Baguettes and bowls in Birmingham

This place has potential, but there laziness will ruin them. absolutely no loyalty to their opening times,they open and close when they feel like. I travelled from Solihull to try them out there websites states they close at 9 and 2 days in a row there closed at 7!!!!

The food really did let down. The flavours I ordered, didn’t seem right. The peri peri tasted like a curry. And the butter chicken was just mustard.

Can't fault butter chicken and in bowl nice butter chicken alot better than one I had down the road same area nicely cooked with fries and fresh salad definitely coming back for second bless girl that service me considering she is only one preparing food at the time dealing few deliveries as well seen tiktok video thought why not if in the area can't fault the food piping hot to eat Which I like also reasonable price for the bowl place like this need in Ladypool road

This shop's Baguettes and Bowls are a nice family restaurant it's good portions and is nice I prefer the butter chicken baguette a must.

I have to say, I have never eaten such good butter chicken with angara (coal smoked) flavour. Honestly It's the best butter chicken I have ever eaten uptill now. Its to die for. Your Wraps/Paninis are of such good quality and taste with loads of chicken in it. I am thankful to you guys. Keep up the good work.

Everytime I walk in the interior is great, furniture is great, nothing is dirty. The workers are always so kind and happy to serve aswell. The food is always so good and never leaves me sick unlike most fast food I eat.

By Far The Best Chaii in Birmingham!

Local family run business. Been meaning to try this place for a while and today we popped in for a late brunch. We ordered a variety of things and nothing dissapointed. For me it was probably the best baguette I have ever had. Flavour was bang on, the baguette itself was baked to perfection. I am all for supporting local businesses especially those who welcome you and take time out to be warm and welcoming. Keep up the good work Baguettes and Bowls. Bakeville.

We ordered peri peri baguettes yesterday through Uber. We were very impressed. Baguettes had lots of chicken and were very filling. Taste was great and they were delivered very quickly. Will definitely order again.

Waste of money. Not worth it. After checking the reviews it seem like you guys cant take criticism positively.

On occasion even my husband ordered here and went into store and was shocked at what he saw. Woman who was making the baguettes had long nails and gloves over it and the hygiene was really bad he said forget the food cancel it. Extremely put off since then. Food aint worth it for the price. Problem gloves are unhygienic as they get cross Contaminated easily! Especially when you arent changing them. I was a regular customer too up until this occasion occurred. Please avoid at all costs! Oh and if you are talking about reviews. I have given an HONEST opinion that you cant handle then please you are in the wrong business to handle criticism 😂

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. I ordered the butter chicken with rice and two Southern fried chicken baguettes. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. The staff are very friendly and humble people. Countering one of the reviews I read earlier I believe the hygiene was immaculate! Looking forward to eating from here again!!

Lovely thank you, arrived quickly and was hot. They weren't stingy with chicken, not sure if I could taste butter chicken flavour. But from reading their previous reviews I guess they may have toned down the spice.

Didn't follow instructions. Ordered the peri chicken pasta with lemon and herb for my child and it was very spicy even for me. So pointless asking for what flavour you would like.

The butter chicken sauce had a burnt taste to it, but it had decent amount of chicken and sauce but it tasted like the sauce was out of the packet. The peri chicke pasta bowl had a weird taste to it, no flavour of the peri peri sauce even though I ordered peri peri flavour, the pasta was over cooked and turned to mush when trying to pick it up with a fork. Over all not worth the money and a place not worth visiting. Fries were limp and soft drinks were luke warm.

First time ordering & the food was perfect! Ordered loaded fries & keema panini & it was delicious. Restaurant is quite a distance from my house but food was still warm on arrival. Will be ordering again soon!

The butter chicken & rice bowl was so bang on tasty. The staff are lovely too & this place is halal too. They do cash & card payments (minimum £3 card spend) I would recommend to family & friends. I will come here & eat from this place again.

Gave this place a 5* until I rang today and the moody woman behind the phone couldn’t even be bothered to say what pastas they sell and cuts the call. Not sure what her problem is but definitely need to have a look at their staff’s attitude

Had both the butter chicken baguette and southern fried wrap, both tasted really good and were very filling.

Taste is good but prices are going up..! Currently £4 a panini. Paid £20 for 5. Could have got 5 dixy burgers or muncheeze spicy chicken baguette for much less.

After reading the reviews I was looking forward to try this place, Unfortunately me and my wife did not enjoy the southern fried chicken baguettes they did not taste fresh at all the baguettes themselves where over cooked the chicken tasted like the frozen one's you can get from the shop. I ended up throwing the food away.

First time I ate from here. I placed order from uber eats. The food was amazing. panini was full of flavor and had a good amount of portion inside it. Fries where perfectly cooked too. Will be ordering from here again. Prices are good.

Has a wide range of food for the whole family. Personally, I love the Chicken and Rice but there isn’t anything on the menu that I don’t like.

If your going to do a small menu, do that small menu extremely well. That's what this shop does. The butter chicken bowl is absolutely delicious. Served with rice and salad it's done and presented so well and so so tasty. The Piri Piri chicken baguette was made fresh as well as the baguette been fresh, crusty and warm...served with chips and a drink. Well worth it. The loaded chicken kemma fries were on point. Everything was piping hot and fresh. This is a little gem of a place. Definitely ordering again soon. Keep up the beautiful food.

Got butter chicken with pasta and fries, was all very hot and fresh tasting. Great portion size, fries was perfect crispy on the outside and soft inside. All in all happy with my order 😃

Been meaning to write this review so I couldn't choose between a southern fried or butter chicken baguette. The worker recommended me to try the butter chicken it was different not your usual filling to have creamy,spicy and soaked right into the baguette bread 😋. I was then offered a karak chaii from the owner which was warm hearty and topped off my meal so be sure to order this along side.(Thank you).Great menu for on the go lunch/brunch or dinner as they even do rice and pasta bowls. Would recommend and definitely go again. Professional attitude 10/10 Customer service 10/10 Quality of food 10/10 Wish baguettes and bowls the very best in the future and hope to see a few more branches dotted around.

Just got 2 butter chicken baguettes (everyone is ordering this flavour), 1 southern fried chicken baguette and 1 chicken and rice bowl. We did order pasta but the brother said the pasta isn't as good today so didn't offer it to us. MashaAllah the food is top! 10/10 baguettes. Wasn't really feeling heavy food so saw this shop and got some baguettes. May Allah give you nothing but success my bro. Good simple concept. Keep it up

I was getting fed up off having burgers and this shop opened on the right time Good prices and fire foooood I recommend people to have the butter chicken and rice, really nice and also the tea that they do is way better then chai walla tea. This is my 7th cup of tea in the last 3 days, the Karak Chaii was absolutely delicious, I usually go Chaiiwala but this tea is 10x better. So creamy and rich. I had the butter chicken Baguette and will definitely get that again! I recommended to friends and family.
