Subway in South Gloucestershire

My favourite place when I'm in Filton and need a quiet place in the morning to have a conference call. Unlike other places around, this place does not offer loud music so you can talk to people and I can hear them. They have nice coffee but it is extremely hot so make sure you don't burn your mouth like I did.

Friendly staff, no issues. Will be coming back

This is my usual Subway - the staff have changed recently and really aren't as good as the last. They seem confused about create your own subs - I had to talk them through the process - they asked me if I wanted milk on the side of my cappuccino(?) and there's no choc dusting. Have these staffmembers actually been to a Subway before?

delivery driver never delivered to my door made me come down to get it leaving my child alone in a flat. quality was cold and dry. no cheese and minimal mayo. worst I've had

Sandwich was missing seasoning and the actual substance of the subway was pretty much half full. Just seemed like a pretty half arsed subway.

Everything was freezing cold and had gone all over the bag, tried to complain and get a refund but didn’t even get half my money back as they gave me less than half my money as “account credit”. Have to put one star but ultimately would do zero. My delivery driver also went in a full circle and took nearly twenty minutes to deliver when I’m not even a ten minute drive away

Hot food stone cold. Bread stale. Salads upended. Items substituted without checking. Delivery delayed twice resulting in 30mins later than original estimate. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

Ordered a bmt and stayed in toasted yet again they toasted it ! Even put a bit saying not to toast in capitals

Very bad as I not get my full refund for my food that was late and very cold and very poor service and all they want give me is £4 when I payed £15 and it was nasty cold so bad no one would eat it so do not use this site as its poor and they not give u a full refund back

Ordered for delivery from Abbeywood, Bristol, freshly prepared and all made exactly as requested. Have been ordering from them on a regular basis with no issues. Cannot fault their service.

Went in today for lunch and the staff on shift made a really nice sub! thx guys you are defo Sandwich artists.

Two items missing. One item incorrect. only two items out of the five were actually what was ordered.

food was stale and the delivery took forever

Not sure what people they employ or if they actually care especially on a delivery order as mine turned up on the wrong bread and toasted which was not requested on the ticket they have in front of them ! Clearly as it was for delivery they get away with doing this. This is not the first time they have done this and it’s always a battle to get their errors fixed

On the order one sandwich was not to be toasted and they both turned up toasted

Didn't like the it that the sticker was open on the bag when it came. Normally these are not broken.

This is the best subway this side of Bristol. They are always top quality and they never muck up your order like the one down the road. You get the same as if you were inside ordering, unlike other subs in the area. They value their customers in person and online orders. Keep it up

Disappointed at the pigs in blankets. Arrived cold and it’s a hot dog sausage with cold bacon absolutely disgusting 🤢 advised not to buy pigs in blankets.

Contacted multiple times about updating the sauce menu on delivery apps, to no avail and to be ignored. Shocking

I just paid £9 for a stale sandwich (I chose to not have it toasted) and a broken cookie that was thrown onto the counter. Lost my business.

Ordered a breakfast sub this morning as a treat. Very nice and wrapped well. Food very tasty!

delivery time constantly pushed back finally delivered over an hour after ordering cold

Lunch q took 20+ min to have order taken, desired order unavailable due to ingredient shortage which while understandable, my alternate order was given to another customer further back in the line in error, the replacement order was rushed and not toasted/melted, even though i asked if it had been. big cold and solid cheesesteak, a remarkably unenjoyable sandwich. Poorly run service and truly a waste of money.

Used to come a lot but now Subways are really poor. New series menu is awful. Awful value for money

On 30th we placed an order which delayed ands delayed until it was then cancelled by the restaurant. Now 3rd May I've just received a msg to say that that order is on it's way?! I don't yet know if the refund from the cancellation has processed and am now concerned I will be charged for an order that effectively I have not placed!!! I'm leaving this as feedback as the customer service part of the just eat website is rubbish!!

Ordered a ham salad from here when food arrived it was NOT a ham salad but instead a sandwich. I DO NOT LIKE BREAD and as very hungry how do you mess up a ham salad so badly. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED

Can't comment about this store although I know what to expect if I went in here but I couldn't because there aren't any blue badge parking spaces at this end of the car park and I couldn't walk from the spaces by asda. It means I will also have to bring my mobility scooter with me.

