Utterly useless team running this MC Donald's. Having been given my hot drinks I then am told to park up. Took another 15mins for food. Drinks cold. Food only warm. Hash browns soggy and greasy. Staff didn't give a stuff which was the final insult
Do visit here quite regularly. I have tried to find an email to make contact but can’t find it easily. I have a concern around the knowledge given to staff around how to handle customers with allergies.
There are lots of signs that encourage customers to ask for ingredients every time if they have an allergy as ingredients change. Staff regularly seem frustrated when asked if products have nuts/peanuts in. This seems to be because they are not fully sure on how to check or because they have to find this info out using a slow tablet/device.
I would ask that this is reviewed asap as it prevents me as a customer wanting to raise allergies with staff. I am sure others will feel the same as this has happened several times and may result in a very dangerous situation for a customer if staff do not feel confident in handling allergy disclosures. Recently I changed my order as multiple staff were trying to work out if the product had nuts in it. I felt guilty given the cafe was busy and they were spending such a long time looking, but also concerned that staff did not seem confident in what they were looking for and I might be misinformed. I have a severe allergy which can cause anaphylaxis so I need staff to be able to give full assurance on ingredients. I did let staff know that I understand products can say ‘may contain’ which is fine, but I need to know if my allergy is an actual ingredient.
Went thru the drive thru at Eastbourne this evening order a 6 piece bargain bucket and when got home to sit down with the Mrs we were both were shocked by the size of all the chicken pieces like wow in all the years of eating at KFC and they looked like chicken nuggets for 14.99 and absolute rip off what is happening really do you want customers business or not as without your customers you are nothing a disgrace.
From the charming young lady on the phone to the driver who was early and super polite to the chef who made the BEST, tastiest, freshest meal we have had as long as I can remember. Our go to Chinese (we have tried many many in SE London, but tonight was especially delicious, I didn't even really fancy Chinese tonight but it was sooooo tasty I had to go back for seconds. FYI we had Crispy Chilly Beef, sweet and sour chicken (the pineapple tasted so fresh!), chicken chow main (loads of chicken and loads of my fav nice veg), chicken and cashew nuts (beautiful). PS this is the fist time I have ever felt compelled to write a review. Thanks New World xx
Useless barista. Was waiting for 10 minutes to get a water before catching my 3rd train of the day. He only had two drinks to make but took so long I had to put the water down so i could actually catch my train. If it’s going to take 5 minutes per order, you need to hire more not acceptable for drinks to take so long when majority of people are in a rush.
Ordered food from them on just eat, and never received our food,on the app it said it had been delivered, im trying to get a refund but I won't hold my breath.
