Visted here a few weeks ago very disappointing partner ordered chicken pie pastry that hard could hardly cut into it and as for filling sauce was that thick it stuck to your knife and fork about four pieces of chicken in it and felt they wanted us to eat up and leave don't mind quick service but felt very rushed.not asked if we would like desserts or coffee

lovely resteraunt / bar area staff amazing food really nice - did i really have to pay extra for a Yorkshire pudding on my roast -yes I did tt tt a roast dinner has a yorky on surely, no extra charge should be expected !

Really friendly and welcoming village pub. I have eaten here many times and the food is always excellent. As it’s all freshly cooked to order they are happy to tailor dishes where practical. Highly recommended for a visit.
