He estado comprando durante muchos años y lo que encuentro que cada pieza de comida, desde congelada hasta fresca, es de muy alta calidad, se puede degustar un sabor original con una alta calidad. He recomendado a Mr Frost a muchos, esto es personal y profesionalmente y han comprado allí durante años. A mis hijos les encantan los bocados de pollo, está hecho de pechuga de pollo y puedes probar esto, no sabe a comida procesada. El servicio al cliente es muy agradable, muy respetuoso y siempre le da plazos realistas si necesitamos cosas como un adicional. No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre este lugar ¡Es lo mejor en todos los sentidos! A veces, si tengo hambre, simplemente me acerco a comprar algunos bocadillos y me encanta um. ¡La mayoría de los viernes conduzco a casa comiendo una bolsa de bocadillos calientes que me hacen engordar! ¡Pero me encanta! ! gracias Sr. Frost! !

RemRem, was a great find! The delivery was fast… The packaging was great. Above all the food was very very good! I highly recommend them.

WOW..I travel all over from Largs Scotland to Margate Kent, I eat out 2-3 a day, most days, buy have NEVER found a cafe this CHEAP where the freshness, flavour and quality of the cooking makes it WORTH TWICE AS MUCH (at least) plus the place is Bright, comfortable, very friendly staff and managing and REALLY clean with extra covid19 cleans regularly ..absolutely hidden gem..I'll be here twice a day until I have to go south.. and will be sorry to leave... ps 10-8pm is brilliant as the list of home cooked dinners..take away ir dine in..I love this place already..

Haven't been in here for years it is nothing like I remember don't know if they serve food but waited ages to order and get a drink

Whenever we’re passing Birmingham, we drop in for barbecue spare ribs and salt and pepper king prawns. I’ve had these dishes all over the world and I tell you what, these are exceptional and right up there, and they’re so consistent so I haven’t had a bad dish yet. Admittedly, I haven’t had anything else from the menu but trust me these dishes are so tasty and fresh. The main guy serving on the counter is lovely as well, what a nice guy, he’s always smiling. I’m looking forward to our next visit, I’m looking for an excuse to pass Birmingham just to go here!

The shakes and the waffles were amazing

Been a regular here for nearly 5 years so I can leave an honest review on Burger Shack . 2 weeks ago I got the triple burger meal with egg and it was 11/10 , the sauce and beef patty combined with the egg was immaculate. The customer service is always on point , and never lets me down. My mate got the unreleased loaded donner box meal and was also 11/10. The donner was cooked to perfection with the right amount of sauce. The fries were cooked to perfection , and you can’t go wrong with the Algerian sauce. After I finished this meal I was so impressed I had to grab the lotus biscoff milkshake and finish the meal off , and the milkshake was perfect with just the right texture & toppings . If anyone goes here and is a big eater I would recommend the double/triple triumph meal with egg topping & the lotus milkshake . Thank you burger shack💯
