We LOVE the hub. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the food is totally fantastic. The staff are super friendly too. We go there as often as we can :)

Found this place from Tripadvisor and we were not dissapointed. Lovely warm scones with clotted cream and jam. Place was really busy with families, tourists, cyclists and a great atmosphere. Looks like a young team here and they were doing a great job - good food, good service and polite and enthusiastic. Car park is quite small but some more parking on the common next door. Only negative was the toilet could do with an upgrade (could do with a 2nd toilet as well) and the jam comes in plastic 1 use pots. Definately recommend - this was the best scone we had all week in Cornwall.

Stopped for lunch which was excellent. Had a large cheeseburger with all the trimmings and a nice cappuccino. Good value as well. In addition to the lovely meal the two charming ladies serving couldn't have been more helpful; including giving my noisy dachshund some tasty sausage! Thank you and I will certainly be back.

Return visit having enjoyed a meal a few weeks earlier. Disappointed on first visit as our pre booked table wasn’t ready and we were ignored for nearly ten minutes on arrival. Food was good so we booked again. Same situation, no table ready and ignored by the 4 staff at the bar. Left without eating following an unpleasant attitude. From a member of staff. Shame !

Just had the best take-away roast pork dinner. Food was piping hot and fresh and sooooooooo tasty.

Says it was open till 8pm went to get food at 7pm and it wasn't even open looked like it hadn't even been open this evening. This is terrible if you say you are open then open or change the opening times.

I had heard extremely good things about this company through friends and finally decided to visit with my family and make a day of it as it’s a slight trip away. I found the shop very easy to find and plenty of parking was available. Upon arrival the owner and his team (which includes family and friends. Always a tick in my book) were very friendly and inviting. They were patient and helped talk us through what was available for everyone of the family. We got a selection of pastries and snacks to try and enjoyed them outside the shop. The pasty was extremely flavourful. There wasn’t too much crust unlike most bakeries around our area and you can tell these were 100% fresh. Now the sausage rolls are to die for. We had a chorizo and regular sausage roll and again the flavour was unmatched. This was 100% worth the trip and infact we later that day returned to buy more goodies to take home. We will be returning soon to pick up plenty more delicious items from the menu and look forward to trying all the new additions to the menu we have seen online! Would 100% recommend to anyone even if it’s a long drive away. There’s plenty to see all around so can make a day of it like ourselves!
