Great coffee, yummy food, bright space and dog friendly, but most of all the staff are super lovely, always bringing good energy and looking after everyone. Elliot especially brightens the day, checking everyone is happy and got what they need. Would definitely recommend.

The most perfect place to bring my laptop to get some work done, with fabulous coffee, brunch & cakes! Great spot to meet up with friends, family & colleagues. They are dog friendly too! Their whole team are fabulous, but Brodie & Elliot especially are so lovely & welcoming!!

A bright and airy cafe/bistro, very helpful and friendly staff, food and drinks nice, and reasonably priced. Dog friendly with water bowls at the entrance. Lends itself to a "modern retro" feel. The only real negative is the lack of parking anywhere, there 10 spaces right outside, but these are shared with the co-op as well. all were taken as we pulled up but luckily someone was just leaving as we arrived. 5 minute walk from the granddaughters campus accommodation so an ideal meet up point.

A great spot for a casual lunch with family and friends would definitely recommended to anyone who is wanting to try and will be coming back.

Staff was friendly but we asked for mustard twice we never got the mustard that we asked for. Mango lassi was very disappointing, watery and over priced. Very bland. Rhe muffins were very small. The egg sausage muffin was gristle, very small. Egg was The hash was bad. There were no toilet rolls in the ladies'. Very upset.

Came to have coffee and do a bit of work in the morning of the 13th of November. About 10 tables in the restaurant haven't been cleaned or wiped and the couches were filthy full of crumbs/old food. Understandable after a busy morning but it really wasn't that busy and the place really was dirty i don't know how the two waiters could miss that. Other than that nice athmosphere, dog-friendly and good coffee!

My first time visiting Boston tea party! and i can say that it was absolutely brilliant and that i will definitely be returning back, The food was lovely and was served quickly by the lovely waiter Simon. All staff seemed friendly and polite. I also love that the menu has a wide variety of menu choices.

I came here with some work colleagues to have lunch and it was great. We were served by Simon a lovely kid with a kind demeanour. Will definitely be coming back !

Very helpful and friendly staff, they seemed short-staffed but still managed to get our orders to us quickly. The food was great, and there was a good selection. It's a little pricey but not bad for an occasional treat.

Really nice place for breakfast or brunch. They have good menu choices and the food quality is awesome. The service time can be a bit drag at busy times but once the food arrives it is all good.

I had Simon as my waiter and he was very polite when dishing out food. Could always ask him if I needed anything. The food was very nice, I had pancakes and bacon from the breakfast section. Highly recommended.

Went for some lunch with a friend, the food is amazing, the staff are mostly delightful, lots of seating, it wasn’t too busy but the wait time was very short. Will absolutely be coming back!

Enjoy going to BTP near UWE when in Bristol..open seating area, spotless toilets and the staff are really friendly. Small area with kids books and a few toys, and very tolerant of grandchildren tearing about!Would heartily recommend!

I usually don’t go to this branch of btp however is was the best of all of Boston tea party’s I have been too. It was very busy however the service and food was absolutely great. I believe the gentleman serving us was called Daron. He was very friendly and helpful with my friends dietary requirements. Would recommend.

Visited last weekend, lovely food and drinks and great service

Used to enjoy going here-the scones were great, but now the selection of cakes it pretty poor and it just seems to be a place where people bring their dogs to have them sat at up the table with them Crockery was dirty-my milk jug looked like it might have once had plants growing in it You now have to wait by the door before being told by a member of staff that you can sit anywhere. What's the flipping point? I think it's just so they can ask if you'd like a paper menu (remember them?) Time to find a new café

I have been to Boston tea party multiple times and always had a brilliant experience. The food is delicious and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. Would definitely recommend to visit with friends and family or even alone to have a coffee and do some work.

Ordered food from the table via qr code. Food Server was polite and quick, drink server gave no conversation just put on table and walked away. Recommend the hash browns are delicious...regretted sharing with the kids!

One of the best BTP's best locations. Lovely open space with lots of windows, always busy but I never have a problem getting a table. Plenty of sockets for plugging and charging, dog friendly and prompt friendly service.

I visited when catching up with a friend… BTP has a nice ambiance, great coffee, served with a smile. What more can you ask for on a Sunday!

Although nicely cooked and presented they have taken to serving their eggs Benedict on sourdough toast rather than English muffins! That's not eggs Benedict. I suspect it's a cost saving decision. Very disappointing. Update: recently ordered a takeaway breakfast. Description said it came with scrambled eggs but we got fried eggs. Not great, especially as the eggs weren't even fully cooked (lots of runny white) plus the lids on the beans weren't secured properly so they spilled over the rest of the food. Upside though, the sausages and bacon were excellent. Update #2: had a breakfast there recently. Eggs cold, hash browns burnt and inedible, bacon portion was barely 1 rasher rather than the 2 expected (looked like one rasher was simply cut into two) and whole thing was swimming in grease from the mushroom. Not great.

Amazing place to get a proper coffe

We had a great experience when we visited your Cheswick village cafe for brunch last week. We were attended to by a super waitress called Ruby who was very professional and friendly and immediately found us a booth. She was helpful and flexible with one of our party's gluten and dairy allergies. The food and service were both excellent. We are looking forward to our next visit.

An excellent cafe with a real community feel. We’ve never had a bad experience here. This weekend, we were served by an uber-polite waiter and had a fantastic brunch. Only thing I would add is the iced coffee could do with ice cubes rather than blended with ice. Great place though!

Honestly, the food was great, the ice coffee was good, and the sauce was amazing. However, Jesus christ is the price of the food extreme. It feels like gentrified california prices.

First time in today and had a really good experience food was great and had good vegan choices for my vegan needs Myah served me and helped choose the best vegan dish for my vegan needs, she was polite and attentive really happy and will be coming back again

Recently discovered this place and visited for the first time recently, I had the full English breakfast which was lovely. I would fully recommend this place as the food was very good and Myah the lady serving me was very polite and friendly.

This is my favourite of all the BTPs in Bristol, and I drive the extra 5-10 mins to come here rather than others that are closer to me. I pretty much always come for breakfast - veggie breakfast with a side of avocados is the perfect breakfast.

Love this place. My first trip to a BTP. I love the fact that they allow dogs. Very nice interior and friendly staff. So many dietary options too.

Awesome place to grab a bite to eat. I usually go to the stokes Croft Boston but this one might be my new favorite. Super friendly staff and the food was out of this world!!! Yum yum
