Nathanael was such an amazing server!! Literally kept the drinks at my bottomless going and going! Unlike most places. He was so lovely thank you very much for making this experience so good for us :)

I have been with my friends to Las Iguanas Brindley Place today and we had an amazing experience. We have been welcomed by maithili who has recommended some yummy cocktails! She has also taken us some amazing pictures and made us feel very special. Maithili is full of enthusiasm and makes every client feel unique. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Such a vibrant and colourful setting with a buzzing atmosphere that makes you happy. Great range of vegetarian and vegan options. Staff were friendly and welcoming, big shout out to Ankit the manager who was so helpful.

I came here for some good music and cheap drinks. On a Friday night the drinks were 2 for 1 and there was a DJ playing. Floor was sticky but kind of what you expect.

Food average. Tables too close together. Staff try to sit everyone in one area even though there are lots of empty tables. We declined the table we were taken to and sat elsewhere. Service very slow. People who arrived after us were served first. We waited quite a while for our meal and were about to leave just as the food arrived. Would not rush to go back to any Las Iguanas restaurant. The last one we tried in Temple Dt

DO NOT EAT HERE PRE-SHOW! We were not told when seated there would be a 30 minute wait for food, however, we did hear it being mentioned to the table seated before us. We waited 1hr and 10 minutes for food before deciding to walk out. We asked the waiters 6 times for an update on how long food would be, some never returned to tell us and others blatantly lied to our face by saying 2 minutes and the manager even told us they were plating it up this second...15 minutes later and still no food so we walked out very hungry and missing the entire warm up act for our show. Poor customer service from our waiter too who was away with the fairies. Most of the meals on the menu were unavailable too so we were choosing the scraps off the menu we wouldn't have chosen in the first place.

Great place for happy hour cocktails and a bite to eat. I got the single serve nachos and it was good value. Cevan was very attentive and ensured I wasn't going thirsty 😊

The Service was quick and the cocktails that Luchiano (one of the bartenders) made were so delicious. It only took him very few minutes to make 6-8 cocktails. Would definitely recommend

The food was amazing I was absolutely stuffed after and had such a great time. It was relatively quiet when we arrived which was better for us and the seating and atmosphere was brill. I was served by the best two individuals when ordering my food and drinks, Luchiano and Lici. The hospitality was incredible from both individuals and would definitely recommend to come here. I sure will be coming again!!!!

We had to wait over an hour for two plates of food which were distinctly average when they arrived.

Just came for drinks. Was buy one get one free on cocktails all day! I had the espresso martinis- made by lici- they were delicious such a great deal will definitely be coming back:)

It was quiet on a thursday night. The food was nice and the waitress Maithili was very friendly.

Went for a meal and a catchup with a friend. We were served by Maithili who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much. We even had a complimentary shot. Highly recommend a visit here

Went to Las Iguanas with some friends last night for a drink and something to eat in the sunshine. Location was great in Brindley Place. Service was nothing to write home about as everything was via the QR Code. Food was delivered but nachos were stale, the quesadilla's were meagre and limp! We also ordered a salad, this was delivered after we had to ask about 20 mins later. By this time the salad was surplus to requirements, but you try and find a member of staff with enough about them to complain. The toilets were in a disgrace. Toilet paper strewn all over the floors. No one asked if we were happy with our meal. We will not be going back to this place and would not recommend to anyone. Correspondence from your customer service would be appreciated.

Excellent food, drinks and customer service, bartender Luchiano was very attentive and recommended excellent cocktails for what I like.

Went to all day brunch with 30 people for work day out. Were met on the door to be told no booking was made although we had confirmation emails on phone. They said we could have max 2 hours here but everyone had to have the same drink. They said it was because they were so busy… we arrived at 11:30am and there was about 10 other customers. We were then told by the waitress that we can’t order any more drinks until most people had finished because they needed to wash the we were drinking from glasses. That aside the food was good hence the two stars but the service was terrible. Asked for Long Island ice tea 3 times and it never came, I do believe if you pay for you brunch and you have a menu, you should be able to order from it and not have your drinks dictated to you. I hope things improve in the future.

I came here with a few friends for some drinks on a summers day. The cocktails were great, Luchiano (bar member) makes great cocktails, has good customer service and made us feel very welcome.

Booked a brunch said not booked on even though we had an email. Food came out 1 order at a time (20 of us) and was luke warm( and the fries came out after i had finished my meal, drinks were so slow then when we got one we asked to order next she said no we need to collect and wash glasses then next breath it was you need to be half way down drink, not the best experience of a brunch probably the worst. I have eaten in Turtle Bay many times on a brunch and never had this problem as soon as a drink on the table they ask for next. So las Iguanas you will not be receiving my custom again. You only got 3 * for atmosphere due to the people I was with making it. They also put an £80 service charge on the bill chick we asked to be removed

Can’t remember the bar tenders name exactly but think it might have been Kevin, definitely started with a K. Service with a smile, he was working really hard. Credit to the team at Las Iguanas, don’t often visit but after a lovely experience i definitely will be coming more!
