Only had a coffee here but the staff were amazingly kind and considerate 😁 I've been back recently taken out by my daughter for food here... The food was lovely, well cooked, great flavours though the portions are diddy. The staff who helped us were 'alright' the only person who showed any friendliness was a lady( sorry can't remember her name) she was lovely. Would I recommend eating here, Um only if you don't mind paying a lot for a little ...

We had an amazing bottomless brunch, great food, great drinks and the server (Summer) was wonderful!! I have no complaints, it was a fab afternoon.

Wanted to try different cuisine, bright atmosphere, food was good- chicken, goat and sweetcorn fritters , mocktails. Unfortunately Vegan jerk chicken was plain, soya based chicken style piece, even the jerk spice failed to uplift the flavour. Surprised they chose soya than banana or jackfruit for the “vegan chicken” especially when these two options sing Caribbean more than the soya.

Fantastic service (albeit slightly busy, but that's what we get for going on Good Friday) Awesome food and great service by our server Gabby. We've been here several times before and have never left disappointed. 😊

Amazing roast! Best one had in Plymouth. So flavoursome I had jerk chicken and my boyfriend had the beef. Came with beautiful soft and crispy roasties, sweet plantain and some veg. Ate lunch on my own so went in nice and early, Connor was lovely and welcoming. Food came out fast and was lovely and the rice was warm.

Mac is a great and attentative host,nothing is of an inconvenience to him . The experience is an overall feeling of pleasure and relaxation.

Gabby was amazing! She was so friendly and attentive, the food was fantastic and the drinks were also really nice. They were absolutely packed today, the queue was out the door and it was all pre bookings, including ourselves and we could certainly see why....

Not really for me I'm afraid! Big UK chain, big venue - certainly in Plymouth. Noisy, to the point of difficult to talk at the table, was the ambiance cover-up for an otherwise faded and a quite grubby venue. Service was pleasant enough when it got there but was slow and not particularly joined up. Not all the starters on the menu were available. What arrived ranged from mediocre to okay. Mains were good but by this time, the negatives were outweighing the positives! Maybe it was just me, but evenings experience did not really float-my-boat. Don't think I will be back.

Service was great, main was good but jerk wings were terrible! Food came out very quickly.. too quickly to be honest. I'm under no illusion everything is cooked fresh to order.. but a 2min turn around is a bit too quick 🤣 Wings were dry and shrivelled.. tried to hide it in loads of sauce but they were really poor. Otherwise good experience. Was gonna go 3 star.. but the good service made up for it 😊
