This place only opened last week and they have a massive outdoor pizza oven and area. I was blown away with it. Amazing pizza (with a capital A!!). Really top quality and great value too. Was ordered and delivered in about 40 minutes and arrived hot and fresh. Can't praise it enough to be honest. Thank you. I'll be back!!

My wife booked a table here for lunch as it was my birthday, the greeting from the landlady and her team was so warm and friendly. We both ordered a Sunday roast with beef we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal and could not fault it. I highly recommend anyone to visit the Greyhound in Bromham it's fantastic 👍.

We booked a table for three at the Westbrook for Sunday Lunch last week. Two of us chose the Roast Beef, my father-in-law decided on the Cornish Sole, we all agreed that all of our dishes were cooked to perfection. The dessert menu was to die for and we will definitely return & wholeheartedly recommend the Westbrook. All of the staff were attentive, and the service was excellent, this was matched by the decor and ambience of this superb venue.

All too often, great restaurants don’t receive the recognition they deserve. We’re quick to share when a dining experience falls short, but not always as eager to highlight those that quietly excel. One such place that deserves serious consideration is The George & Dragon in Devizes. A recent visit had us grateful we made the journey. From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed warmly by the owner, instantly feeling at ease. The rustic charm of the decor complemented the inviting atmosphere, setting the tone for the meal ahead. The menu is well-balanced, catering to meat lovers, fish enthusiasts, and even offering thoughtful vegan options. But our focus was the fish - and it did not disappoint. From starters to mains, every dish was impeccably presented and cooked to perfection. The quality of ingredients shone through, and the attention to detail in both preparation and presentation was evident. Service was another highlight - attentive, professional when required, yet relaxed and friendly throughout. It was a refreshing experience to dine somewhere that strikes the perfect balance between excellence and approachability. This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last. For those who appreciate outstanding fresh fish dishes, The George & Dragon is well worth a visit. We’ll be back for more, and thank you for a fantastic meal.

Went out for a family dinner. Very disappointed with quality of food. Worst meal we have had in ages. When Waitress asked why one plate of food went uneaten..we said it was swimming in oil and inedible. Her response was "I asked you earlier if food was ok and you didn't complain then". Not correct response. She didn't even offer to take price of uneaten meal off the bill. Then she added a service charge which we didn't pay. Birthday meal was ruined. Certainly won't be going back.

It was my first visit and I was very impressed. We were a family party of 7, including children, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Our food was prompt and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes are very generous and superb quality. We're happy to recommend The Greyhound for any occasion, and we all look forward to our next visit.

We came here as a family (of three, so not a large group!), this time last year and had a brilliant time, so decided to come back funnily enough a year later. It seems as though they put food on a wooden board and charge you a premium food for very basic, greasy food. I had a chicken burger and chips and it was like the chicken you would get from a fish and chip shop I imagine. I couldn't eat it. It looked like the place needed a really good clean. Never got asked how we were getting on. Really needs a bit of tlc to get this place looking good again. Wouldn't come back from a drink let alone lunch. The table next to us were saying the same thing, small things like having to return a glass because it was given dirty, or the pepper pot being broken. From somewhere that we loved a year ago, I couldn't even eat my lunch. The coleslaw tasted like it had been left on the side for ages and as I say, the quality of the chicken burger was something else. Coffee came out warm not hot, just left feeling very disappointed and like I wanted to tell them to invest in some cleaning products. Wouldn't waste your time.

My first visit to the Cross Keys and one of many to come. Participated in a chivelrous bout for the ages in the infamous premier pool league. Their tap water and ice is unrivalled and even better still, the owner and his family couldn't have made me feel more welcomed. Carvery is next...

Absolutely amazing! So flavourful! We go around the south trying different food places and this has to be the best kebab place we've ever tried! We got large mixed kebab, 1/2 cheese burger, chips, rice, and 2 drinks all for nearly £22. Was so worth it! We had very happy stomachs and very full up! Worth the hour drive and would definitely come again!
