The best restaurants in East Downs Swale South East

Had the all day breakfast this morning, as we do.... Top quality all round, the sausages and bacon were delicious and the whole served quickly by friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Had researched for a gf pub on the way to Canterbury for lunch last Thursday so made our way from Essex, felt great being able to choose anything I wanted from a good menu. I had the steak pie followed by mango and passion fruit cheesecake, both dishes were very tasty, clean plates all round. Thank you to all the staff

Verwacht een superoude, knusse locatie met vriendelijke mensen en heerlijk eten. Dan zit je goed! Bijzondere locatie. We hadden allemaal wat anders te eten voor het diner en alles was heerlijk.

It was truly amazing food to enjoy with my friends, staff are very friendly, especially the chef who was constantly nice to us!

Fabulous Sunday roasts and amazing service from everyone too. We arrived really early and were accommodated with no problem at all. We will be back.

We had a fabulous Easter Sunday lunch at our local with our family. We booked the barn room that has an antique circular table that seats 14 people. The food was excellent as always and the special touches that are added by Sarah and Maddie the owners are always so thoughtful. A magician who entertained everyone whilst waiting for lunch to be served,and a huge Easter bunny, handing out free Cadburys Easter eggs for the kids. I'm really very fussy about my roasts but this is seriously good restaurant quality food, hand made,home cooked and seriously generous portions at a very affordable price. It was such a treat to sit and relax with the family and let someone else take the culinary strain. Wonderful lunch at a proper destination traditional village pub

We had our mums 60th party at judds folly and what a great time. The staff are what truly makes this place they could not do enough for us. From the diner service, bar service and the breakfast/ Easter hunt in the morning everyone working there is amazing. The manager I'm sorry I didn't catch her name was a true superstar! The food was delicious both for our set meal and breakfast. The rooms could do with a deep clean and some updating but that did not effect our stay at all. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is close to faversham. This was my third stay and I would defiantly come back as would my family. A thanks to Carlie the events planner for bringing my mum's party to life 😁

I was surprised by the prices. Egg and ham was for £16. Then I was surprised by the quality of the food. I can pay that much if the food is as good as there. What I didn't like was sitting area outside. Concrete everywhere no plants or flowers and sits was semi comfortable. Inside looks much better.

We had a delicious Sunday lunch with good wine to match. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Definitely recommend a visit
