Bonne Sante in Plymouth

Great evening celebrating my daughter’s Birthday, got looked after by the lovely Paige, did exceptionally well for her first day.

Food was delicious, drinks kept flowing quickly, staff were efficient and friendly, our waitress Ella was wonderful- couldn't do enough to help us and made my sister in laws hen do special, thank you Ella!

Ella couldn't of been better, she was accommodating, helpful and even annoyed and joined in our banter. 10/10. She was helpful towards our non alcoholic friend

The food and cocktails were absolutely lovely and the staff were very polite. I got a cocktail deal and some Korean bao buns and it was really tasty. If you're looking for a great date or group dinner spot this is the place.

We came in for a birthday bottomless brunch! Jack and Josh gave us outstanding service, always gave our food and drinks with a smile. They are an asset to the team, I look forward to coming back!

I hired out the garden for my mum's surprise 60th birthday last month and I really recommend Bonne Santé for any sort of private event. The space is beautiful, the food was exceptional and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my mum's big day really special evening. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to put some photos up of mum/banners etc to decorate a little. Not that you need to decorate when it's such a gorgeous environment. Amazing food options for vegans and veggies too of which we had a few in our party. It was child-friendly too so mum's great nieces and nephews could attend. A truly fantastic restaurant/ cocktail bar for dining or an event hire. I couldn't recommend them more!

Magnificent atmosphere. Restaurant on the edge of the public square, very pleasant to stop there. The decor of the place is magnificent! The slightly high prices correspond to the tourist market in the center where it is located. I ate well, I enjoyed myself!

We had a meal for 2 at Bonne Sante restaurant on Friday. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was equally as good. We have been going to this restaurant for a couple of years now and it has never dissapointed us. I am a celiac, so gluten free is very important to me. I have always been absolutely fine after eating at this restaurant and would recommend it for anyone with an allergy or gluten sensitivity. If your looking for somewhere classy with great service, cocktails to die for and amazing food, this restaurant is one of the best in Plymouth and I would highly recommend it.

Came here for a bottomless supper! The food was gorgeous and the drinks were very prompt when ordered. They always made sure we had drinks! Because the till system went down they offered us an extra round of drinks- so went above and beyond to ensure we weren’t missing out! I always like going to Bonne Sante for a bottomless brunch/supper so will definitely be returning!

Spent a great afternoon here. Great food, cocktails and service. We were inside but there is a covered courtyard area too. Service from Clover, Stephen and Aaron was attentive but chilled - not an easy combination to pull off. Would definitely recommend for a lazy lunch.

Great place nice drinks. However the man with the beard quite tall didn’t catch his name was incredibly rude other than that it is a great place!

Went for bottomless brunch, very expensive considering very limited selection of food & drinks. mostly starters for food, if you wanted a decent main you had to pay extra £6.50 on top of the £33 already! Then if you wanted a better selection of cocktails you had to also pay extra £3.50. had the bagel which was really nice, but ended up getting more food later as hungry. Not worth the price they charge , compared to other places that do bottomless brunch. Beautiful place, but wouldn't return when there are better places to go for better value for money.

Had a lovely time today at Bonne Sante for a bottomless brunch. Our waitress Shannon (I really hope I remembered her name right!) really looked after my mother and I. We were celebrating my mother's birthday and they surprised her with a brownie dessert! Food was excellent quality, quick and tasty. Drinks were continuous and also very delicious.

They are back!!!!!!! After the previous couple of visits (a few years ago) where things had gone a bit downhill with the cocktails! I am over the moon that we came here tonight to see if the recent reviews were true! Best cocktails in Plymouth by far! Just what I needed after missing this place for so long! Thank you to Shannon for outstanding service on NYE! We were never without a drink and the staff were so friendly and informative about drinks and food. Unfortunate that you can't leave card tips! But that's my only disappointment! Can't wait to come back ❤️

Started off with the waitress telling us how busy they were going to be and we need to hurry with our choices, one of our party was running late, they said to get their order over the phone. I declined this suggestion, we had the table for 2 hours. The waitress on several occasions tried to clear the plates whilst some were still eating and actually tried to take my plate from in front of me whilst I was eating. There is no disabled toilet so one of the party had to get up the windy unlit open stairs to the bathroom and another of our party had to be escorted upstairs due to them being partially sighted. The standard of food was outstanding which was a good job really! Disappointed but amazing food

Had the tempura prawns which were just bland and pale to look at everything was covered in Mayo and the chips covered in chipolata mayo. My friend had mushrooms which were covered in balsamic glaze. Literally no taste to anything completely covered in awful sauce on all dishes.

