For a chain restaurant, food is actually good here - surprised by the menu options. Lovely curry lunch deal for a weekday! Service was super quick but think it was only me and my friend at the place so very quiet atmosphere. This is more busy in the evening when people are making use of the well priced cocktails! Good service and friendly staff!

We had Aminah as our server and she was great. We did bottomless brunch and she made sure we always had a drink on the way. We never had to ask for service because she was on the ball with her service. Was a great bottomless brunch.

Came for a bottomless brunch birthday, Amy kept the night going and was spot on with her service and made sure the drinks were flowing while we were here. Beth greeted us and was fantastic and the drinks made by Ben were amazing & strong! Definitely would come back

Drinks only. 241 all day has stopped, just happy hour now. Drink quality used to be good but now just tasted like a soft drink, couldn't taste alcohol so not good value for money. Won't go again, better cocktails elsewhere

We had a fantastic time at Bottomless Brunch! Alex was friendly, attentive, funny and all around amazing. He gave us lots of recommendations and was very responsive. The food was, seriously top parr. Everything we tried was prepared well, fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend if you are in the Birmingham area.

Came in for an early meal before the theatre. Lovely welcome from Alex, (always a good start when staff acknowledge your presence and say they will be with you shortly). As I am gluten free, the choice here is very good. Attentive service and lovely food. Colourful restaurant with music adding to atmosphere. They have 2 for 1 on cocktails at the moment and Alex explained them to us and took the time to help us choose. I also had a voucher for 1 main get 1 main free, plus a gift card. They took every offer with no terms excluding using any together. It was 75p over my gift card value, but Beth manager removed this without telling me and I appreciated the kind gesture. All in all a lovely experience to enhance our day. Thank you.

Alex our waiter was fantastic he kept the drinks flowing, he was the perfect host. I can’t recommend this place anymore I will defensively be coming back for more.

Lunchtime menu great deal for one main and a cold drink £9.95 plus added fries for £3. Chose the rice bowl with beans unfortunately the rice was most likely from the day before ( I come from a rice eating community) not fresh and hard. Really dissatisfied however they had good options for meat eaters and price was reasonable for the average office worker looking for a mid week treat. Had the rice been fresh the meal would have been perfect certainly would not pay full price and would return the dish to the kitchen. Other restaurants have been better.

Tried for first time with family for lunch. Waited 30 minutes for drink to arrive. Also not offered lunch menu so got them myself. Cocktails really poor not even worth 2 for 1. The food was nice but unfortunately they forgot the fries and even after two requests never arrived. Will use Iguanas again just not this one.

Personally I would not bother going to this place , and I would not call the brunch bottomless. I went with my partner and in the 2 hours we got 4 drinks, being busy on the Saturday is not an excuse and we felt forgot about. The big issue I have though is I put no passionfruit on the booking as my girlfriend has an allergy and I ordered a pornstar daiquiri and it was garnished with a slice of passionfruit - IF YOU ARE GOING TO GARNISH, YOU NEED TO ADJUST YOUR MENU!!! On a serious note if I had not spotted it it could have killed her Lucky to get the 1 out of 5

Fantastic Dining Experience at Las Iguanas – Temple Street, Birmingham We had an amazing time at Las Iguanas on Temple Street, Birmingham, with a group of 10 members. The ambiance was lively, and the service was prompt and friendly, making our visit truly enjoyable. One of the standout dishes was the Chicken Fajita Stack, beautifully presented in a three-tiered wooden container. The bottom stack held four warm tortillas, the middle-had guacamole, cheese, and sauces, and the top contained sizzling hot chicken with onions and a flavourful spice blend, topped with warm cheese. The presentation and taste were both fantastic! For sharing, we ordered the Taco Sharing Board and Triple Nachos Grande, which were perfect for a large group. The nachos were loaded with cheese, salsa, guacamole, and jalapeños, making for a deliciously crunchy and satisfying dish. To complement the food, we tried the Blue Lagoon, served in a striking skull-shaped glass. The mix of Blue Curaçao with crushed ice and a cherry on top made it both visually appealing and refreshing. It was a great drink to share! Overall, the experience was excellent, with delicious food, a great selection of drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere. Las Iguanas is definitely a great spot for group outings, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and flavorful dining experience!

We had a great lunch on Saturday and our Server was a great guy! The food was delicious and our Server also went above and beyond and gave me a lesson in how to make caparinia at home as I had a bottle and failed miserably at recreating the drink at home. We will definitely be back at some point thanks so much!

