The shop was beautiful, nice decoration but food on the other hand was disappointing.

Good service got a free hot chocolate and last month got free waffle from here for predicting euro score they put on very good offers

Absolutely awful. Had the cheesecake and it was warmed up! Disgusting, I feel sick even thinking about it. We then ordered the French toast and that was not cooked properly at all. It was gloopy with bits of egg on it. We were told the machine used to cook it was broken. Horrendous. Waitress needs to sort out her miserable expression and needs to take feedback into account Would not go back at all. Update: my sister threw up on the way home

Today’s experience was embarrassing for everyone involved. After 30 mins of waiting then being told my 2 of my food dishes can’t be made , a customer also waiting finally got their food : only for it to be raw. It’s always slow but this was ridiculous. Theirs many a place you can go to in Brum for a chai, but this spot is a regular go to, Ubaid Smashes it everytime, they're normally open till later then the timinings, shout out too the rest of the staff

So Came in round 11pm ish, table that I was seated in wasn’t clean as it had customers previously. Drink spilage was very noticeable but yet again wasn’t cleaned at all. Brown Hijabi girl on till defo needs customer service training. Guys I don’t recommend anyone spending there hard earned money here. You’re better off supporting another small business in the area

Had the most amazing brunch at Cafe De La Vita. Had to wait a little but once we tried the food, it did not disappoint as all the food is made fresh and with love! We tried a range of their new brunch menu and everything was delicious, in particular the shakshuka - full of flavour! The restaurant is very clean and well kept & the staff are lovely and welcoming. Will definitely be returning to try out more of their menu 💛

I went here for their new brunch menu, and wow, I was simply amazed. We had a different selection of food, and they were all thoroughly enjoyable. The food did take a bit of time to come out. However, it was worth it for the taste alone.

Amazing food, the best brunch I’ve had. Absolutely loved the shakshuka definitely going back for more!! A clean environment, peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Family friendly. Plenty of food options to choose from. Hands down one of the best service I’ve received, food came within 15 mins. Emaan and Jeen were very helpful thankyou girls :)

Lovely dessert spot that now does breakfast. We ordered the Turkish eggs (which were so good!), full English and jacket potato. We got chicken tikka which was a little dry but not too bad. The sausages however were okay with the mains. Iced pistacio lattes were really goood! Thank you :)

Delicious and absolutelt stunning presentation as well as the interior of the cafe its amazing, also preparation time extremely efficient got my food in under 10 minutes and when delivered under 30 mins so good recommend. For dessert i would reccomend any waffels warm ,light and fluffy also the chocolate fudge cake .

Really modern and classy vibe for dining in, great customer service from the staff, and most importantly tasty food and the drinks are fresh, would highly recommend, especially for a brunch!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I ordered from uber eats from this place and first they refunded me thinking what was going on? Second time I ordered they said we have NO MILK CAKES AT ALL so order was cancelled. Why would u put them on your menu then? You should put all milk cakes out of stock. Anyway second time no refund so I called them and they told me u need to call uber eats. Called uber eats and they said cafe de la vita have taken your money and my order was cancelled and no money returned. I spent £27 and didn't get order or money. So that's gone in there own pocket. Never would order or recommend this place to anyone

The food and the deserts were good I'm abit slow on looking through the menu and ordering but im glad the women who served me was patient.

Beautiful Atmosphere 💯 Even more beautiful food 💫

I came to Birmingham to visit family and was craving sweets. Being from America, I am really stubborn when it comes to desserts and have yet found a place that satisfied my week long sweet tooth. Since Cafe De La Vita was close enough by, I decided, why not, as British people say “give it a go” I got the classic cookie dough (these are called pizza skillets in chicago, or pizookies) with a side of ice cream, my craving was immediately satisfied. It was delicious and fresh and warm and the ice cream was nice and cold and sweet and paired so well together. The staff is all so friendly and checked in on me to make sure I was alright, and the place is inviting and comfortable to just sit and do work with my laptop. Its a great environment for families to enjoy sweets together, friends to sit and unwind after a long day, or to enjoy some solitude and get some work done like me. I also saw they had mocktails so I will definitely be returning. I don’t drink alcohol so bonus points for inclusivity because so many things are alcoholic nowadays, love this place, my new go to spot for the time being!

