Loved the deserts in this place, so much variety and the taste is one of the best compared to other desert shops.I was served by Sameer who was vey helpful and recommended a few deserts for my next vist. Really good experience will come again!

I sometimes order for delivery and the food always arrives warm and fresh

Clumpy custard, left most of it. It was weird of the cookie dough to be served in a tin and not in the dish like the picture. Milkshake was tasteless.

We visited earlier today as a family for the first time, unfortunately it wasn’t what I was expecting. The service was ok and staff was ok. We had to wait about half hour which was fine cause we ordered quite a-lot. I was disappointed with the presentation looked like it had been microwaved and put on to the plate. The cookie dough was very thin in a foil dish, very sweet nothing like the picture on the menu. The milkshakes were runny and not a very good taste. Waffles was not good as well quite hard not fresh. 4 of the orders was hardly touched so I asked for a refund, the manager agreed to only refund two milkshakes (£11) because the desserts had been eaten (hardly) I spent £83 which is quite a lot for hardly eaten desserts. Will not be returning again.

a few days ago i went into the shop craving an orea waffle and oh my was it amazing. you can tell its amazing just by the fact that im remembering to write the review a few days later thats how rememberable the food was. but it wasnt just the food the service was top notch. especially by the lovely hafeeza. she uplifted the whole experience and brought it to a different level. the customer service she provided was amazing. i would definitely tell everyone to go to this shop and make sure you are served by hafeeza. definitely one of the best services i’ve received ever. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!

This beautiful wonderful awesomeness of a desert shop is the BEST! I’ve ordered the same desert from another shop and it was flat and dried up. The Little dessert shop is absolutely amazing! I only order from there when open. The deters are so full of flavour, scrumptious, yummy in my tummy and so fluffy and light. I just ordered and that lovely Hamza delivered and you know he is so polite, there’s such goodness that is rare so I appreciate such goodness in someone because it is rare nowadays. From Enigma. The only place I have dessert from and alwys have. The food is amazing the desserts are always on point. The staff are brilliant Zaynah is always providing good customer service and has good time managment with deliveries and is able to engage well with customers. I ordered delivery and accidentally cancelled but I still wanted my order but they turned off the system. I phoned up and they were so lovely and they sent my order. Thxs so much x I ordered Kunafa brownie and the strawberry kunafa pot and it did not disappoint. It was delicious and creamy and the perfect midnight snack. ❤️

milk cake tasted old and the milk they gave wasnt enough to cover base of cake amd smelled expired and also had chunks at the bottom. kunafa crepe sushi roll was £9-10 and was only 4 tiny pieces and tastes expired. don’t recommend.

Ay yo, the kid told me my food will be ready in 10-15 minutes. I had to wait 35 minutes for 2 mojitos 6 mini pancakes 2 waffles And a custard crumble And what do i get? Burnt ah pancakes Powdered custard made with water u can taste more water than custard The mojito was alrightish Hire some decent staff

Ordered the Loaded Kunafa Strawberries/Brownies, absolutely rubbish hardly any melted chocolate in there kunafa just didnt Taste right looked diff to how the advertise it.

ordered a deliveroo order of their ‘loaded kunafa strawberries and brownies’ and ‘ kunafa cookie dough’ looked like tuna was thrown on the cookie dough was prepared horribly like someone didnt even bother and it was burnt. the strawberries claming they have pistachio and khattafi in the cup only had dry khattafi thrown into the cup with two strawberries and filled with chocolate to the brim. no pistachio sauce. absolutely disgraceful dessert shop much better options that prepare their online orders equal to how they would for instore and catfish their products

Little dessert shop has a nice selection of desserts 😋. I made my first order and I had the Retro Sprinkle with warm custard. I also got Waffle Bites with chocolate brownie pieces, flake, and milk chocolate sauce drizzled on top. The custard was just the right amount for me, although it wasn't that warm anymore being delivered to my house, but I didn't find this bother me much. The cake was a nice size and tasted very yummy. The Waffle Bites dessert blew my mind! I customised this myself and at first I was a bit unsure whether I made the correct choices, but to my surprise I got caught off guard and enjoyed the whole lot! 😍. The desserts came placed in these boxes which kept the desserts in place very well.

