Disappointed this time unfortunately, we always use Golden Grill as local and quick delivery, although on this occasion we waited way over an hour n half for delivery and then was 15 minutes late. No delivery update provided when requested. Orders Peppers with mozzarella- given on 1 half of a pepper (when previously ordered- had a full pepper) had an apology from driver but very disappointed by this point as waited so long. Such a shame really as usually A*

Always ask for the pizza to be bbq base, but Never get bbq base... Only downside as a few people the house only can eat bbq base.. Rest of food nice, would definitely order more if the base was right

I ordered and paid for large dona kebab chilli sauce and coleslaw , and large spicy patatoes ,,, After a 45 minute wait in shop , I got home with , leather for a kebab , no coleslaw it was disgusting so washed meat off. ( no chilli) to give to dog ! Guess what she left it , very disappointed , unless this company gets back to me with an apology I’m never going there again ,,, All food was cooked in front of me but it was dispensed to delivery , I ended up with a meal I didn’t order and certainly couldn’t chew it was leather

Wrong size pizza, ready 25 mins after was told to collect.

Rang at 8 o'clock I was told food on way had to ring again 30 mins later as still no food and it stated delivered absolutely appalling I will definitely not use again this is twice now and I never received my money back on my last order disgusted 😕

Didn't even get the takeaway because the staff couldn't understand me and their telephone line was terrible so went elsewhere, idiots 💦💦

The food was lovely as always. Delivered on time. It's the first time we've had a delivery since moving and they had further to go, but the food was still nice and hot.

Food arrived on time. Item was incorrect but was replaced although refund had already been requested so apologies but we thought they had forgotten to redeliver after contact. Have never had any previous issues before and will order again! Do definitely recommend Golden grill!

We placed an order at 7pm and it eventually arrived at 9.20pm. When the food arrived the pizza was cold and the chicken donor kebab was inedible and full of jelly luke fat. Will definitely not be ordering from here again!!!!

Food was nice, shame they didn't deliver our drinks. Rang once to ask for them, waited 10 minutes (we live a 4 minute drive away), rang to chase, to be told it would another 5 minutes. This is not the first time that we've had issues like this. As a regular I'm really disappointed

Told me my food was ready at 7:03 got the for 7:15 and had to wait until 7:45 because my food was not even ready, my burger had no cheese in it and my spuds were cold, I would at least like a refund for my spuds as I threw them away, this place is usually very good but today was quite poor

We ran the restaurant during the day to ask them if we could submit a large order and they agreed. We place the order at around 6:30pm and it didn’t arrive until almost 10pm! We understand that it was a large order but please don’t agreed to accepting it and then keep fobbing us off when we call to find out where it is. We were away for the weekend with friends and made the evening very difficult and frustrating!

Ordered at 6.30pm. Over 2 hours later our order still wasn’t being prepared. Asked restaurant to cancel order. Waiting to see if refund comes through as according to app our order had been delivered. Food came cold,the chips we ordered came with cheese on. The spicy spuds were under cooked with no spice on.and the order was delayed.

Some of the food was cold which was a shame. Have used this place loads and never usually have an issue so was quite surprised.

Meals weren’t hot at all very cold ordered 3 combo 3 two of the meals came with cut up chicken burger instead of chicken fish fingers was very crispy and was cheap fishfingers with hardly any fish in them at all the two burgers were squat together and chips were cold potato we’re cold the only thing good about the meal was the salad and coleslaw and drinks which was lovely and cold

All the food was lukewarm burger was covered in cheese and I stated plain burger as allergic to cheese and half an hour late not a happy bunny

Golden Grill is always my first choice, amazing food and elite spicy spuds. Food took 2 hours to arrive this evening even though advertised as a 30 minute wait. Unfortunate, yes, but I’ll still be buying from them because they’re simply amazing.

Delivery was fast, portions were great and piping hot. The chilli sauce is propper chilli sauce aswell. Deffo return

Great food, exactly what we ordered. However, due to them being busy the delivery time was changed to 40-60 mins after ordering. It arrived an hour and 10 mins after ordering.

Ordered food but the burger didnt come plain. They said they would correct it asap so we didn't touch any of the other food so we could eat the meal amd not just have chips.... an hour later the food still didn't arrive. The whole order is freezing cold. Terrible

Unfortunately main pizza had burnt crust around the edges. 9” garlic pizza the actual garlic on top was burnt and tasted disgusting… so we was unable to eat it.

CASH ONLY! walked in and ordered, then got told cash only so didn't bother! Wasted my time driving out. Went to mcdonalds instead.

The chips were over cooked and tasted old, like they’d been sat out for a long time. The meat was overdone and and some pieces were hard. The lettuce was brown in places and kept up with the theme of not being fresh. Over all this was very disappointing and I won’t be ordering from there again.

Our favourite go to takeaway when holidaying at Wembury. Sadly not any more. Chicken and potatoes were inedible due to too much spice and pepper. Literally could not eat it. Always given good reviews in the past as we are regulars to the area since the 90's when it was Chick King.

So good that we now order weekly!

We made a large order whilst we were on holiday - everything arrived correctly, it was really tasty and had no problems at all! Would definitely order again 👍🏻
