Have eaten here multiple times and it’s been 10/10 ever time, we both had the chicken kebab last night and was one of the best takeaways I’ve ever had. Highly recommended..

Why can't more places do coffee this good? So enjoyed my coffee then walk along promenade and swim in the sea.

Unexpected! Quite good~ I just arrived in Cornwall and I was very tired and hungry, so I wanted to find a place nearby. I originally wanted to go to the internet celebrity restaurant opposite, but Xiaohongshu mentioned that the portions were small and very expensive. I was too hungry at that time. So I thought I could at least fill my stomach with a pizza at an Italian restaurant, so I came in, and it turned out to be surprisingly delicious. I haven’t had such fun eating white food in a long time! I didn’t order much, no main course, just two appetizers and one pizza. The pizza was the seafood pizza recommended by the boss, which was pretty good. The shrimp was in line with Chinese tastes, and the soup was also delicious! There is also the fried rice ball, which sounds like nothing from the name, but tastes very good ~ even the drinks are delicious, no matter what you order, there will be no surprises! The boss is Italian, very enthusiastic and has a great attitude! It’s really worth recommending ~ Two people spent 40 pounds, and the service charge is optional but not mandatory. Because it was really good, I paid 10%. The rating of this restaurant should be higher!

We booked to stay at "The Beach club" as advertised on the website. The photo's look fabulous. The reality, once it came time for our stay, was that we received a "we look forward to greeting you" from Hotel Penzance! When we got there the building was NOT the one in the photographs, it was up a very steep road as was the parking. The young man at the reception insisted we were at The Beach Club, and he was rude and surly. To pay for parking, he refused cash but did not have a machine to tap or put a card in and insisted on writing our card number down. We were very unhappy about this! Be aware, in spite of our room being acceptable for our 1 night stay in the end, you are NOT getting what you think you are if you see a photo of a lovely aqua coloured building on the waterfront. It is false advertising. Interestingly, next day we found The Beach Club building on the waterfront. Locked up, no staff and quite run down, not at all as advertised. BE AWARE

Called in one Friday evening, table of 8 had just ordered, so told it might be a long wait for our order, 1hr 10 minutes later we got ours, not going to bother with review of the food, but we think they went to the local chip shop for my wives scampi !!!!
