Holiday Inn Express Bristol - Filton, an IHG Hotel in South Gloucestershire

Exceeded my expectations very nice hotel great staff, room was lovely, nice bar and restaurant which serves free breakfast I will definitely stay there again, parking very reasonable £5 for 24 hours

Very good for the price. Parking £5 for 24 hours. Breakfast included. A bit limited in choice of some items but can't complain when it's included in the price. All well prepared, no complaints. Make sure you go to Holiday Inn Express as the other holiday inn is just down the road! Don't pay for parking and then find out you're at the wrong one, like we nearly did ( and apparently 4 others that day also)! Friendly helpful staff.

1 night stay on the way to Cornwall. Staff were excellent. Clean tidy room. Breakfast is extra but worth it!

Great value and customer experience

Close to where I need to be. Staff are very friendly and professional. Rooms are to a high standard . Free breakfast buffet is great. It does cost £5 to park but the breakfast makes up for that. If you're in the area and need somewhere to stay i highly recommended it

Poor lighting in the room 1bulb faulty food was good beds comfy and not expensive all good

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Despite the room and bathroom being small, it was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was a bit simple but tasty. I wouldn't mind returning in the future.

Small hard bed, small duvet and a only ceiling mounted Aircon which is completely pointless when you need to warm the room up. Breakfast was ok and they managed some gluten free toast.

Bit shabby all round and breakfast was particularl poor. Not up to usual IHG standards

Location ok, charge £5 for carpark, breakfast ok. Room clean but beds rock hard struggled to sleep. Pub next door, food expensive and poor choices.

Very nice staff who do there best under lost of busyness, pressure, and with some challenging guests. Rooms for 4 are small and crowded, the sofa beds are uncomfortable but the Queen bed is good. The bathroom has bodywash and shampoo, no conditioner. Parking is good, but not included. Close to many shops, eateries, and Bristol city if you drive. The breakfast is ok for non-vegetarians. The best thing about the hotel is its staff; they work hard and are kind. The worst thing is the sofa bed and tight room.

It's a basic hotel and definitely overpriced considering how basic it is. This one is just across the road from sainsburys, only good thing!

A very clean and modern as well as tidy building. The room was excellent, and the bed was first class. Clean and fresh toilet and powerful shower. Helpful staff and a massive thanks for the free razor and gel as I had forgotten to pack my own. Large carpark and discounted rates which was acceptable. Breakfast was terrific. Would recommend and will use again

The air conditioning in our room did not work, and the room was very hot and uncomfortable , we were unable to sleep due to the room being so hot. Spoke to the reception and was told there were No maintenance staff, so requested a fan, which blew hot air around. Won't be coming.

A Holiday Inn Express that does all that you expect from the brand. Car parking can be an issue.

Lovely clean rooms and a great breakfast, staff were lovely too, although they are cashless which was a bit of a pain
