I live locally and walk past it regularly at different times, I seldom see it open! But my main problem with this pub is that IT NO LONGER ACCEPTS MONEY IN PAYMENT FOR ANYTHING! one can only pay by card in this place? A lovely little country pub, in the middle of nowhere, doing practically no business...decided it would go cash free. Fancy a pint and a soft drink, probably under a tenner...Sorry , WE DON'T TAKE CASH...You're a country pub on a side lane near Berkeley!! not harrods or a central London mega store...who's stupid idea was it to insult whatever little custom you had left with this stupid move? I just head for the Berkeley Arms now , where most of your other custom's gone...WHERE THEY TAKE ENGLISH MONEY IN AN ENGLISH COUNTRY PUB!

Avoid this place. All we wanted was some nice seasoned fries. We ordered two large seasoned fries with garlic buttermilk mayo at the electronic machine. Placed the order and paid. When it was ready the man said "we've got no garlic buttermilk mayo" so we chose a different one rather than asking for the money back for the mayo. He handed us the fries which were the worst fries we've ever had with absolutely no seasoning on, very limp and only slightly warm. I took them back and said that we'd ordered seasoned fries. The same man said "we've got no seasoning!!!" So we were able to order and pay for seasoned fries with garlic buttermilk mayo, when this joke of a place didn't in fact have any of these things. They shouldn't have been available to order. When I complained there was no apology, just "we've got none" and he pointed and said "there's salt over there". I asked for them to be replaced with fresh hot fries and just had salt and ketchup. I should've asked for my money back in hindsight. Unbelievably shocking service from KFC. Don't bother going if you want to be given what you've paid for.

The Chai Latte is worth the visit. Staff seem to be on the younger side of life. Got my name wrong once, possibly due to my Saint Helena accent. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience. Well done, ladies and gent's.

I ordered a Veggie Ricebox and the description and the photo say it should be with corn on the cob, I got it without, I reported to the service that I didn't get it, the guy replied that it is in the description and the photo but it is not in the set.

Ordered combo meal with extra patty. Drink was warm, flat and no ice, which wasn't mentioned until I drank it. Got that refunded then sat down to wrong order without extra burger. Sent that back to be remade, remade wrong AGAIN with FOUR regular burgers and no Angus £14.79 for the privilege. Awful, avoid

I have been trying to get a refund for the poor service and food that we received from your outlet at Lower Wick Dursley en route home to Torquay. We waited over half an hour for lukewarm food and flat drinks with no ice. I complained immediately and have been trying to get a refund ever since! None of the complaint numbers work so I have complained via your website and have been met with what I would call a gate keeper experience. Essentially, I have only been able to communicate with an employee called George who has at every opportunity made excuses and delays to all of my requests none of which have been answered! He is now ghosting me and has not replied to my last two exasperated emails. The service I have received from him is as poor as the food and service received in your restaurant. I have tried to be polite and patient but I have run out of both now! A company of your size and standing should be able to refund a customer without the expectation that the customer returns to the restaurant. I by the way live over 100 miles away from said restaurant! I have also then been told to provide a long list of details around the transaction including my account details so the money can be repaid. I have rightly or wrongly given these details in the belief Burger King will reimburse me but as yet nothing!!!! I'd be interested from a GDPR point of view what you are doing with my details?? I certainly know if this was my business I would be horrified! All this for £33.86p