Matilda cake was so dry not enough chocolate sauce for the price wasn’t worth it, brownie was also very dry kids hated it didn’t finish it waste of money

Ordered a concrete cake and custard and an regular tango ice blast. Was shocked when it came to just under £12. But I thought okay let's just get it now. When I got home you get the tiniest amount of custard. It is better off buying it from the shop and making it yourself.

Very good quality food and one of the only dessert shops selling pistachio sauce. Also great customer service and very accommodating to unique orders. I asked for extra sauce and they didn’t charge me extra great customer service.

After having their dessert I had chat with one of their staff. They stated that owner/manager asked them to work for for free for 5 days and then will decided to get them shifts. Running their business on free labour. These are the new norms of society.

Fantastic little desert shop (no pun intended) great service and atmosphere! Deserts were absolutely on point.... Normally other desert places are overly sugary, however little desert shop deserts have the perfect blend of sugar and taste. I will most definitely be coming back...

Pathetic people, pathetic service.. I placed an order for the birthday celebration and they never delivered it and ruined the entire family celebration at 12am and claiming that their rider came and went back.

Ordered two milkshakes from Deliveroo from here one was nice but unfortunately the 2nd had what looks like little pieces of plastic in it this is obviously not great and a safety issue!!

Had a ferrero rocher milkshake, decent enough. No match for Shake house though.

I had a delivery for the family and myself and decided to go for a Strawberries and Chocolate on a waffle (don't know the exact name of the dessert). Sweet and nice, however not presentable as it looked like muck all over the waffle. Mojito was not bad but added far too much syrup. Do mind the picture, its missing a slice as I was craving something sugary.

As soon as I came in the lady that was in charge was off and did not welcome us in I asked for us to eat-in when ordered however she still packed it for us to take out we could not take not pictures of our deserts to posts as they were packed. Ask when I was ordering I was asking about drinks the only options apparently were water, Red Bull , apple and black currant juice and orange juice. As a desert place I am not happy with the drinks options as there were no hot drinks available!

Worst frappuccino I've had... had to go back and ask for it to be done again and still was awful tasted like a double espresso. Had it from here before and has been nice. Got 2 frappuccino and both was the same tasted awful... the biscoff milkshake was overly sweet too... Worker named Iqra needs some training with customer skills alongside working in a dessert shop. She claimed new owners have measurements she used them ... if that's the case they won't be running for long with such awful ingredients and measurements. Also bought a cornflake tart in the daytime and horibble raspberry sauce was drizzled without asking if the customer wanted it gave the whole dessert a horrible taste... we pay money for items not get it for free! Avoid this place won't be coming here again!

This place is a little gem! Their desserts are on another level to most similar places I've been in. You can tell they use high quality ingredients. There is a large selection - spoilt for choice, really! We got the big sharing box, which was plenty for 8 of us. The caramel sauce was, I'm pretty sure, the best I have ever tasted, and the other sauces were also delicious, with the exception of the white chocolate which most people seemed to leave. Don't think there was anything wrong with it - maybe just preference? The solid white choc on the tiffin was yummy though, and the Oreo creme topping decadently sweet and creamy. The brownies are dark as night and the perfect gooey consistency, and cut through the sweeter things nicely. We'd have liked more fruit - not that there wasn't a reasonable amount but we wondered if it was possible to order a top up? We got other bits too, which was definitely too much but we did it anyway because some of us just had to try their sundaes or cheesecakes. The latter are utterly divine. Can't vouch for the sundaes but they looked PROPER, and the chocolate ice-cream I tried was on par with a good gelateria in Italy. There is not much seating. We took up the whole outdoor space. (We would likewise have taken up the whole indoor space had we chosen to sit inside, but one of our party had hearing issues, and milkshake/smoothie machines are very noisy - something for hearing aid users to consider). The staff were polite and friendly. Things did take a while, but that's to be expected when a large group descends on a small business! I tried to book in advance but that wasn't really considered a thing? I was told they'd leave a note as a heads-up. In the end that all worked out ok as it wasn't hugely busy, but this place should probably be thought of more as a takeaway than an eat-in place (we chose it for it's proximity to Inflata Nation!) All in all, The Little Dessert Shop is to be credited with one half of an absolutely stellar birthday party - just the sugar fest we wanted after an hour of bouncing on inflatables! Highly recommend.

