Ordered food for the whole family, been here before but thought I'd leave a review as I am always left impressed by Burger Shack. Pereonalised and devoured the Smokey XL left well satisfied. What a hidden gem amongst a residential area, food is spot on.. A rare one these days when you order a burger and it comes better than expected..fries are what they should be like julian Mccains😋😋😋 thin and cooked perfectly Beef was proper tender and succulent! guys get down here and see for yourself As they say the proof is in the pudding and they serve deserts too!

This place used to be my favourite, until they got a new menu, and increased the prices. Currently its too expensive and the prices do not fit the portions e.g you could buy fries for £6 and it would barely be enough for one person. Also the donner that they now sell is massively overpriced and they only put so little in. It's really unfair and you're not really getting your money's worth anymore.

The food was amazing! The customer service was also excellent and the staff were so helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Good customer service, amazing milkshakes and burgers

I’m a regular customer here and the food is always great and comes hot, the only issue I have is the kebab sizes you get like a handful of kebab meat other than that top tier!

they are small burgers but tasty. Would be better with a thicker patty. Milkshake is okay, chemical version. Fries are ok, disnt like the table salt.

Awful chicken. Mushy like cheap processed chicken with no taste and horrible texture. Burgers burnt, chips cold. Cold drink was warm. 0/10.

Wow perfect food to watch the football final with, the new items on the menu are absolutely lush, Cajun doner is a must try. They literally have everything you could think of all in one shop 😋😋😋

i don't normally put reviews but I'm sorry to say but me and my family wasn't happy with the food at all the fries was cold and over done they was uneatable the burger was soggy the only thing that was nice was the chicken nuggets and they was free with the order I won't be ordering them here again £38 gone to waste very disappointing

burger was ok, fries weren't fresh,can of pop was warm. Food was delivered about 20mins early, maybe they could have used that 20mins spare they had to play with to make fresh fries

waited over an hour and it was cold again. ordered from here regularly for last 2 3months and up until these last two deliveries it was fine, however these last two orders have been coming to me cold. I appreciate you may be busy but if you know its gona take an hour to arrive why not double wrap my burgers so they stay warm?

Take forever to deliver. And foods cold. I've ordered this week twice and both times my burgers are freezing cold. After ringing the shop to complain all I get it someone shifting the blame onto someone else

food was pretty good, I didn't receive my red bull in the bag, unfortunately, which I didn't get the chance to contact the place to mention this but overall the food was great. got to admit it tasted wayyyy better than macdonalds and my daughter enjoyed her food also 🥰 keep up the great work guys. sorry I didn't get the chance to call up about my red bull not being in the bag. that's my fault for not contacting. The food was cold by the time we got it, the portions sizes are very small definitely wouldn’t order from here again. The cheesy chips looked a disgrace they looked like they was thrown in then a couple of that square cheeses thrown on top

Horrible food. Everything is poor and supermarket frozen food quality . Absolutley ridiculous I waited an hour+ to eat frozen food fried for me coated in cheap buffalo sauce. strips were salty as anything. Fries were dry and cardboardy. fillet burger same as what I buy for £1.50 at chicken.com but atleast I know what I'm paying for.

Sorry to say as a new customer the food wasn’t nice there was no sauce on the burgers all I wanted was a normal burger meal disappointed

First you deliver 2hr late then you send cold food there is no sauce on fries and chicken fillets are uncooked.

The quality of food is terrible. The burgers buns were hard and dry.. tasted stale. And the burger patties were dry and tasteless. I have tried local burger joints.. this has to be the worst. Disappointed to say the least. Do not recommend. Staff were okay.

when your hungry try burger shack , I've been ordering off them nearly 3 years and highly recommend burger shack.

Food was really nice the only part I wasent happy bout was the doubble cheese burger it was the same size as the McDonald’s 1 i thought it would of been like a normal size

3rd time ordering and 3rd time the mighty shack XL has defeated me. Tried a different burger place a few weeks back but it wasn’t a patch on Burger shack.

Only thing that was good an nice was the fries and beef patty the burger itself I mean the chicken patty is a frozen Pattie that's messed up it was nasty beef patty was fresh only and the wings spicy ones I had I guess other one is really bad aswel there were nasty literally very hot seeds red hot chilli looked like someone put the whole tub of it on the wings it was nasty couldn't even eat it that's how nasty was hot is not even the start it was like volcanic hot type chilli sauce really really disappointed

with and order of burgers and fries my expectations weren't high .but this place blew me away my burger was massive 2 chicken fillets hash brown bacon the works!! i cuddnt fit it in my hand ! fries are well made and not greasy .and the bbq chicken wings are epic!! the sauce was like kfc kentucky flavour! this place is well priced and well liked worth every penny !