Had a really good experience at this cafe with my sisters, the food was affordable and tasted soo good, the portions are bigger than expected too. The staff go above and beyond making the place feel homely too. Will definitely be coming back and will be recommending the place too!

Great place for family. Desserts are really nice however their service is quite slow. Some members of the family were nearly done with their dessert and others still waiting for theirs. However its well decorated, nice atmosphere. Would defenitly visit again. Large portion of waffles with sauce and stawberries. Milkshakes are really nice.

We went for lunch, i ordered a jacket potato, it was atleast 2 days old and stale with a bit of tuna and cheese on top, it was really terrible! I just couldnt eat it! One of us ordered English breakfast, the sausages were bad quality and the baked beans were dry and smelt off, we couldnt eat it, we paid money for the worst food ever! I will never go there again or recommend it to anyone!

It was the first time we tried this place, checked google reviews before choosing to visit and they have nearly 5 stars with 700+ reviews(!), but boy were we disappointed! They didn't have 2 out of the 3 items we wanted to order so we had to choose other items. The jacket potato that came was at least 2 days old, the texture was so bitty. The english breakfast was really bad, not to mention the beans were off! The harissa and feta bagel wasn't bad but everything else was. We were pretty shocked by their standard sadly.

Maria & Malika were the loveliest girls I’ve ever been served by, they were warm, welcoming and answered all of my questions with kindness and an excellent product knowledge. They really enhanced my dining experience here.

I recently ordered from this place on Uber Eats, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The food arrived fresh and was clearly prepared with great care. The presentation was amazing, with each dessert beautifully arranged and just as tempting as if I were dining in the restaurant itself. The flavors were outstanding, and it’s clear that they use high-quality ingredients. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon—this is a dessert spot you don't want to miss! Opted for a san sabastian cheese cake women who served me didn’t even know what she was doing waited 15 minutes for the cake was wrapped up in a box so couldn’t even see how it was looking went to the car didn’t even come in a bag or cutlery just passed it over as I went to eat it was frozen there was no melted chocolate nothing all frozen like she took 15 mins to defrost it from the freezer absolutely disgusting service will NEVER be going back very disappointed

The milkshake was amazing! Sophia, the staff is friendly,she is very professional and has nice customer service. the atmosphere is cosy, and the milkshakes are out of this world. I tried the tropical paradise thick, creamy, high-quality ingredients, and perfect presentation make this place a must-visit. Highly recommend!

A very delicious breakfast. I tried the Moroccan and Turkish shakshuka, waffles, and crepes, all fresh and cooked to order, the presentation was amazing, and the service was amazing. I came twice, and I came out twice, and I enjoyed the food, the taste, and the service.

My wife and I have just got back from a lovely breakfast at De la vita, I had the Shakshuka, which I promise Is one of the best I've had, maybe it's a man thing but unfortunately I didn't take any pics. My wife had the avocado and eggs on toast, nicely flavored avocado on thick slice of sour dough, nothing to fault at all. The waitress was kind enough to give us a few lotus biscuits to dunk in our doodh pathi. Thank you guys. My wife and I look forward to coming very soon.

This is my first time ordering from here, we ordered sourdough and salmon from the brunch menu and I must say it was absolutely delicious so much so we ordered another one, will be ordering from here again definitely also can I just say the manager and the staff are absolutely lovely and so friendly, very welcoming, 💯 recommend this place 😊

Hi,this is the second time I am coming here the first time was with my mom, it was nice and light and inviting, secondly I brought my hubby as it was his birthday today we was amazed by the service he had a surprise candle 🕯️. It put a big smile on his face, I love the Masala tea the cake is nice not to sweet. Will go back again great service
