Very impressed with the service, food & atmosphere 🥰. Food was quick after ordering, plates & food were hot. Meat, potatoes & Yorkshire puddings were served on the plate, veg & gravy was bought out separately for all to share, meat was cooked to perfection & the gravy excellent 👍🏻 (even asked for more), also ordered cauliflower cheese as an extra. We also ordered the steak - ale pie with chips & peas, was delicious, filled to the brim & pastry was light & fluffy, can't go wrong with that if you don't fancy the roast ! ☺️. The menu was easy to read, a very selective menu. The bar staff & waitresses very friendly. Will most definitely be going again.

Great drinks and food in here, and you can check out the bikes at gts that they sell as well. Some of the staff could do with talking to the customers when being served.

Went for the carvery today and wasn't disappointed! Tender beef and fresh tasting veg both cooked to perfection. I couldn't fault any of the food and all topped off with good beer, friendly faces and welcoming service. So glad this kitchen is back, up and running - this is what local pubs are all about 😀

Whether you're looking for a solo drink between studies, a casual catch up with family and friends or the start to your night out Air is the place to go. Situated in a convenient location opposite Plymouth University, attended by friendly efficient bar staff and vibrant open decor perfect for those summer days with heaters for those cold winter nights. I highly reccomend for locals and those visiting the city.

First time using this takeaway. Very disappointed. Delivered really fast which was the first bad sign. As a chef myself I thought the Portions were noticeably small. Sweet n sour king prawn balls were rubbery & overcooked. Chicken and pork balls all dry and overcooked meat. Had one of each and didn't eat the rest. S&S sauce was very strange flavour, very sour no sweet. Jumbo pancake roll was quite small with a strange flavour so I didn't eat it. House special fried Rice was soggy but edible even though the sliced meats were chewy and overdone.. I cannot honestly recommend this takeaway to anyone.

I’ve used Warrens for a few years now and in my humble opinion they’re the nicest pasties and pastries you can get around Plymouth from a ‘chain bakery’ BUT you’d have to remortgage your house if you want to buy for a family of 5 like I have sometimes. They’re really expensive. I’d also advise getting sweet pastries early on in the day too to avoid any being stale. A massive plus is that the staff are lovely at this particular branch.
