Lovely fresh dessert as always collection not uber, , icecream abit melted, customer service excellent , food 👌👌👌, an addition to my review, as always excellent customer service always seem to sort issue out if there is, even though it was my own fault with the order i placed the brother still made a fresh order and delivered to me within 10min without charge, could never go wrong with ShakeHouse HodgeHill Thankyou

The Oreo Monster(Milkshake) is very good , it only took around 5-10min. And the cookie dough is very good

We ordered on just eat and had the most unreal cookie dough! Perfectly soft and just the right ratio of toppings! Highly recommend the kinder bueno milk chocolate cookie dough :) Also got a free cookie dough on the house! Thank you shake house, we will definitely be ordering from you again 😍

NO STAR!!! CRAPIST SHOP ORDERED FOOD THROUGH UBER FROM THIS SHOP AND EST WAS 30MINS.. WAITED 1 HOUR STILL NO SIGN OF MY ORDER, CALLED UP THE SHOP THEY SAID BUSY SO FURTHER 20MINS, WAITED ANOTHER 45MINS AND THEN THEY ARE CLOSED NOT ANSWERING AND STILL NO FOOD. AVOID! LET DOWN

I recently ordered cookie dough and a milkshake from this takeaway dessert shop, and it was amazing! The online ordering process was super easy, and my order arrived on time, perfectly packaged. Annoyed. I spent £60 paid for 3 kunnafas with brownie and strawberries and they sent 3 with just strawberries yet charged me for the one with brownies. Not buying from this shakehouse again

Awful delivery service ETA 21:35-21:55 2 calls to the shake house 22:00 and 22:40 still no dessert delivered Was told at 22:00 order was leaving in 5 minutes. Was told at 22:40 that desserts had left and was with driver Arrived 23:00

Giving a one star due to poor hygiene as I saw one of the young person taking the Matilda cake out with his bare hand instead of either wearing a glove or using a piece of slicing equipment. Quite disappointing particularly when lots of other places have good hygiene standards otherwise there was no problem with the dessert and would have been enjoyable.

Terrible Customer Service! Whenever you go the staff is always so rude and unwelcoming, and don't get me started on the silly girls they have behind the counter messing about, being so loud and acting like they have nothing to do. Puts me off going there as soon as you walk in they are so loud, laughing and cracking jokes talking about customers. They need to hire more professional staff! Also asked for concrete cake with custard but the guy gave me a brownie?? like what the heck? and it wasn't even warm. I don't know how they're still open, they need to close down. I 100% prefer Picassos over this place anyday, they have the best customer service and waay better desserts!

MAJ told me about the app, very good.

We regularly order from this branch. However I feel the waffles they have changed over the last few orders. The taste isn’t the same. So please take a look at what it might be. Either the batter is too thick, recipe changed, not cooked long enough.