Usually, I love las iguanas but we went for the unlimited tapas. Service started off well for the first 2 rounds and then slowly, we noticed the waitress started to ignore us. We waited for a long while for her to come near our table but she went to the table next to ours and blatantly ignored us multiple times even though we were looking at her. She did not seem to do this to begin with. We finished our round and were unable to order again for 40 mins because of this. When we finally got her attention, she said ‘it had been well over 90 minutes’ and she would give us churros as a favour! We had over half an hour left at that point and we didn’t get the chance to order before that because she ignored us! We then waited 50 minutes for churros which never arrived and eventually I got up to ask for the bill because we sat there feeling uncomfortable. She gave us the over-fried churros in a bag. Overall, I would never recommend the unlimited tapas because they ARE NOT unlimited and I don’t feel I got my money’s worth.

My sever was Vy and she was very kind and lovely and made our time there very enjoyable. The food was very good as well

My daughter and I went for bottomless tapas yesterday. At first we thought that the service might be quite slow, but it wasn't. They paced us through our tapas absolutely perfectly. We were never without food or drinks and the team were perfect. Thank you for an amazing experience. We'll be back more often for sure.

Bottomless tapas isn’t great, food is nice if what is on the menu is available. Service was appalling though, went on a Sunday so it wasn’t busy and instead of asking if we wanted any drinks when we were seated I had to ask for them after the first dish was ordered. The food orders were relatively good to begin with then the waits started to get longer and we ended up having to wait for over half an hour to get another dish after my sister flagged another server down. When we gave up and asked for the bill instead it took over ten minutes for someone to come over so we could pay.

Food was really nice, loss of 2 stars for having a "Service Charge" on the receipt automatically. Good service is expected in the cost of the product.

Visited on a Saturday night, table was placed in what felt like a walkway and experienced quite a draft while sat there. Once sat down ordered drinks which took 20 mins to come which was two sex on the beaches which tasted watery and like there was no alcohol in there. When it came to ordering food asked for two tapas dishes, was told one was unavailable, selected one to replace to then be told neither were unavailable, is this many dishes are unavailable I believe you should be told before you start looking at menu. Was never asked again if we wanted another drink, another waiter came over to see how we found the meal and offered us a drink thankfully otherwise we would have been very thirsty. Liquid all over floor massive slip hazard which they eventually put a wet floor sign on. Wouldn't return

I was here on Sunday for bottomless with a big work group and service was great, cocktails and food being continuously brought out. Elliott in particular was great and entertaining despite the fact that we were probably a bit annoyingly loud by that point!

Best bottomless brunch in birmingham! Soroush was a great server, really attentive and always ready for us to order our next drinks! We had to push back our reservation by an hour and all the staff was really helpful with this.

Food was good and cocktails were really tasty, however it didn't feel like they had much alcohol at all, I doubt they put more than a single 25ml measure of alcohol in one. The service was good. The atmosphere is nice however on a busy saturday evening it gets really loud and you'll want a reservation if you want to get in.

We visited this place for a work Xmas lunch. We had pre-ordered our food a day before and despite that we had to wait over an hour before we were served.

My girlfriend and I visited for her birthday last night. The food was excellent (as ever), with our favourite item being the beef quesadilla. The staff were warm and accommodating, and Genna was particularly personable and helpful. Couldn't recommend more and looking forward to coming back!

I visited the restaurant on Saturday and haven’t been to a Las Iguanas in a while. The service was very friendly thanks to our waiter, Justin. The food though was not up to standard. We ordered chicken burger that was concerning chewy in the middle. Not one to make a fuss, we ate it and prayed for no food poisoning (thankfully not). I understand that prices have gone up everywhere, but nearly £20 for a chicken burger that was chewy is quite steep. Couldn’t fault the service at all. Good atmosphere and good vibes

Music was so loud I could not hear the person sitting opposite me. I'm not sure how you sre supposed to enjoy a meal in that environment. I would understand if I'd gone in at 9pm but it was 5:30pm and the music level was like a club at 2am.

Went for dinner Saturday evening. Shown to our table, but it was right under the air con outlet so have a cold draught blowing down on us. Asked if we could move and the waitress was lovely and offered us a different table, albeit with the same problem on the other side of the restaurant. It was marginally warmer so we stuck with it. Drinks and food order taken at the same time. Mains arrived but had to ask where the drinks were. They turned up a few minutes after we started eating. Some of the food wasn't super hot and sitting under the air con outlet it very quickly got cold. The mixed grill was a joke for the cost, a very small sewer of chicken, same steak and one with a few bits of chorizo sausage. With chips, rice, corn and a couple of half cooked onion rings for £28! 2 for 1 cocktails are poor, I doubt there was any alcohol in them or what there is was split between to 2. The amount of syrup they use make them taste terrible and overpowers any other flavour, making them sickly and not nice to drink. Overall a bit poor and we won't be rushing back as there are way more options that are better value.

Been here twice and was amazing both times. The staff are really friendly and the food and drinks are amazing!! We were served by Soroush and he was very friendly and was very welcoming. Unlike other places I’ve been to, they ensure that the drinks kept coming for our bottomless brunch. Would definitely recommend!
