The lady manager was very rude to me, Instead of apologising for the delay of my takeaway order. She said there’s no agreement or promise for take away ordering. I should expect the delaying and prepare extra time for collecting. When I called in to order a takeaway, I told the receptionist that I only have 20 minutes not 30 minutes, which's was the time I was initially offered, to collect the food because I need to go to work. The receptionist confirmed with the kitchen that 20mins were ok. When I arrived, the food was not ready. The staff said it would be ready soon. I waited for 5 minutes. The food was still not ready. I waited further 5 minutes, it’s still not ready. I requested to speak to the manager to confirm if it’s really coming or no. The lady manager shouted at me for not being patient. I tried to explain to her that 10 minutes normally are not too long, but not when you try to get to work. She refused to listen and kept insulting me for not leaving extra time. I had to walk away. She told me that she will not want to see me again. I told her I will put on website for other customers to judge it. She said that she doesn’t mind. It’s not the reason to be rude to customers just because the food is a bit better than other Chinese restaurants.

La mejor pizza que he probado en mucho tiempo, bastante barata también. Muchas opciones y personalizaciones para una pequeña empresa. Incluso tiene algunas opciones de postres

Manager / owner is absolutely lovely. Staff are nice. Recommend coming here for the nice experience with the people. Place is clean. It's a Costa, food and drink are standard.

Very good for the price. Parking £5 for 24 hours. Breakfast included. A bit limited in choice of some items but can't complain when it's included in the price. All well prepared, no complaints. Make sure you go to Holiday Inn Express as the other holiday inn is just down the road! Don't pay for parking and then find out you're at the wrong one, like we nearly did ( and apparently 4 others that day also)! Friendly helpful staff.

Why do you have such poor rools /bread ect : no good choice like pumpkinseed rools ect :sour dough : your bread is Terible !!!

Delicious wings and chips on campus!!

Went for Sunday dinner . We had lamb shanks which just fell off the bone . Amazeing . Turkey was amazeing . All the veg and Yorkshire puddings was spot on . Daughter had macaroni and cheese and said it’s best she ever had . And it did look amazeing. Staff were great . Would defo recommend and will be back . Lovely pub and the selection of drinks was spot on . Well done .

Food was good and piping hot, the waiting time was appalling, nearly two and a half hours to complete our meal. The waiter thought himself too clever to use the iPad for taking our order so forgot my starter. In defence we were then given our deserts free of charge but, that did not really make up for a disappointing visit. We have been several times before so hopefully this was an exception, I hope especially as they did not appear to be really busy. Better luck next time? (it’s next to the hotel we use)

Good place to have a quick snack

Terrible, caro lugar para comprar el almuerzo. Aparentemente no hay consideración por la calidad o el gusto, solo estafando a los estudiantes. El personal parece más preocupado por los estudiantes que roban cubiertos que por servir la mayor parte del tiempo. Si vas, no esperes nada de carne en tus madras de cordero, tal vez una o dos piezas pequeñas si tienes suerte; Espere muchos champiñones en una salsa desagradable, opaca y tibia. Afortunadamente, hay dos microondas disponibles allí, así que puedo tomar mis propias comidas y recalentarlas.