Ordered for the first time, chai latte was open and leaked all over the desserts we had ordered. Nothing was edible. Rang the dessert shop and was told by a female colleague ‘ desserts left the shop okay’ . Not expecting a refund but the least we can get is good customer service.

Nice little dessert shop around the corner, been a regular local customer for few years now as kids love their milkshakes and cookie dough, although I find cookie doughs are a bit too sweet to my taste but other than that, everything is just great, staffs are very helpful and polite too. I like the ambience, small but cosy.

Surprised that this is the quality of the food for the “UK’s most viral dessert place”. Overhyped that’s for sure. The waffle literally felt and taste like rubber, barely any chocolate/toppings, and the milkshake was 80% ice 20% chocolate. Tasted like something you could get from Costa. Given the prices and the commotion around LDS I was expecting so much more :/

Overrated and overpriced. Been to plenty of other LDS franchises in the past but now realising that there are many other better, more reasonably priced options with better food. For this branch in particular, the place looks quite dull tucked away in a corner - no wonder you hardly ever see any customers here

Small little quaint spot. No card machine so you pay through bank transfer which isn't much problem for me. We didn't eat inside as its quite small so not very intimate and the music being played is extremely loud. You cannot have a conversation without yelling. Food was served at a standard time. The ice cream which was served was very icy. Not sure how to explain but had like icy bits on it not how ice cream should usually be

This lovely gift was received off my wife for valentine's day. They looked amazing and tasted wow wow wow. Really can't fault the look and quality of these. But my wife did say that there was service issues with saying they could be delivered only finding out that incorrect. Also when in the shop, staff were unsure of the order. My wife also purchased ice cream and an lovely tasting milk shake, but this was only made with full fat milk, and the staff were unsure about this and it wasn't stated anywhere. So please double check if you have an order or allergies on correct items and ingredients

Asked me to pay by transferring from my account directly. (??) Food gave me a stomach ache. However the local Apnas may have a stronger immune system and can handle it - judging by the reviews.

While the deserts are trendy and the price reflected that, the experience was unfortunately very disappointing. However, the main reason for my low rating is the consistently poor customer service I've experienced across multiple visits. Long wait times . On my latest visit, I waited 40 minutes between placing my phone order and even having it taken at the restaurant. Apparently, my order hadn't been communicated to the kitchen, which is simply unacceptable. Dismissive Staff members seem primarily focused on online orders, leaving in-person customers waiting for over 5 minutes by the till without even an acknowledgment. This is particularly frustrating considering the higher price point. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains popular, hence my decision to share my experience. I hope highlighting these concerns will encourage them to improve their service and food quality

Awful experience! Ordered a My unicorn shake amongst other stuff, woman forgot to charge for sundae reminded her and paid for all goods, desserts started to come out and the milkshake was not a my unicorn told I had ordered a moon walker - I had to re look at menu to even see what it was… she then proceeded to tell me that I definitely ordered a moon walker ironically really as she’d already made a mistake with leaving an item off the bill… her attitude was disgusting the guy in there tried to make up for it but why argue with customers in first instance! I suggest reading back the order in future to ensure correct! What was supposed to be me taking girls for dessert was just ruined got stuff packed up n just left I didn’t even want what I had ordered… definitely won’t ever be returning here again… absolutely waste of nearly £30

I came to the store round 4 and got greeted by a young man at the till, we indulged in a conversation about desserts and I was very impressed as the lad knew what he was talking about, I ordered 2 cakes and a cookie dough which were made in a matter of minutes, there was also another girl working with him which also helped me understand my order and talked me through what they put on the desserts. The food was delicious and customer service was 10/10, will definitely be coming back!