Driver went approximately 5 miles in the opposite direction after picking up my order resulting in everything within the order being cold upon arrival.

Missing drink. Tried to call the store but the number is recognised. Terrible service

Delivery time was fine I wasn't happy with the delivery driver because he didn't follow simple instructions as I said I can't keep coming down stairs due to pregnancy and I came down and gave me attuide

Extremely rude staff. Poor quality of sandwich. From humorous filling ratios to not even cutting the sandwich in half the service was woeful. Asked for the 3 sandwiches to be put in a bag and was delighted to be told to bag them myself!

Look, we all know what to expect from Subway. I was late to work because the person behind the counter was so laid back and slow that getting my sandwich and drink seemed like it might take all morning. I feel for them, as they were the only person working and had to bake the break, cookies and other bits for the day, but you could at least serve customers first before getting back to that.

My wrap came and I asked for it toasted. They hadn’t even toasted my wrap it was cold in the middle and not cooked !

Didn’t even get it still not got the money either so it’s fooorkkking classsss laaaaa

Ordered a foot long received a 6 inch and can’t get a refund for the difference.

Visited today evening and the lady behind the counter was very rude.

Delivery was quick however my order wasn’t as i wanted it was dry due to the fact i asked for sauce and it wasn’t put in

Sandwich was nice, but barely any nachos and they weren't that nice. Also they didn't send either of our drinks and we haven't got a refund yet.

Normally this place is really good but on this occasion items where missing from the order. When I asked the driver about where the rest was, he said that was all he was given.

There was no option to add lettuce on my sub so I put in a note and it got ignored, also there was no cucumber in either and food was cold by the time I got it so overall 3/10

Tables were dirty, bins were full, no straw's, queued for 15 mins not enough staff working.

Where was the chicken and bacon that was meant to be in the sandwhich

Forgot my drink and cookie again. Requested a refund. Basically, don't expect a meal deap to show up complete

The subs and the salad were nice. Sadly, we were extremely disappointed with the wedges as they were stone cold and very soggy. We also thought that the price (of the wedges) didn’t really reflect the portion size. They were very expensive for what they were.

Ordered 2 meal deals but only received one drink, one cookie and one packet of crisps. Tried ringing restaurant multiple times but there’s no answer. Not ordering from here again. Shocking service.

Only issue is that I ordered an foot-long All-Day Breakfast with Egg and there was no egg in my sandwich :(

I couldn't itemise the the refund request - my order was missing the Doritos Tangy Cheese crisps and also the rainbow chocolate chip cookie.

Food was rough u forgot my drink meatballs were burnt an rock solid cookie melted not happy at all lot one bit!

Both subs contents were wrong and missing items. Both nachos had a tiny amount of salsa and no cheese. Awful, so unhappy.

Just eat were fab. However, this subway always seem to forget an item or more whenever i order from here. It’s really frustrating, and it’s the same with my housemates too. Abbeywood Subway need to fix this!

Missing items. Food arrived cold and soggy. I told the delivery guy that a drink was missing, he stated there was nothing he could do. Same service every time I order from this store. Won’t be ordering from the abbeywood store again.

The chicken teriyaki is OK next time need to try chicken tikka

Ordered the TLC and it only included one piece of vegan chicken which is ridiculous, as well as no vegan cheese (which was in my order). I essentially was left with a sub with just salad inside and was left hungry. Therefore I would like a refund.

One meal Wrong bread overloaded with mayo making it overbearing unsure if all meat was in there as unable to tell due to excessive mayo tuna sub hardly any tuna, wedges and chic cold won’t be ordering from there again

The whole order was cold, no dips with sides. When on order, Wrong drinks even though have been charged more for bigger size. Absolutely abysmal, want a full refund.

Placed an order of 3 items where all 3 was completely wrong , tried to contact the branch through the number provided on Google and the website to find the number is not active, contacted another branch to attempt contact through them but all they could do was offer the same non active number, ironically this was the branch where I first attempted the order only to be informed deep into the waiting time via telephone the main ingredient to the order is out of stock, an incredibly unsatisfactory experience where my issue has not been resolved, I feel cheated of the time & effort I have had to put into this and cheated of the money spent

So much better than the Bradley Stoke Subway.