We had a fantastic lunch at Bonne Santé in Plymouth during a hen weekend. Our group of seven was well accommodated, and the atmosphere was perfect for our celebration. The food was absolutely delicious—special mention to the king prawn tacos, which were amazing! Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the quality and presentation were spot on. If you’re looking for a great spot in Plymouth for a group lunch or a special occasion, Bonne Santé is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Another great visit last night - spent a few hours here having dinner and drinks. Our hostess was really friendly and helpful - thank you Daisy! The food was the same high quality as usual. We had the prawn tacos, thai green curry, satay noodles and teriyaki tofu. All so tasty. The cocktails are always amazing. Keep doing what you are doing as this is the best place in Plymouth

Went to Bonnie sante for a bottomless brunch for a birthday with a group of 20 plus, dirty fries was lush… and I can’t highly recommend our waitress Rio enough, she was amazing the whole time we was there, we were all well looked after… if you can see this Rio thank you so much for your amazing service, you were absolutely Faultless!

Nice place, expensive, toilets up a spiral staircase,you get blinded at night by up lighters as you descend.

We always have a good time here. The service from the chap with the beard is fab - he's got a great personality. We were also served by a blonde young man who was incredibly patient with us whilst still trying to choose cocktails and food. You serve the best cocktails 🍸

We had a bottomless brunch on Sunday I didn't eat but my friends' meals looked delicious and the drinks were lovely. We were on a works outing and we are also in hospitality so we were very impressed with how attentative, friendly and efficient the staff were. It was a wonderful afternoon despite the weather. Beautiful place Incredible food I would recommend booking as it can be very busy at times. Their set menu is also very good. There are vegetarian and vegan options available. The staff were very friendly, our table wasn’t quite ready when we arrived so we sat outside the front and had a drink whilst looking over the dinner menu, a lovely gentleman came out to get us once they were ready and lead us to our table. Couldn’t have asked for a more wonderfully romantic date night. Big thank you to the team!

I was fortunate enough to be a wedding guest at Bonne Sante last night. What a fabulous night, staff were very attentive and friendly. I booked here for a very special birthday. The booking online was easy and they sent an email prior to the event to confirm the booking. We were seated promptly at our time (booked Bottomless Brunch). The time started when we ordered the first drink. Food was very good, drinks were good. The servers were very attentive and made sure we were not waiting for drinks if we got empty. I would definitely come here again, in a good position and a lovely environment. Thanks! 👍

What a beautiful restaurant. We visited on 28th August. The decor is absolutely lovely and extremely tasteful. But what really made the experience special (bar the company I was with of course) was the staff. I had the Satay Noodle Bowl and my friend the crispy terrakaki chicken.Omg it was delicious! So fresh with lots of flavour. My friend felt exactly the same. Hats off to the chef!We were also served some delicious cocktails which were extremely well presented. And the customer service was excellent. All staff extremely polite and attentive. A special thankyou to the staff of that evening Josh, Matt & Shannon.

My boyfriend and I had a really lovely time at this restaurant; the portions were great value for money and the food was excellence quality. The server, Stephen was accommodating and really friendly. The drinks made by the bar tender John were very enjoyable and I asked for a sugared rim and he catered to my wishes. Great food and cocktails!

Absolutely lovely food and not too long a wait but the serving wasn’t the greatest. They got very mixed up with orders and gave a meal to the wrong people and served cutlery twice as they didn’t know what they were doing. Could do with bigger tables as not very comfy but a nice meal out overall.

Service very good but young girls who were a little unsure about what they were doing. No older waitress so makes you wonder if they use younger girls for the cheaper wage bracket? Not enough experience.

Relaxed atmosphere, wonderful staff and great food.

Had the bottomless dinner which was great. BUT it supposed to have unlimited alcoholic drinks included. Our group all had about 5 cocktails each and didn't feel the effects of the alcohol so did a breath test when we got home and none of us were over the limit. Which in my book means that the drinks were all alcohol free. Even though we paid extra for them. Trading standards are on their way to investigate

Beautiful surroundings and the food was delicious. Excellent service and lots of choice. Highly recommend the teriyaki chicken. You can’t add a tip by card so will need to take cash to tip the waiter. Will definitely be back next time we are visiting Plymouth.

Highly recommend, menu has wide variety of dishes we were a group of 4, we all loved the food, would certainly come back. Frankie served us and was really good checking our orders with kitchen as one of our party had a shell fish allergy. Bryony also in a very nice way kept checking all was ok.

Amazing cocktails, quick service, Lilly was incredibly sweet and helpful. The location is beautiful and the outside seating is brilliant. I absolutely recommend trying the butterfly gin tea, one of the best cocktails I've ever had.

We went here for a last-minute lunch. It turned out to be a lovely place, I love the decor, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious! I had the Thai green curry the sauce was homemade and tasted amazing! Hats off to the chef!
