The “service” was absolutely ridiculous. Sat there for an hour and got absolutely nothing. I have no clue why we didn’t get served but I have literally never been so disappointed or disrespected ever. As a worker in hospitality myself I would’ve AT LEAST apologised for the wait but we received nothing. We didn’t even get the tap water we requested, fix your service and your damn attitudes.

We went for the £15 bottomless tapas; the tacos and quesadillas were the best part whilst the squid and chicken wings were slightly lacking. Service by Nathaniel was phenomenal throughout so thanks to him !

Came for bottomless tapas on Monday night and Aleks and the whole team were amazing. The food was great, it all tasted perfect. My favourites were the calamari and crispy chicken tacos. The staff were all really on it and so helpful.

Arrived at Las Iguanas to have some food and drink. We didn’t have a booking but we could have a seat in the bar area, the table was wobbly, but that’s ok! We weren’t given a menu, when we asked for one we were told to use the QR code on the table… there wasn’t one 🙄! So my husband went to order at the bar, he first ordered our drinks, I ordered a spicy margarita, and he has a vodka and coke. The spicy margarita wasn’t spicy and had a sugar rim rather than a salty one… we had them changed, all was well. We had a look at the menu, chose our starters and mains, the hubby then went up to order. Approx 15-20 minutes later, our food arrived - all in one go, but we’d ordered starters and mains, apparently if you’re in the bar area, all the food comes at once, no one had told us that! We sent our mains back and ate our starters and waited for our mains. Mains arrived, of course they were cold, they’d been sat waiting for us to eat our starters. My husband’s sweet potato fries were stone cold, so he sent them back, they came back in a not very nice way, like they’d been thrown in the microwave. We then randomly had another portion arrive, which to be honest were quite nice. All in all not a great experience considering we had the most amazing experience in the Trafford Centre 6 days previous. I won’t be returning to this Las Iguanas!

We were there today for my daughter’s birthday. We had booked for bottomless tapas. We entered and were taken to our table. Before we’d even sat down the waitress reeled off at least 6 items that weren’t available out of the 13 items on the bottomless tapas menu. We queried why they weren’t available she just shrugged. After a very brief discussion we were about to leave and go elsewhere. Then someone from behind bar said the dishes were now available so we stayed. Wish we hadn’t bothered. Food was luke warm at best. 2-1 cocktails I can guarantee had absolutely no alcohol in them. No atmosphere. £57 for two of us. Won’t be returning.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcoming and friendly. The service was amazing and the manager George looked after us so well! He made sure we had a great time and ensured all our needs were met!

This afternoon, I tried to book the Unlimited Tapas menu at Las Iguanas, but I noticed it wasn’t available as an option during the booking process. I called the restaurant to inquire, and the staff assured me that I could select any menu option while booking, and they would update it to the Unlimited Tapas menu when I arrived. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, the staff first claimed that I didn’t have a reservation and then denied ever receiving my call. To make matters worse, one employee initially introduced himself as the manager and person in charge, but within three minutes, he brought out someone else and claimed that they were the real manager. Did they really think I wouldn’t notice? Throughout the conversation, I was repeatedly interrupted, and the staff’s statements were inconsistent and contradictory. The entire experience made me feel disrespected, and I even sensed a hint of discrimination. For a well-known chain restaurant, this level of unprofessional service and poor attitude is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I want here with my little girl before her singing lesson at 4.30pm. I was greeted by such a lovely bar staff member luchim . Although he was behind the bar he advised us waiter will seat us shortly. I asked how long our food would be as we needed to leave before 5.30pm. He said as it’s not busy they will ensure our food is ready. We were seated and the gentlemen serving us was so lovely. The food was delicious lovely atmosphere. Wish they had crayons and more stuff to keep little ones busy but I cannot fault the rapid or friendly staff. This young man is an asset to this restaurant. Disgusting food. Very slow service, over an hour wait. Lump of fat in food (see photo). Men's toilet flooded. Had to get own cutlery. Salad looked like it had died, twice.

We had a lovely time at Las Iguanas, we were a party of 6 (3 toddlers) and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating to us all. We did the bottomless tapas and it was amazing 🤩 it went above all our expectations. We went when it was very busy, we were seated quickly, our orders were taken and drinks delivered the staff assured us our food was on the way and took our next order of tapas so we wouldn't have to wait too long for the next round. Food was 5 ⭐ hot, fresh and tasty 😋 we all had the opportunity to try something different, our stand out dishes were the calamares, prawns and beef quesadillas. Special shout out to Yohan who was very attentive and helpful and Pryia who was great with the kiddos.

absolutley awful!! we visited on a Monday evening for bottomless tapas!! Only 7 out of the 15 items were available! Service was awful - really slow and most of our dishes came out like warm or cold!! It was cold inside and not a great atmosphere Avoid this place it’s awful

Terrible experience - bottomless tapas Took almost half an hour to be seated, despite having a reservation. Took 1 and a half hours for the first round of food to come, another hour for second round to come. Food was cold and tasted average. Took half an hour to bring a jug of water after reminding them over 4-5 times. Tried to order more but they wouldnt let us because “the bill had been paid”. For some reason all the food came at once instead of an item at a time after waiting over an hour. Portions were small and food was stale and clearly not fresh. Wont be returning. Also half the menu couldnt be ordered because they had ran out of food

The host was very warm and welcoming which made a great start. Our server Yohan was polite but felt like he tried to rush us by telling us we have a timer that has already started which we would have already known when we made the booking. He also didnt return to our table to check if the food was okay or if we needed anything else, So this was a bit uncalled for but otherwise great food and generally a nice place to dine.

I had an outstanding dining experience at Las Iguanas. The food, especially the £15 bottomless tapas, was delicious. There was a great variety of flavorful dishes that suited all tastes, offering excellent value. The service, led by Yohann, was what truly made it special. Yohann was incredibly friendly and attentive. He answered our questions, gave great recommendations, and kept our drinks topped up. His enthusiasm really enhanced our visit. I'm eager to return. Las Iguanas offers great food, value, and service. Highly recommended!

Not happy, did bottomless brunch on friday evening and were barely attended to. Had around 6 drinks each in the space of 2 hours which is easily not worth the price you’re paying for bottomless. Would not recommend.

Our server holly was truly amazing. Constantly made sure all of our needs were met and kept the food flowing ( we came for the bottomless tapas)! Food was amazing and definitely filled me up.

Me and my friend came here for drinks and some food and ended up having the bottomless tapas and drinks. we saved so much on our drinks and our server luke was so helpful and made sure we made the most of our experience! will definitely be coming again.
