Chicken burgers were not fresh, the chips seemed a day old and the double cheese burger was diabolical, not worth the money paid at all

Great fries and fried chicken, always fresh, hot and providing a good crunch. I believe this is due to an optimal frying temperature which results in food neither too greasy nor too dry. Portions are also quite generous and well packaged. Delivery is always early. Can’t complain. Highly recommended!

Ordered the double chicken fillet burger. Its just the costco frozen chicken fillet. I was pissed.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The food was overcooked hard and absolutely not edible .... The spicy wings were severely overcoated in batter and again over cooked in cheap dirty oil .... Waste of my money PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE

The food was horrendous. It was a frozen Cisco chicken burger. I know this because I have them at my house. I paid for a burger that I already have at home. The fries were overcooked and hard.

Been a regular here for nearly 5 years so I can leave an honest review on Burger Shack . 2 weeks ago I got the triple burger meal with egg and it was 11/10 , the sauce and beef patty combined with the egg was immaculate. The customer service is always on point , and never lets me down. My mate got the unreleased loaded donner box meal and was also 11/10. The donner was cooked to perfection with the right amount of sauce. The fries were cooked to perfection , and you can’t go wrong with the Algerian sauce. After I finished this meal I was so impressed I had to grab the lotus biscoff milkshake and finish the meal off , and the milkshake was perfect with just the right texture & toppings . If anyone goes here and is a big eater I would recommend the double/triple triumph meal with egg topping & the lotus milkshake . Thank you burger shack💯

Our food came cold and uncooked the burger patties were uncooked and the fries were frozen cold almost as if they were cooked at all. We would like a refund please

I asked for there to be no sauce on the burgers but they sent the burgers completely plain even without cheese.

I do normally enjoy food from here but the food was cold..the fish burger wasn't cooked properly...it arrived early before the given time showing they rushed yesterday...chips were cold too

Completely disappointed, burger I ordered(mighty smash) was dry and lacked flavour. For its price(14.99) you’d think you would get a quality burger. The burger was small and lacked flavour. I’m disappointed to say the less. Beware of what you order because not all is at it seems.

Every time i go there too slow, if you got work next say dont bother cos they will still be making it. And waiting for delivery is like Waiting for Spurs to win a cup.

Ordered online through justeat and was disappointed to say the least. For the price I expected a decent size meal but the burger looked like it was from a kids happy meal. Fries were overcooked and crunchy (basically crisps). Will not be ordering from here again, overated!

This place is a hidden gem! The staff especially Ali, Khaled and Hamza they are the nicest staff I've ever met, amazing people tbh. I bought a munch box on Wednesday evening and it was so so so good, portion size on it was MASSIVE and it was the best munch box I'd ever had, really good value as well. I can't wait until they release it out on the menu currently you can only get it if you order on uber/justeat for £12 but its worth every penny! Jazak allah khayr brothers and please keep up the good work. btw my favourite meal is Triple cheese burger extra Algerian + Dynamite fries extra Algerian sauce this combo is delicious, and I sometimes switch to chicken fillet burger they do it quite nice. Chicken here is wonderful especially the popcorn chicken. I had it on this week Wednesday in my munch box it tasted 10x better than the popcorn chicken that KFC does!

I’d love to comment on the quality of the food but the order hasn’t arrived. It’s 21:01 and the order was placed at 19:05 with a planned delivery for 19:55-20:15. The excus from the restaurant was the driver is in heavy traffic. Yet on checking on how to get there there isn’t any at all and would be smooth driving. I won’t order again as whilst I ordered recently and the food was really nice, I’m not spending over 2hrs waiting for a food delivery. If I wanted a length of time I’d go out to eat.

The new holloumi fries they have recently added to the menu are horrible. My grilled chicken burger had barely any meat and was overwhelmed by too much mayonnaise. However, the double fried chicken burger was delicious, and everything was indeed fresh. Thank you.

What a hidden gem amongst a residential area, food is spot on.. A rare one these days when you order a burger and it comes better than expected..fries are what they should be like julian Mccains😋😋😋 thin and cooked perfectly Beef was proper tender and succulent! guys get down here and see for yourself As they say the proof is in the pudding and they serve deserts too!

Food was delivered late and the worst part was all the fries with the meals were stale. Could not eat them as they were too dry and hard. It was not like this on previous orders. What a waste of money and food.

First time ordering from this place. It was a little out the way from us but my daughter and I craved some decent comfort food with good desserts and milkshakes. And we were not disappointed! Food arrived and was delicious. Good selection on the menu , no items missing from order (as we have experienced many times from other places) and good portion sizes. We will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

Haven’t ordered for a few weeks but the food arrives fresh and hot every time with a polite respectful delivery driver. I can never fault this place, nachos and loaded fries are lush, along with there milkshakes best I’ve had on just eat 😍😍 thank you for my cheese sauce too 😀😀

This place used to be my favourite, until they got a new menu, and increased the prices. Currently its too expensive and the prices do not fit the portions e.g you could buy fries for £6 and it would barely be enough for one person. Also the donner that they now sell is massively overpriced and they only put so little in. It's really unfair and you're not really getting your money's worth anymore.

I’m a regular customer here and the food is always great and comes hot, the only issue I have is the kebab sizes you get like a handful of kebab meat other than that top tier!

they are small burgers but tasty. Would be better with a thicker patty. Milkshake is okay, chemical version. Fries are ok, disnt like the table salt.

waited over an hour and it was cold again. ordered from here regularly for last 2 3months and up until these last two deliveries it was fine, however these last two orders have been coming to me cold. Take forever to deliver. And foods cold. I've ordered this week twice and both times my burgers are freezing cold. After ringing the shop to complain all I get it someone shifting the blame onto someone else

The food was cold by the time we got it, the portions sizes are very small definitely wouldn’t order from here again. The cheesy chips looked a disgrace they looked like they was thrown in then a couple of that square cheeses thrown on top

Horrible food. Everything is poor and supermarket frozen food quality . Absolutley ridiculous I waited an hour+ to eat frozen food fried for me coated in cheap buffalo sauce. strips were salty as anything. Fries were dry and cardboardy. fillet burger same as what I buy for £1.50 at chicken.com but atleast I know what I'm paying for.
