saturday afternoon, there were already about 7/8 people in . Ordered tea and tea cakes. The lady behind the counter was by herself and was obviously very busy but still had a smile for everybody and a great sense of humour. A pleasant change from some more commercial coffee shops.

This is definitely one of Bromyard's hidden gems, serving a wide and well-kept range of light refreshments. Coffee, tea and cakes/ scones predominate at standard upmarket cafe prices. Quality and service are well above average. The only problem is that - due to success - the facilities are really a bit too snug, with some chairs crammed against pillars and too few tables for more than two people. I think the owners need to try to install more tables for four or perhaps attempt to persuade parties of two to only occupy tables intended for two, rather than those for 4 or more.

The Snugg is a comfortable and friendly coffee shop. The hot chocolate is the best I've ever had. The food is lovely too. Dog friendly which encourages chat between the customers creating a homely feel. It is the only place in bromyard I would go now. Even on my own, I feel comfortable and never feel pressured to drink up and leave quickly.

very small, hence its name The Snugg was full when we called, but service was quick and friendly and the cake very good. The building is full of character and must be at least 200 years old, decor is sympathetic. Well worth a visit.

What a welcome!!! On finding myself in Bromyard on a Sunday morning, with an hour to waste, The Snugg was recommended for a coffee. Spot on 11 the door was opened and I was welcomed with a warm and welcoming smile. The place is lovely, the coffee excellent and the kind lady serving made my day. I would recommend this place for a cuppa anytime!!! Can't wait to find myself in Bromyard again!!

I absolutely love being in this place and it has a beautifully calm feel. However I am totally astonished by the dolls-house size servings for lunch- at normal lunch prices. I almost asked them if they hadn’t accidentally given me a kiddie’s portion - for a cheaper price- as for over £9 I got two slices of delicious small rye toast, about 7 very small lettuce leaves, 4 olives and a small pot of delicious dip. All very tasty but absolutely not a main course. I know I these are locally sourced ingredients but this felt really wrong. I will definitely return for post lunch coffees but will make sure to eat somewhere else where I can fuel up for lunch before hand.

Pleasant surroundings outside, unfortunately the food was not too a very high standard. Ham and piccalilli sandwich, ham tasteless (wafer thin and breaded, supermarket family pack springs to mind). Should have been advertised as a Piccalilli sandwich, Coffee was fine.

Been to this lovely pub for Sunday lunch many times, never disappoints. Everything about this place is positive from the lovely friendly staff who can't do enough for you. It is a welcome throwback to how a local pub used to be, a real gem, long may it continues.
